An absolutely enjoyable experience at silo park. Beautiful weather, nice views and both adults and kids had a lot of fun. There is free rock climbing for kids over 20 kgs between 10-1400 and the staff was friendly and helpful. There are pay parking lots right next to the park so it’s very convenient. Highly recommended for everyone ❤️

Families and their kids usually come to this park as there are lots of interesting playground equipment here. They have water fountain, slide, basketball court, and more. Looks like a luxury park with a construction theme.

It got playground, basketball court, grass picnic area and a public toilets Located in Wynyard Quarter on the corner of Beaumont and Jellicoe Street is Auckland's latest waterfront attraction. Silo Park is named for the silos that you’ll see on site. The cluster of six silos is Silo 6 and the tall, solo silo is Silo 7 standing at 35m tall. These silos were once used as giant containers to store cement - being close to the water and the now-defunct rail line allowed for easy transport. Today, Silo 6 is an art and exhibition space, and Silo 7 becomes alive at night with Silo Park’s cinema being projected against it walls.

Such an interesting place. Boats, playgrounds and silos, sculptures and gardens. I came down here in the summer to see the busking festival and it was lovely!

A good place to hang out, especially in a sunny day! Breathtaking view can be seen and is a good spot for photography! Might have different activities going on everyday like movie show for people to relax and enjoy together, thus bring your family along! There are many restaurants and food stalls around too, so don't need to worry if you're hungry. Securities are also walking around to make sure everyone is safe, love this place!

Plenty of parking at Silo Park, you'll find it a great place to hangout and relax with the water a few steps away. Plenty of food options an easy stroll a couple of minutes away. Parking is abundant, and in the summer it I'd a popular place with Concerts and movies in the park going on.

A gathering place that has potential as there are still work in progress. Really worth time spent there for friends and family or just for the quiet reader. There is room for everybody... we had a pleasant time during Africa Day on the last weekend of May. Parking spot is limited and the park is accessible by any type of transport!

Wow this place finally has seating I changed my rating from 3 to 5 star, the elevator on the steal elevated structure is still out of service since two years ago, not friendly for disability access, but the park has improved, could we see a permanent kiosk open soonish let's see

There's a nice playground here mainly for younger kids, but older kids would still have fun running around the former industrial buildings, staircases, and skywalk. There are basketball hoops and a Sal's pizza just a short walk away. I'm sure evening events here must be cool, and I'd recommend a quick exploration of the park to all visitors. It's a great idea for unused industrial area.

Auckland Council is doing right for this city with these open, free, beautifully designed public spaces. Keep it up, keep it maintained and keep it accessible. So proud to call Auckland home. Some highlights, parking, toilet facilities, playgrounds, attractions, open paved spaces for scooters and other wheel. Love it here!

I like that they preserved historical relics and made it a public park. I also like the awning that (almost) will shelter one from the rain.

It's a good place to watch sunset and the playground for children but i didn't take any pictures of them. This part for those who like water, like the wind and the sound of the waves, the boats. The park has few trees, less green and grass. So it's sunny during the day. There are many lights at night so you can come here anytime.

Really nice to see how Auckland reused these obsolete silos to create a park! The atmosphere of the park is relaxed and suitable to visit or hangout no matter your age. There’s also a tap for drinking water.

Was an awesome place to go and visit and see all the things built into the silos to play with. Wasn't too busy in the area and was a nice walk around. The area is so nice and by the harbor so it was cool to see all the different boats and yachts! They also have events here and movies which is awesome but sadly I didn't get to experience that since I was leaving auckland back home.

The wicked big launches that are parked up are cool, went for a wee scooter around on Friday evening was absolutely lovely, lots of people out, I think because 2 massive cruise ships had pulled up. I love going all around here . So many areas to lunch or sit, covered , kids playgrounds etc

Such an amazing park. There is a jungle gym area where kids can play and also a large patch of grass for a picnic (there are benches as well), while taking in the silo’s and the gorgeous harbour.

Abandoned factories or, in this case, petrochemical containers can have a certain metaphorical beauty when repurposed. These tanks are just remnants of lapsed industrial leases that no-one wanted to pay to demolish. Some creeping vines would've been cool, like nature reclaiming a concrete wasteland. Low effort, really.

This place keeps getting better, more spaces are opening up and more interactive things for kids. 3 new basketball courts seem really close to.

With grain prices through the roof it's a surprise to see so much of the stuff unguarded. The absence of theft surely speaks to the exceptional civic pride we Aucklandeerers take in our long agricultural roots

It's a nice walk along the water. You can browse the restaurants and bars by the water. You can walk, ride your bike or scooter around. A nice place for families on the weekend with a small shallow pool for kids to play in, a court for basketball etc, a playground, public toilets, you can catch a ride on the tram, you have a few playground spots, kids can play around the old silos. There's a mutli level walking platform you get views from. You can walk to the marina at the other end where they have a historical yacht walk through along the water. I love going around there when i need some blue space 🙂

It's a really will developed area and hard to beat on a day with the right weather. Lots to see as you amble around. City Loop busses pass every 10 minutes so you can leave your car where it's more convenient.
