Awesome beach, always neat and we'll kept 👏✅

Well the Auckland council has removed the iconic Norfolk Pine at Milford Beach & replaced it with a very young Pohutakawa tree - Very odd feeling as I have been coming to this beach for over 45 years. Ocean is still very cold at the moment, I only got hip deep, lol. Ps if you don't like dogs don't walk here during Auckland City Councils summer or winter 'off leash permitted hours', as it's a shared space that dog owners & the general public share alike.

Aussie here. Visit this beach almost every time I fly over the ditch (every year or two) and is a really nice place to walk along.

Nothing better than walking, jogging, watching the sunrise 🌅 on Milford beach, and then having your morning coffee every day here. Amazing start of the day 🙌

One of the best place to see the sunrise in Auckland. Clear and blue water. Concrete shore to run or walk, but small width. There are benches and chairs to sit and watch the sunrise. There are no buildings or boats in the view. It is just sun in red, the mountain and the clear blue water.

A day at the beach restores the soul. Nice long beach for a walk. Also has a path which runs alongside suitable for prams, pushchairs and wheelchairs. Really nice place to just chill, relax and drink in the beauty of life.

Go at low tide and enjoy walking on the beach. Its very popular, people jogging, walking, running and dogs swimming......

Sun, sand and sea. It's all here. A long stretch of coastline to get the heart pumping whilst you enjoy the gentle lapping of the waves. Truly magical early morning to catch the first rays of sun.

Love this place ❤️. Not too far and easy to access. Just when it weekend the car park will be full quickly so plan smart before leave the house.

This beach is absolutely stunning! I love the walk between Milford and Takapuna, however I do wish a waterpark was made as it would make more young folks attracted to the area

Love Milford Beach, and it's had an upgrade since my last visit. Nice new toilets and changing rooms, always worth the drive 😊

Great place for kids and adults for a swim and picnic - also a playground if the little kids get bored - also a grassed area for sports.

Fantastic beach for just about everything... Good parking, washrooms, beach it self, playground for kids and lots of trees and places to sit on grass..

Long stretch of sandy and rocky beach. One can start from Milford Beach and walk all the way pass Leonard Bay at low tide.
