We came from Ambury Farm and the kids still wasnt satisfied so we thought of coming to this park. This was an excellent way for the kids to explore their boudaries and test their fear. They loved it, they had no fear and we will be back.

Lovely park with 2 flying foxes, large playground and lots of green grass area to host a birthday party. Plenty of car parking as well. Just behind the Westwave swimming pools too.

Great playground for the kids, they had a lot of fun. 3 slides for varying confidence levels in the main playground. A smaller play area for you get kids, 2 flying foxes (zip lines) and plenty of other equipment.

When you take your kids out to a public park, A park we've come too plenty of times just to see this happening on our arrival πŸ€¦πŸ»β€β™€οΈ The park itself is awesome for kids 4 years up. It's usually family oriented but our last visit just wasn't it.

Cool playground if your kids are into climbing, however watch them closely as we found the regular goers very territorial and rude, even tho i am very much a born and breed local. Typical West Auckland

Not a bad place for the slightly older kids and young kids who are fearless like my 1 year old. A few tables built in here and there, lots & lots of shade from the trees the playground itself is quite good too. Not a bad place for one of the oldest registered campgrounds of NZ.

Great kids park maybe some shading over some of the playground would be better.

Awesome place. Some of the walks sadly are closed to slips back in January and not repaired yet, but glad we came

Great park for a walk, a bike ride, picnic. Lots of things for the kids to do and a smaller park round the corner for the younger kids.

Excellent location for accessing the cycleway, and an interesting park, this is the site of the first motor camp in New Zealand. Great little children’s playground too.

Great playground. Could have more for little kids but bigger kids love it. Surounded by lots of nature.

Visited today and absolutely well used park with good facilities . Phoned police as there were up to four quad bikes and motorbikes racing around on the grass reserve with no regard to people's safety .

A natural reserve with great nature.. Wonderful play area for all family members. Great picnic areas for barbeque and get togethers. Nature walkway from 3 directions with easy access to main Henderson malls and Westwave. Its hidden but a gem of a reserve.

Wow this reserve is total gem! The adventure playground is incredibly huge! Amazing sight also the walkways are enjoyable with dog owners and bicycle riders daily using this vast walkway.. Hidden bridge is captivating to find once you cross the back way to Westwave! Wow was blown away how this Reserve is connected to all surrounding areas of Henderson.. Walk this way you end up at Central park Drive...walk that way you end up at Edmonton Road... walk another way end up at Alderman Drive... Wow it's all connected centrally around this beautiful reserve... Trully peaceful, great place to run, train your dog and peaceful walks. Forgot the jetty area, sadly vandals wrecked the fence and threw the life saver donut in the stream... Besides that still a wonderful reserve for picnic with family and friends.
