Very welcoming Parish with great steep History in the area. One of the oldest Church around Auckland. Have had very fond memories here!

Beautiful Catholic Church of days gone by, great masses, welcoming. A wonderful place to go when you are seeking peace, solitude and reflection (not during mass times), light a candle, say a prayer for someone, or ask God, Blessed Virgin Mary or Jesus Christ for direction. Reverence, Peace, Love

I would just like to thank the person or persons who have made the grounds of this church just so beautiful. There would be hours of work going in to all this. The building and the grounds look just so much nicer than when I was last there. God Bless these people and may other visitors to this place respect and enjoy all the hard work and hours that have gone into it all.

1.The Clergy deliver inspiring and uplifting homilies on par with evangelical pastor sermons, which is no mean feat. 2. Beautifully designed Catholic Church in the Gothic Revival architectural style with its stained glass, vaulted ceiling and spire. 3. The highlight is the spirit of GOD descending on you when the rays of the sun shine through the life-size stained glass image of Our Lady of the Assumption above the altar, coupled with the angelic voices of the choir reverberating around you. 4. Beautifully manicured lawns/gardens and an attached good sized hall makes it the perfect destination for that Blessed fairy tale Wedding and a Happily Ever After.

Good for some quiet meditation and reflection on Saturday morning.

Celebrating 4th Advent Sunday, it is good. Priest was nice.

Beautiful church , similar to a small cathedral. The surrounding gardens are very tidy and well maintained. The gardens are quiet in the morning and an ideal place for reflection

Catholic church in Church Street, Onehunga. Lovely gardens especially Rose's come spring time. Sufficient car parks. Good hall for events.
