only
return
to
this
branch
because
it's
on
my
way
back
from
the
kids'
afterschool
activities,
but
I'll
rather
go
without
pizza
from
Domino's
Pizza
Albany
than
returning.
After
placing
an
online
order,
my
pizza
was
still
in
the
oven
when
I
arrived
20
minutes
later.
I
finally
got
it
10
minutes
after
that.
Ok,
fair,
probably
busy.
Unfortunately
for
the
lady
in
front
of
me,
the
order
progress
board
showed
status
'Ready'.
However,
after
waiting
for
some
time
and
her
having
some
hard
words
(she
was
the
4th
unhappy
customer
in
a
row)
staff
told
her
that
it
(1
pizza)
was
still
in
the
oven.
Another
staff
member
said
the
board
is
not
always
correct,
it
can
be
up
to
2
minutes
'out'.
One
staff
member
halfway
through
assisting
the
woman
just
walked
off
and
started
slicing
and
boxing
pizzas
at
the
back.
Another
staff
member
had
to
call
other
staff
members
from
the
back
to
come
help
customers
on
3
occasions
while
I
was
waiting.
After
helping
they
always
disappeared
to
the
back
again,
despite
the
line
of
people
growing.
It
seems
only
a
bunch
of
rookies
were
on
duty,
with
no
senior
person
to
manage
and
see
that
things
run
smoothly.
Totally
demotivated
when
I
got
home
and
saw
the
skimpy
toppings
on
our
pizzas
-
yet
again.
A
cheese
&
garlic
pizza,
but
you
only
get
a
hand
full
of
cheese
in
the
middle
with
the
outer
third
of
pizza
base
completely
dry
and
brown.
This
happens
EVERY
single
time...
Finally
took
the
time
to
write
a
bad
review
which
I
should've
done
ages
ago!
Sorry
Albany,
I'll
rather
pay
delivery
fee
for
pizza
from
your
Browns
Bay
branch
-
they
have
lots
of
cheese
and
manage
their
orders
well!
