😠 A bit of a mission to get there, but worth the effort. Excellent view of the Manukau Harbor heads and bar crossing. Both the settlements of Huia and Cornwallis,[which you will travel through] have good examples of the simple sea side cottages built for an era fifty years or more now past . Being to Huia a few times, only found this hem today. 270 degree of the Harbour. Amazing view. There were no sign, no toilet.

Very pleasant location and weather! Great for a short trip. This lookout can be covered with a few other walks/beaches in the vicinity of Waitakere Regional Park.

Beautiful lookout, there is a table or space to have a lovely picnic spot, only thing is there is no rubbish bin, so make sure to take a spare rubbish bag and public toilets is 5min drive before you get to the lookout.

Even on a cloudy day the views are great. There are good views of the Heads, Awhitu Peninsula and the harbour. There is a small car park, one picnic table and a view point.

Great day to visit this point, sunny and clean. The view is awesome, in the tip of a cliff you can see both sides of the bay and in front the open sea. Small boats and kayaks were part of the scenery. Easy accessible by a gravel road, parking is not huge, but luckily I was the only one when arrived. Two tables makes it a wonderful place for a picnic. Worth going!

Great view and a peaceful place. The view will be more beautiful if you go on a high tide day, in the day time. Don't have any views (lights from buildings) in night time.

Amazing view with the sea and the mountain ranges around. You can drive all the way to the lookout and there are tables to grab a snack there too.

Nice lookout over the harbour. Could be a nice spot to catch a good sunset when the weather’s good

I would say it’s a maybe 285 degree panorama which is pretty amazing

Slightly confusing on where to go, as it seems the road leads to houses. Take the road on the left Nice view, although there are tall trees and shrubs right in the middle that obscure the view. It's a nice little 5 minute stop for photo opportunities when it's not so windy

Just a quick stop. It was raining and overcast but still a great view. Lots of parking and a short walk to the viewing platform.

👍👍 Some of the best falls in Auckland with a short 5 min walk from the beach carpark (parking is very limited) just some helpful notes are that the road to the Falls are very narrow and you will have to stop and allow cars to pass in places.
