    Paid for a Family Fiesta meal which should come with 8 pieces of chicken and ONLY received 6 pieces! Really New Lynn KFC was it that difficult to count?! What a rip off! Don't operate 2 drive thru lanes because although the lady taking the orders did a great job, the people packing obviously can't handle it. It was a simple order... Disappointing.

    Big shout out!! this an amazing lady working on the 23/06/22 I came in around 7pm because my order(game box mates) had been missing items (pcs of chicken)by the time we got home and checked. she so thoughtfully gave us a complete fresh box full of everything we had order. Very highly impressed and a satisfied customer. Didn’t catch her name But blonde hair Great customer service!

    Consistently one of the worst KFCs. On Thursday, waited behind one other person for 15m, no explanation as to why (wasn't that they ordered 10 meals or anything) from staff, no apology, and was given cold food and soggy chips. They couldn't even be bothered to give me fresh food. The food ifrom this place is always either cold and limp, or wet with oil, the chicken pieces are getting tinier all the time and their only saving grace - hot and spicy - only hits this dump once in a blue moon. I don't know how much longer KFC can keep serving up such an awful experience before they disappear off the map altogether. Hot and Spicy really is the only thing they offer that has any value.

    For NEW LYNN BRANCH Thats my second time in drive thru i ordered a snack lunch for my kid. They didnot put the fries in bag n also they gave drink when i ask them. When my son open the lunch bag he didnot find the fries. He really upset n ask me to never go back any KFC coz thats not the first time . Specially on New lynn KFC , Please check ur order when u on window please rediculious service

    24/10/2023 @ 10:45am first appearance was clean & tidy, it was mid morning. Ordered a Ultimate Pack, no potato & gravy so I got another large fries instead, everything was Luke warm except the fries were pipping hot yum! Customer service was great. Toilet & handwash facilities were clean. I love the mini makeover of the store.

    About 2.45pm - WORST EVER CUSTOMER SERVICE BY NEW LYNN KCF person (who's name I believe was Jeff and was the manager as told by him directly when I asked to speak to the manager ) gosh….he doesn't know how to be polite when speaking to me or my wife? VERY RUDE person. Nobody's perfect but this person definitely needs re training on how to do Customer Service - He needs to be taught how to be polite & how to respect customers, then only he will get same respect back. I hope the Management will do something on issues like this ASAP !!??? We cancelled our order & had to go all the way to Henderson KFC because of this silly rude person. 🫤😡👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

    Service was very bad. People lining up and not once someone was behind the counter or at least apologized for the delay. 20min later female worker calls out from the prepping area and says order from the machine. Like hello very bad costumer service. 🤷‍♀️

    I'd prefer to go to Avondale KFC now big disappoitment in regards to their tasteless chicken and tasteless chips. The date is 6 Dec 23 @ 7pm , feel sorry for all those that have qued up tonight to order here. No secret recipe added to there chicken , very sad!! Do Not Recommend coming here again after 17 years.

    Since I don’t have option to give a zero , I just give them one. They have only given us small flat wings when we ordered wicked wings on the drive through , even all in one small box ( the box what you get for 3 wings and even it is not full either) The service was ridiculous when I complained about it and the duty manager tried to justify what they did. I’d not recommend anyone to go there , if you choose to go there for kfc , make sure you check your food before you leave. I returned the food and will never go to New Lynn kfc until we get a new management !!Simply they don’t care about their customers!!

    I ordered eight wings and four boneless, the first time the clerk only gave me four boneless, I went back and talked to the clerk about the missing eight wings, and I got them home and found only six wings.

    Ordered a large sharing bucket all original chicken and got 14 spicy pieces. Whole family were diapointed. Too late to go back. Rang but they dont pickup. Really disappointed

    Drive through order was wrong, tried calling them and no one answers the phone🤦🏽‍♀️. They don’t offer plates now only if you dine in because the manager-said😂 even if you buy big meals - how budget! Double down was so small nothing like the picture - misleading!!

    This is the worst KFC I’ve ever been to, if not the worst customer service in Auckland. Staff members stand around playing in the dining area whilst I was standing at the counter waiting for service. Almost all of the staff made eye contact and made no effort to greet or acknowledge us. When finally being served the Shift Manager was looking after us and when I asked to remove mayonnaise from the burger it almost sent her into a spiral as she tried to ask me four time what sauce I want on the burger and even asked if I want extra Mayonaise. My partner was served a two piece box with only one piece in it after waiting for over 20 minutes, when she went to the counter to enquire about this, the staff continued to just stare at her without coming to the counter. The response she got was appalling, no words exchanged by the staff, not a sorry or an apology for the mistake or inconvenience. Overall it took 30 minutes from entering to get our food. As someone in a team leader position myself, this shows a poor management team with zero focus on the team having any manners whatsoever.

    @around 10:35 pm me and my partner ordered for take away meal,and they gave it directly. On way home I realise that the food is so cold, fries are so cold, We ordered for thigh combination and we got just 1 thigh. I am super disappointed!

    I don't know why I keep going back to this place (KFC in general, not specifically New Lynn). Chicken pieces are tiny (they buy by the kg but sell by the piece - so smaller the better from their perspective). Drive-through has to be one of the poorest customer experiences. Due to the screen being caked in crud and the sun shining on it, you can't read it until you get right up to it. Then you are trying to take in 3 massive screens through your car window from point blank.

    Ridiculously slow drive thru service, saw the person in front of me sitting and waiting about 10-15 mins just to give his order! Drive thru is just that drive thru and go, if I was able to wait so long I wouldve gone in and sat and had a meal, what a joke

    Order made at - 2.18pm Ordered had been completed WITH NO DELIVERY KFC NEWLYNN DO NOT ANSWER FOR 10 mins ANSWER - 3.15 DRIVER - could not find house with a letter box did not EVEN ATTEMPT TO DELIVER Asked for FRESH ORDER And additional items - NO we cannot do that it is the DRIVERS FAULT apparently - still waiting 4.05pm Updated - called 4.07 after promised order WE CANNOT DELIVER NOW WE CANNOT RE ISSUE ORDER did not bother to call to let us know we would not receiving our order after waiting after they said it would be re issued WORST SERVICE DO NOT GET DELIVERY SERVICE DRIVERS ARE NOT CAPABLE TO READ STREET SIGNS AND LETTER BOX NUMBERS 😂🙂

    Awaited in the drive through almost 20 minutes but, no service. We went straight to the counter to order & pick up our drive through meal. Lady at the counter was so rude telling us to wait for someone to come and take your order. “HELLO WE HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR 20 MINUTES” she dint get it. How come they can be out of Tomato Ketchup. When it’s only mid day ??!! It happened to us before…

    Mostly really good. But KFC no longer has their amazing seasonings for the fries. Last 4 visits zero seasoning, each time I ask for extra but got Zero, but they tell you they have it. Clearly untrue

    I rarely get KFC but had to leave a review as the past 2 times I’ve had it across the space of a YEAR has been awful. Staff are rude, I asked for extra seasoning on the chips and the guy pretended to add and didn’t even add the extra seasoning lol. Both orders were missing something. Chips don’t have any salt or seasoning. Wait times are very long. Staff are not trained and don’t care about customer service.

    My latest experience in KFC New Lynn will definitely be my last.Chicken dripping in grease, chips barely warm, soggy and no salt.No plastic spoons to eat cole-slaw and mashed potato and went I went to counter for same I was told they had run out.When I asked them how I was to eat the food I was greeted with a blank stare so I ended up eating it as best I could with a chicken bone.Guys at next table had the same experience.Never again ; absolutely disgusting !

    At 12:40 pm on June 11th, I bought a hamburger fix and slider at the store. At that time, there were only three or four customers in the store, but after twenty minutes my meal was not finished, but the work The staff was very busy, and they didn't care about the long wait. Later, there were more and more customers in the store, and it was almost chaotic. If I were a KFC in many places in New Zealand, it is no exaggeration to say that this KFC is the one I have seen in New Zealand. the worst

    Well it says it's open at 10am. I go there in my 30 minute tea break and have my order placed by 10:05. At 10:18 I was informed by the staff that the hot n spicy chicken I order was going to be another 10 minute wait and offered orginal. I agreed but wasn't offered/ compensated anything extra for the extra I paid for the hot n spicy chicken. And to top it all off, I was given a room temperature coke no sugar when I ordered normal coke. Bit disappointed.

    I went thru drive thru today, lady forgot my extra potato and gravy … then i realised there’s no small coleslaw, there actually should be a small coleslaw with the gravy especially when the price is $18+ There use to be coleslaw, what happened? You can get a small coleslaw with a two piece pack in south auckland … all the more when it’s a 3 piece pack . Come on kfc

    I hate to say this sentence but I am extremely impressed with KFC new Lynn’s service this evening. There were just heaps of people in the drive thru but it was sooo fast and the food was waiting for me. And it was so good - perfectly cooked :) I also forgot to ask for extra seasoning but it didn’t matter cos the chips were seasoned to perfection x

    Ordered the 49.99 deal and it was the most disappointing meal I’ve ever eaten her, the chicken pieces were just bone and gristle, to top it off it just tasted like deep fried chicken, not one of the 11 herbs and spices were used. Do not eat here you’ll just waste your money

    It's fried chicken not a 10 course meal with different options- staff are nonchalant and still messed up a simple order of 10 piece, coleslaw and chips and drink. after messing up the car in front of me order as well. Free wifi works- however KFC New Lynn... Do better.

    Wicked wings were extremely small, very rude behavior when I questioned the size of the peices and very long wait for the refund, the staff who served the food didn't even ask about swapping the peices and just asked if we wanted a refund, very bad customer service, the staff threw extremely 20 peices of Wicked wings in a small box instead of a bucket, it was as if the staff wanted to give us less food so he could take more food home. The staff lied about the shortage of buckets however we saw him packing other food in buckets after telling us there was a shortage.

    So I just ordered my dinner yesterday from uber eats cause I don't drive at the moment and the chips were so hard I couldn't even eat it properly it just kept breaking into pieces . And even the wings tasted it was about 2days old just heated up. I buy KFC all the time but this was my worst experience never buying here ever again.

    Arrived at the counter waiting to place a order and after 10mins all the staff just stared at us. Nearly another 10mins later I asked the lady whom was closet to us if they were serving at the counter today as we were still being ignored. She looked at me with a blank stare so I had to repeat my self again Are You Serving At The Counter Today she looked around like are you talking to me I said yes I'm talking to you she yelled at me just use those which mean self service. I explained that we wanted to talk to someone as what is on the website is diffrent to self service. The manager came to serve us who had been staring at us the whole time. The manager explained that they are busy which means we ignore you when we are busy. I explained to the manager that we had just left the avondale kfc and the lady there had the courtesy to come out to us and say we had to use drive through because she was on by herself. After reading the reviews I definitely agree that is the worst kfc in auckland. We didn't buy any food as the customer service is bad. The saddest part of all is that none of the staff looked like they wanted to be there.

    Put in the order great. Got to pay for it , 3rd attempt by cashier to get my order. Ok. Got to food window after a long time waiting. 1st staff didn't have the right order twice , waited over 15 minutes , watched thru their window at numerous staff members come and go. Some female sez you ordered blah blah. I sed yes. 10 minutes later got the order , I sed thanks. Staff didn't say anything. No , "sorry about the wait" or "thank you". Not impressed with service. Probably a reflection of their training , management or both. I'm glad I don't frequent this place often.

    Ordered food for delivery on the kfc delivery app and did it from “my location” which located a street over from me so had to rave there to intercept my order just to realise there was food missing and having to drive in store to sort that out after paying a delivery and service fee that I then ask to be refunded for which I was refused which I was appalled at considering the fact we almost spent $100 there. The food was disgusting the chips had no salt what so ever not even a pinch and the coleslaw tasted off. I also wrote an online inquiry about this but have not heard back from them. Won’t be going or ordering from here again and I suggest you don’t too

    Worst KFC . Ordered 2 chicken tendered and they gave us only one and they look like a stick and so hard. Snack burger's mayo tasted awful. Drive through took ages. This is our second experience. I hope the manager who reads this reply us with a good explanation. Frustrated
