Great little reserve. Lots of wildlife and good tracks. A great place for daily walks or cycling. With lots of variation, sealed paths, gravel or grass. I find myself coming back here all the time and often see new and interesting things.

Great place to park the car and enjoy a sunrise or views of the city & harbour. Or get out of the car and take a walk around the duck pond or along the stone path to other parks :)

Great little space with awesome view of Auckalnd Skyline . I would not recommend it for watching New Years fireworks though since it bit too far .

Very peaceful and very nice, nicer ehrn the tide is in. The dead end further along stops too much traffic getting about

Great place as a starting point for a wander in the sun. I have used this area twice now for testing mobility equipment. I was able to trial an all terrain wheelchair here as it has hills, grass, mud, gravel, beach and bush to trial properly. Great spot for adventures!

Very pleasant on a sunny day , parking limited. Suitable for picnics, well looked after. Not suitable for swimming. Good walking tracks nearby.

It's a nice little cosy park to hang out but the reserve itself is normal. Great as a walking starting point though.

Beautiful sea frontage with great views of the Auckland CBD landscape - Sky tower, Harbour bridge, western North Shore etc., There is a nice coastal walkway bordering this beach reserve and may take about 40 mins to complete the entire length. Several picnic benches, toilet facilities and a few parking lots make it an ideal location to have a picnic and some meals with the family or friends.

A great place to walk with views back across the harbour to Auckland, the bridge, and rangitoto. A great place to catch a glimpse of native and endangered birds and varied scenery along the walk.

The harbour views from the walk are spectacular. From the car park to the point is about a 1 hour walk return. Plenty of native birds which are very friendly, and a walk through the mangroves near the water. Flat walk and easy, and would be good to bike.

The sea floor on the coast is very shallow. The speed of the high tide is very fast. Can Watch the ebb and flow, very spectacular.
