walks

gym

floor

star
jumps
without
so
much

(well

few
but
you
get
the
drift)…
On
my
own
personal
Health
and
weight
loss
journey
I
have
walked
and
played
golf
to
build
cardio
fitness.

I

appreciated
was

benefits
of
what
45
minutes
of
functional
training
does
to
the
mind,
body
and
being
able
to
get
up
off
the
floor
😉
