Long time bar in Mt Eden. Obviously from the name it's on the corner. Front bar is small but they have another area out back also. Nice venue for functions or a drink with friends. Good whiskey list. The good bartenders seem to have left this bar. Can usually find the owner drinking at the bar.

a good little decent bar with a super customer friendly barman..house-special olives platter to nibble with drinks is just simply amazing! would love to visit the place for 'em of not for anything else..😁 (oops! now he'll recognise who I am!)

Super friendly. Great cocktails. And am yet to hear a bad song in their playlist. The venue was running a private function during the night, that seemed quite busy, and they effortlessly served us at the bar for a few rounds, while receiving complements from the function that their service was excellent. It's a good vibe.

Great food and nice atmosphere. Really enjoyed my night out there. Doesn't look big from the front. But it has plenty of space out the back

Went to the Corner Store for a going away party. Must comment that the service was outstanding and the food and drinks fantastic. First time I have been there and definitely would go back, great friendly environment. Definitely worth a visit

Take a chainsaw to cut the bread if you get the eggs Benedict . The girls are hot but you are going to bust a jaw trying to eat here

Slowly becoming one of my fav bar to visit for a quiet drink. Awesome friendly staff, good vibes. Walk through to the back for a little surprise hang out space by the fire and fairy lights. Love it!!

Tim, the owner since 2006, serves up divine drinks and discreet yet hospitable chat to patrons in this longtime treasure of Mt Eden. I was particularly impressed with the kombuchas and 0% gin. Something for everyone.

Outstanding bar with a great range of beer, very friendly it would be our local if we lived nearby, I will return next time we are in Auckland.

When you walk through the door it doesn't seem very big with the bar just in front. If you walk to the left side of the bar down the hall, you end up in a fairly nice dining and outdoor area. We had a few drinks in the outdoor back area which was covered. Really nice place to just sit and chat. We had a few platters and they weren't very big. Service was friendly.
