I had a really great experience with Carats! I walked in on a Monday to get my ring resized and plated. Seeing as they were so busy, I was given a pick up day of about five days! However I had the ring back, perfect fit within 12 hours! I’m super impressed with the service, the time Grant took to explain what would need to happen and then over delivering! Also, they were really reasonably priced and managed to resize my ring that another jeweller close by said they wouldn’t even touch. I would strongly recommend the highly competent, and friendly team! One of my friends also has an engagement designed by the team and it was an actual dream of hers come true! Grant is very professional and friendly. We walked into the store, and Grant showed us his amazing flower collection. How gorgeous! He talked us through the various gemstones and shapes and helped us choose an amazing pendant. He was also super efficient with the duty free process for us - went through like a breeze, we saved 15% duty as international tourists and the pickup at the airport was convenient/easy. Grant is just an amazing person to deal with, not only did i get a beautiful ring from Carats jewellery, but when another jewellery shop told us they made mistake on my husbands ring two weeks from the wedding date. Had my wedding band made by these guys and I have to say I'm super impressed. I'm a pretty typical bloke in that I had no idea what I wanted, but they were really helpful with walking me through the process, made it very easy - if you're having trouble deciding, these are definitely the guys to talk to!

My husband had my bespoke ring designed here. They did an amazing job creating a welsh Koru design. A real one of a kind. We also had our wedding bands designed to match with our personalised motto engraved inside. Would recommend these guys any day! We can pop in and get our rings cleaned any time too.

These creatives can turn old pieces into beautiful contemporary jewellery. They are true craftsmen, so their attention to detail is outstanding. And they have a great sense of humour.

Walked past the store the other day couldn't help walking in. Their amazing authentic custom made designs jewellery stands well above the rest. You can see the jewellers sitting at their benches working away. Their range or emerald and sapphire rings is the best I have seen for a long time. They were even able to show me stones they have in stock and build the design in front of me. Thanks heaps guys
