The sushi is not fresh. Rice is hard and seaweed roll is slaggy. Taste is awful not authentic Japanese. My mouth now still tastes like expired butter. Gross never visit here gain

This is possibly the best sushi I've ever had. Amazing taste and so many different options to choose from. The staff are super friendly, and the food is even better. Definitely recommend going here to try it out! Especially is you're a big sushi fan.

[Update]: Recently ordered a platter here through the phone, the sushi was prepared quick and on time. The quality of the ingredients is quite remarkable. - Great Sushi, and quick service. There is a limited lot of tables to sit on and parking might be a hassle but it's great. Would recommend.

I’ve tried the bodybuilder roll, and that was heavy.

We tried it before, it was good, the sushi was originated made by a Korean guy, so tats why it wasn’t authentic Japanese and also the sauce was tend to be Korean style!

Sushi was not fresh and didn't taste good or authentic. The only positive is that it was cheap.

Amazing vegetarian sushi. Would recommend. Edit: Came again and the sushi is good but they took twenty minutes to make it even with only one other person in the shop. That’s a bit ridiculous. Edit 2: Tried once more, never again. It should not take 20 minutes to get sushi.

Best sushi hands down!! I refuse to go to any other BLS vendor. I've been coming here since they've opened. What impresses me the most is the manager/owner knows my difficult order and he has integrity by remembering and honouring customers if he has made an honest mistake with your order. The chicken katsu was cold and quite the wait. The taste was over sauced and the price was not worth it, the wait for it was ridiculous because It came out cold in a takeout container when I asked to have there, never again.

The Sushi is yummmmmyyyy... Very very popular place and the variety is extensive. The prices are affordable and there are tables to eat at with room to move. It is a corner pop in shop so can't complain about atmosphere because it's not a restaurant. Very accessible for people in downtown manukau. Like to go for a walk and pop in and grab some sushi.

This place is always my go to for sushi and their funky chicken noodle soup. I cannot wait to visit.

Unfortunately was told 10 mins wait for 1 x Sushi pack and it took over 30 mins and it wasn’t even busy. Very pricey too.

Chinese guy who work here act like he is the owner bit arrogant and poor English. Sushi not so good and overpriced.
