A couple of friends and I visited the Zoe & Morgan Newmarket store as I was looking for an engagement ring and had seen some of their beautiful ‘One of a Kind’ rings online. It was so lovely meeting Kassidy, her genuine approach and excellent knowledge of the collections made the experience so much fun! We felt no pressure to hurry and very much enjoyed our time in store, we will definitely be back! Just WOW! To all the girls at the Newmarket Zoe & Morgan during their crazy busy sale day on 14/10/2023 - THANK YOU SO MUCH for making mine and my partners day and restoring our faith in humanity 😂 I know that sounds dramatic but good customer service is VERY hard to come by these days and the Z&M Newmarket girls were like one big friendly family, working together so well to help us while clearly under pressure with how busy the store was but somehow all of the girls made us feel so special. They were all confident, kind, funny, caring, great banter and not intimidating or pushy at all. Every time I wear this jewellery it will bring a huge smile to my face! Xx

I recently had the pleasure of working with Zoe to design my 30th blue sapphire ring I have always wanted. I couldn't be happier with the ring and the experience. Zoe took the time to sit with my Mum and I to go through the meaning behind the ring & walked us through the design process. The ring is everything and more to me, it is perfect in every way. We had a couple of bespoke consultations, but Zoe definitely thought and discussed how the ring would look like on my finger so I had a clear understanding of what would suit my hand.
