The platter was over priced. Very small portion for $110. Staff were not professional and they had poor communication between other staff members. $4 is over Charged, and we were blamed for not correcting orders straight away (which we did) and then the staff told us off to do it right next time. I'm sorry but there will not be a next time. Never go back to Casablanca Northwest. Never Ever!!!

Food was really really good and well decorated space with a great atmosphere. Only reason why it is a three star from me is i indicated several times that i had a nut allergy. Next thing i know they serve me my dinner riddled with nuts. Asked the waiter if there was nuts in my food and he just shrugged. Terrible table service. However the other waiter was much better. Horrific that there was nuts in the food with an allergy. Lucky i checked and no need for the eppipen….

Staff were friendly. May not have been very knowledgeable of their own menu when asked about some options. Food was relatively tasty and flavourful, good smoke, though not the best I’ve had. Meals were not that substantial for the price charged.

Dinner was amazing. Shoutout to the chef for the delicious food and the friendly and welcoming staff for the great customer service! 10/10

Had dinner here recently. The place was spacious, pleasantly decorated and warmly lighted. Service was friendly and attentive. The food was tasty with a reasonable serving. If you are in the area and would like to have a taste of Mediterranean, this restaurant is recommended.

Such lovely place to sit down for a meal. A very big n spacious restaurant. Kids menu was great for my little one. I enjoyed the meatballs too. Lots of 1 hour parking available nearby or easy to park in the mall parking n walk through the mall to get here. Play area right outside the restaurant which I believe must be real handy in summers.

Lunch plate beef-chicken. Love the salad it's fresh and the chicken is tender and tasty, beef a little dry. Hubby looks happy so must've enjoyed his Turkish coffee and Moroccan burger.

Food was tasty, came out fairly quick, and the service was okay. A bit pricy though. I got the lamb + chicken lunch plate for $26 which is essentially a deconstructed kebab

Casablanca NorthWest is definitely one of the best, if not the best restaurant we have been to for a long long time. The atmosphere is warm and friendly, we were greeted at the door, welcomed and shown to a very nice table. The wait staff, both the Manager Ningey Penpak and her assistant were very helpful with food choices and very attentive, making sure we had everything we needed for an enjoyable dining experience. The food was very well presented, plentiful and cooked to perfection and we tried many of the dishes on offer. Our thanks and compliments go to the Chefs as well for the excellent food. All in all we found absolutely no fault or even quibbles. The whole experience was perfect in every way. Thank you for making our visit most enjoyable. We visited again today and experienced the same good level of service and good food, it was great.

Oh well, it was my first time having Mediterranean food in NZ and Casablanca did not disappoint. Every dish we ordered was top notch. From starters, mains to dessert, everything tasted so good. So rich and flavourful. Also the quantity was great for the price we paid. Overall a great experience visiting this place. Cannot wait to explore more.

Got there and had the Vaccine pass checked which was all good. Placed our drinks order and entrees still all good. Then we finally ordered mains and asked for the side of chips to come with entree is possible. We got our entrees, the cauliflower fritters were nice, the calamari was a bit chewy but the sauce was amazing... and we got the yummy aioli and chips so still good. Then before we were even half way done with entrees we got mains... so the mains got cold by the time we finished entrees weird. Then we barely got finished with mains and they came to clear away the table... it felt like we were being rushed (at this point only 3 other tables had guests). So we left and didn't even consider desserts. The salad my sister ordered had too much vinegarette so it was too sour for her to enjoy. The tiger prawns had the heads and nearly all the shell so it was a bit hard to eat and seemed like the harrissa sauce had too much oil. The Jordan humus dish was nice and the lamb was nicely slow cooked.

Ordered the fish and it was quite nice. Pan fried and flavored well. Portions were also generous, it's nice to order a cola and get a full sized glass. Host was also very welcoming and the place was tidy and enjoyable to be at. Big outdoor area too for when it's not windy.

Strange place with lackluster menu, although my steak was delicious and they stock Heineken. Staff were friendly.

We have been to this restaurant a few times and although the food is always good the service was a bit hit and miss. Great service when we came in but we were left with our finished lunch plates on the table and not a staff member in sight. A women -scruffily dressed finally showed up when we stood by the till. We wanted to order dessert but left to go across the road instead.

Great experience with brilliant food and excellent service. Our table was in a quiet section but we were well served. Amazed at the size of the meals for the price. The Cheesecake was one of the best I have eaten. Definitely worth the drive from the city

We used to go here often, then stopped for few years. No reason just did. Been back couple times past few months and forgot how good it is. Our meals have been delicious. The kids menu has so many options too and includes a drink and colouring bag with book. Our son loves it. Today we had the Avo Smash(my goto fav) and Pulled Lamb Wrap. Really like seating on the elevated level with cushioned seat and ottoman style seats. Lovely staff too. Highly recommend

Love the food, service and atmosphere here. Great place for any meal of the day. Food is so well presented and just delicious.

I was a bit concerned when we walked in. It was practically empty. Then the menus had were dirty with some food smeared inside. For this reason I have given 4 stars instead of 5. The food was excellent. We got the platter which was larger than the photo outside suggested. It was all flavorsome and the chips were some of the best I have ever had.

We called in at short notice to book a table for 7. One person having special dietary requirements. Staff checked several times to see if we were happy with the food, the chef came out to check too. What can I say, but a big thank you. Special food, special people at this place. Thank you.

This place is a gem if you want a classy dining experience. Food is great! We ordered Chicken Tagine , Cherkez Chicken and Moroccan tea. Both dishes were delicious especially the Cherkez Chicken. Chicken Tagine had too much gravy otherwise it was yummy too. They even give a activity bag if you order a kiddy meal. Overall a great spot!

Lovely food, lovely service! A quiet weeknight with just our table, food arrived super quickly and was was consumed equally quickly as it was delicious :D Makes a nice change, have eaten at the Good Home next door a few times which is always much slower service as it's busier and noisier most of the time than here. Seats are comfy here too. Will be back at Casablanca soon :-)

Just spectacular. Amazing restaurant. Such a delicious food. Beautiful ambient and wonderful customer service.

We have just been for dinner and was deeply disappointed. We ordered the plater for 2, $89. It was small to say the least. We were a bit afraid of eating the prawns which tasted awful, the bread and hummus were both dry. And the squid was extremely chewy. The lamb was the only saving grace. We were open with the staff about the disappointment, they didn’t seem phased. Very gutted about the experience as previously it’s been a sure thing. We were excited about tonight’s dinner choice but can no longer recommend this restaurant. I assume others agree as there was only one other table seated in the whole place.

Great food, good attentive staff and nice atmosphere. I had the cherkez chicken, cannot fault this dish. The skewers at $35 are pricey and coukd fo with a bit more mashed potatoes rather than 3 small dollops. The chicken wrap was huge.

Food was okay. Decent portion for its cost but packs variety within the meal itself. Service was a little on the slow side, seemingly due to being understaffed.

Environment is good and deco is very exotic. Decent sized food. Taste good too. Average plate is about $30ish.

My husband and I eat here every couple of months for dinner. We have ordered a range of different meals and have always thoroughly enjoyed the flavours. We order an entrée and two mains between us which always fills us up. Lovely staff and the food always comes out quickly. We love this place and will continue to come here regularly.
