BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Mandir is one of the most beautiful hindu mandir(temple), we feel very peaceful, the murtis(idols) of Bhagwan Shri Swaminarayan, Abhishek murti of Shri Nilkanthvarni, Gunatitanand swami, Shri Krishna, Shri Ram and Shri Shivji are adorable.... Sinhasan is also beautiful, carved from wood... Indian traditional carving... People must visit this place regularly...

BAPS Swaminarayan Temple is an excellent place of peace and serenity. A shrine of worship for everyone... of all ages, cultures races and religions. While it has origins in India (Hindu), it is worth beholding for its architecture and exterior beauty. Guess what Temple is called in Indian? Mandir = a place where the heart is at peace, and mind is still.

Have been here several times. A couple of times for weddings. The food served here is beautiful. Nice snacks can be purchased too. The temple itself is very peaceful place and the volunteer workers there go above and beyond. Highly recommend visiting any BAPS temple worldwide

One of the kind spiritual place everyone must visit, you will always get positive vibes inside the Mandir. You yourself feeling attracted towards GOD in that spiritual environment. Also you feel like you are spending some of your time with GOD which gives you ultimate peace of mind.

I recently visited the BAPS Swami Narayan Temple in Avondale and I must say, it was an incredible experience. The temple's architecture is absolutely stunning and the serene atmosphere inside truly made me feel at peace.

Calm and peaceful place to not only worship but also to find your inner peace. One must visit with family regularly if possible.

Didnt go there, was 200m away. Even thou I am a Christian and I worship Jesus Christ. My 1 star is based on Googles big brother being so far out. The building looks impressive from the outside though.

Beautiful Temple 🤍☀️ Loved the space and the energy which I felt wholeheartedly. Every place of divinity and worship gives me immense peace, love and overflowing joy. I was all smiles at BAPS temple and loved how neat and tidy they’ve kept the altar room. Another thing which has drawn me to this place of worship is how men and women are separated inside the prayer hall as well as the dining area. The benefits: 1. Through my experience, I loved how this rule allowed me to communicate with others, people whom I do not know. 2. I didn’t have the comfort of sitting beside my husband and known friends but to focus on the food that’s served and to observe my surrounding. 3. Such a nice way to interact with new people, understand where they come from and above all to just be with myself the most sacred space within. The had a wide variety of snacks and condiments without garlic and onion. Gujju people and Gujrati food have my LOVE, for their humble and delicious homemade snacks. • Do get a packet of yummy Bhakarwadi $4 NZD on your way home. 😃 ✌🏾
