This
is
the
worst
KFC
I’ve
ever
been
to,
if
not
the
worst
customer
service
in
Auckland.
Staff
members
stand
around
playing
in
the
dining
area
whilst
I
was
standing
at
the
counter
waiting
for
service.
Almost
all
of
the
staff
made
eye
contact
and
made
no
effort
to
greet
or
acknowledge
us.
When
finally
being
served
the
Shift
Manager
was
looking
after
us
and
when
I
asked
to
remove
mayonnaise
from
the
burger
it
almost
sent
her
into
a
spiral
as
she
tried
to
ask
me
four
time
what
sauce
I
want
on
the
burger
and
even
asked
if
I
want
extra
Mayonaise.
My
partner
was
served
a
two
piece
box
with
only
one
piece
in
it
after
waiting
for
over
20
minutes,
when
she
went
to
the
counter
to
enquire
about
this,
the
staff
continued
to
just
stare
at
her
without
coming
to
the
counter.
The
response
she
got
was
appalling,
no
words
exchanged
by
the
staff,
not
a
sorry
or
an
apology
for
the
mistake
or
inconvenience.
Overall
it
took
30
minutes
from
entering
to
get
our
food.
As
someone
in
a
team
leader
position
myself,
this
shows
a
poor
management
team
with
zero
focus
on
the
team
having
any
manners
whatsoever.
