I bought my fiancé s engagement ring from platina jewellery 5 years ago , she was delighted with it , we have been back several times for birthday gifts etc , they have a lovely range of jewellery . We have just had Tony and Josephine design and make our wedding bands and are absolutely over the moon with them , the whole experience was amazing , would thoroughly recommend Steve and Grace

Brought an Ole Lynggaard leather bracelet which discoloured in less than 7 months. After trying to take it back to replace the faulty product they were extremely rude, first claiming it wasn't brought from their shop but after telling them to look it up in their system they realized we did buy it from them but proceeded to make up other excuses of why they couldn't replace. The reason I would go to a boutique store rather than a cheaper chain jewelry shop was because you would think they'd value their customers more. Ridiculous customer service - after years of shopping here and thousands spent I won't be coming back ever again and I recommend no one else does either.

The guy in this store was lovely until there was a problem. He then turned into a penny pinching obnoxiously rude person reminiscent of Basil Fawlty. I would never recommend this store. It is a shame because the range they stock is beautiful.

This small store is filled with treasures! I went in search of Ole Lynggaard pieces and was not disappointed. Jo was so friendly and accommodating. Her knowledge of her jewelry lines was impressive. If I ever return to Auckland I will be visiting here!
