Gem of a cafe tucked just off queen street. The code was excellent. Try the matcha flavour. Lots of vegan food, clearly marked. I tried the vegan bagels today and they are sensational. Flavour packed and super duper fresh. Portion size is good for a small meal and price is very fair for the quality of ingredients.

This is the best way you can be waken up by the city. Always exceptional quality of coffee, great breakfast with reasonable price. A classic dining place in the centre of the city. What else can you ask for?! Love it ❤️

Comfy coffee shop serving good coffee and delicious breakfast. Love it with all the doors and windows open. Not the kind of place that asks "what size would you like your flat white". In other words, this is a legit coffee place!

Superb quality coffee! there’s a short queue for dine in and we decided for takeaway coffee. I’m very satisfied with their strong, medium roast blend (didn’t get a chance to ask the coffee origin). They don’t have a long after taste on my tongue. Perfect match with the croissant we ordered (great croissant as well).

Really hipster cafe made from a small, historic apartment. Organic, single source coffee. They specialize in espresso notso much filter codes but their cups are delicious and the staff are so friendly and kind. Love the ambiance.

Went there for breakfast today. Small place with limited seating. Tried the chia pudding because it was recommended in a review and I have to agree, one of the best chia pudding I have ever had. My wife also got a chai and it was also amazing. The coffee was ok. Tried a cappuccino and a flat white. The cream wasn't perfect for the cappuccino but it wasn't soapy and cool off bubbles, like at Starbucks. Coffee was just ok. The bad thing with the seating other than being limited, if that is located in between two large main roads, so it isn't the best for outdoor seating. But still not the worst. I would go back just for the pudding and chai though.

The service was ok, some staff was friendly, some wasn’t friendly. The scrambled eggs on toast I ordered was delicious, my flat white didn’t came until I had to friendly ask again (when I had eaten 2/3 of my meal), then it came without latte art and big bubbles on top (as the picture shows), I felt then it was a lack of respect and service quality.

An eclectic, smart little cafe with upbeat waitstaff and a funky vibe. Centrally located in Auckland CBD. A great place to read a book, get some work done or take in the sidewalk-sights of the city. And perhaps the most important part: Quality coffee. Try the salmon bagel with red onions and capers for a light yet satisfying breakfast option.

My experience at Remedy Coffee was like discovering an oasis in the heart of Auckland CBD. The baristas provided exceptional and friendly service, creating a delightful atmosphere. Although there was a slight wait to place our orders, the staff welcomed us upon entry and reserved a spot while we waited. Once ordered, our drinks promptly arrived at our table as we awaited our food. Opting for the egg toast and fruit and chia pudding, the dishes took a bit of time to be served, but the wait proved worthwhile as both were delicious. The standout feature was the fantastic baristas who added to the overall positive experience. Remedy Coffee stands out as a fantastic spot for coffee in Auckland!

Neat little Cafe near corner of Queen and Wellesley Streets. Limited seating inside and out, so mostly takeaways. We did manage to get a seat and the decor is really interesting and good vibe. Food menu is limited, mainly All Day Brunch menu. Some pastries in the cabinet to choose from as well. The Iced Americano and Mocha were a little weak in taste, but overall great experience

Had a nice breakfast at Remedy Café this morning. Ordered an oat latte, egg and toast and one of the most amazing donuts ever- a vanilla cream filled donut. Had to wait for a table as it was packed and there aren’t many places to sit. Was chilly outside but main door remained opened so it was a bit cold having our meal. Staff were friendly and it has a unique vibe !

Great filter coffee! I believe I tried an Ethiopian washed coffee from Shantaweene here and the barista did an excellent job dialing in the recipe to really bring out a balanced honey, cocoa, and apricot flavor. The flat white was good too. I think I have a different preference for the base espresso but it was well put together.

Coffee for coffee nerds and gluten-free bread options! Had a great single origin, natural coffee - prepared with a moccamaster. Baristas were really knowledgeable and so talented! Incredible teamwork and respect on display. Food was delicious - the Kozu "bagel" (on GF bread!) was a unique blend of Korean and Arabic influences. Halloumi cheese and Sriracha - genius!

Great coffee, great staff, and great food! The Kazu bagel was an excellent and tasty breakfast, and was so good with a cup of coffee. Their moccamaster workflow is so good and made the juiciest cup of coffee with such clear and distinct flavor! Don't sleep on the single origin, you'll enjoy every sip!

A cute safe haven of calm in the middle of a busy city. Really beautiful vibe. I instantly gained my energy back after feeling a bit suffocated and low my first day back in Auckland in a longtime. Very lucky to stumble across this place, will be back for sure. Coffee is great & interactions with staff were short but lovely

Absolutely amazing little cafe, the vibe is always amazing and the staff are super duper friendly here. I cannot recommend this place enough! Been a few times on my short stay in Auckland and each time was just as pleasant as the last. Coffee is wonderful and the bagel was awesome too. I’ll have to come back when the weather is warmer so I can sit outside

We've been coming here for 5 years, and it always pleases. This morning, it was a flat white and a hazelnut croissant. Friendly staff. Im ready to face the day. Definitely worth the 10 - 14 flight to get here.

Favorite cafe in Auckland, came here three times in five days. Always great quick service with a smile despite the constant crowds. Recommend the Kuzu bagel and any of their coffees!

Tried their angel bagel. Really good 👍🏻 Yolk is creamy. The bagels are perfect, not hard yet crisp. Came here early at 9am, got seats without waiting. My only build: have more outdoor seating (if possible)!

I didn’t even intend to come to this place, but when I saw locals spilling out onto the street in front of shop I pivoted my plans. Awesome and friendly. Really cool ambience inside, perfect for getting cozy, jamming to the music playing. Single origin coffee was brewed really well. I didn’t get food so can’t comment on that.

Remedy is by far the best breakfast / brunch location in the Auckland CBD. I have been visiting the area for about a week and have come back three or four times now. You can't really go wrong with any of the food, but in particular I can highly recommend the grace bagel and the fromage a trois. The coffee is also excellent! The service is fast and the staff are very friendly. The atmosphere is also awesome, having a cozy but lively aesthetic. A must-visit if you're in the area!

Quirky cafe with great coffee tucked just off Queen St. Worth looking for and a great place to sit in, out ….. or at the open front windows where you get to watch some interesting Auckland characters.

A very aesthetically pleasing place to visit! Had a Matcha Latte ($6) here while catching up with a friend. It was a decent matcha but lots of powder bits left at the bottom. Expected but a bit more whisking might help! Really enjoyed my time here.

My first and best café in town. I was lost, wandering around on my first day in NZ, completely jet lagged, tired and out of my mind. I went there and had a mocha, the Mocha ©®™. Right after the first sip, I was suddenly in a capsule, out of the space and time. I don't know how long I stayed in that, hours, days or maybe weeks. I suddenly woke up, only one minute lapsed. Crazy. I felt good, rested and relaxed. What happened? I think I know why it's called Remedy. If you don't go there for your daily coffee, go there especially after a crazy trip (or the day after a party), this will be the remedy of your torments !

As a visitor from Australia…breakfast and coffee here is always a pleasure. Hard to get a seat because it’s so good. Worth a wait if you need a seat. Coffee is heaven. Breakfast divine.

Super rustic spot in the city! My partner and I went here for breakfast last week on the Kings birthday. We ordered: the bacon and egg roll and a hash brown on the side, hot choc, smashed avocado on toast with an extra egg and smoked salmon on the side as well as an açai bowl. The açai bowl was absolutely delish! Along with the smashed avocado on toast! We enjoyed the vibe of the place and the style of it too! Our food came to: $66.17

Worth Trying. Great espresso, good foam, par pricing. Good selection of pastries, nibbles and breakfast sandwiches. $5 for a 8oz.

After seeing pics and the menu online, I knew I wanted to get breakfast here. I got the avocado toast #1, which came with smashed avocado, feta cheese, tomatoes, and basil. It was yummy and everything you want in an avocado toast. I also got a flat white, my first one ever, and it was delicious. This place gets very busy. There are a couple of hostels nearby and is close to Queen Street, so there’s a lot of foot traffic. Because the place is small, it can be difficult to get a table. If so, you can order for takeaway from their takeaway window. I love the atmosphere. The warm wood tones, cool art, and good music. I can imagine staying there for awhile, especially on the couch at the back of the place. Plus, service was great. Their menu has several sandwich options, both for breakfast and lunch. They also have a few pastry options. Definitely check this place out.
