Great service, friendly and patient staff. They were very patient with my 60yo mother who speaks broken English and normally intimidated communicating in English. Dr Hayley didn't rush even though it went a bit over time and took the time to explain to her her condition. My mother is very happy with the service.

It is impossible to get an appointment on the same day at this clinic. I have two sick boys and was advised to go to east care where I received excellent care but was charged $95. This clinic is unable to service its existing clients but STILL they are accepting new clients. Doctors get paid $350 per patient on their books, by the government, whether they see them or not. This seems to me to be a money making scheme and putting dollars above patient health. I will be deregistering my entire family from this clinic and going to a doctors that put patients above dollars.

The staff are always polite,friendly and very helpful.The nurse is very professional and wonderful in explaining procedures and giving detailed account of the current situation at hand. My doctors Ray Khoo and Ross Valings have been a great help to me. I trust my doctor's opinion and always take their suggestions on-board when deciding what they feel is right for me.It means so much to me to have a service I can trust. My doctor always has time to talk about my issues in depth and is open to looking at new ways of dealing with them. I cant speak highly enough of the support that my doctor has given me. Very caring team of doctors and nurses here. Have always been brilliant with my two children. I would highly recommend this medical practice.

When I went there on Friday, there was no other patients and the reception lady was very friendly. I went there for a medical for my driving licence. But I felt they had no good knowledge about this medical, and told me that they are not doing walking or working medicals. I also not so clear what she told me. I ask her where I can get this medical for my driving licence and she referred me other medical center. They have good parking and inside the medical center it was very clean and nice small medical center.

More chance of winning lotto then seeing a doctor on time, moving my family to a reliable doctor!!! (Have since upagraded from a 1 to a 3 as have had no further issues of being forgotten in the waiting area) but disagree with the reply as I was told to take a set by the receptionist.

I have been with Howick Health and Medical Centre for almost 10 years. They have taken care of all of our family needs with great concern and importance. I appreciate and am thankfull for Dr Khoo and his staff for providing such an excellent service. With their range of expertise at hand I would highly recommend anyone to at least visit there once as this is what we did 10 years ago and continue to do 😀

Really friendly, professional and knowledgeable doctors, nurses and reception staff. Still use them even after moving further away because they are so nice and give great service.

I have recently changed to this doctor upon family recommendation and Dr Amy was so understanding, kind and very thorough. She is absolutely excellent at her practice and a very personable doctor, I travel to see her from west Auckland. The receptionist Kate is so warm and welcoming, she makes patients feel at home. Such a wonderful change from my last doctors.

All the staff (receptionists, nurse, and doctors) are awesome, respectful, very helpful, attentive, and friendly especially Dr. Amanda who always goes the extra mile. Really sad that I had to transfer to a different practice. I highly recommend this GP practice to anyone residing close to Howick.

The receptionist was friendly and efficient. I came from across town to see Dr Ray Khoo. I have some burdensome health issues but Dr Khoo was engaged, patient and empathetic, which really means a lot to me. Definitely worth the trip. Thank you to the team!

Great family doctor, easy to book online, but availability is usually 2-3 days. I like that they offer car consults (still face to face). Dr Amy & Dr Amanda are great for womens & childrens health.

All i want to say is thank you so much Dr Ruby. I went for maternity reasons and she handled me with so much care and love even though the time wasn’t enough. She acts like a friend rather than a doctor. She is very professional as well and knows what to do. I am beyond thankful that I transferred to this amazing GP. All love to Dr Ruby.

Doctor Amy Rankin deserves everything. She has diagnosed me, gave me knowledge and has supported me like no other doctor has before. She’s a super start. All staff are also lovely and seem to care.

Ray Khoo is an excellent doctor. Highly recommend.
