Stock is the same as at other branches , but layout is probably the best than any other Michael Hill. But be ready for indifferent attitude from assistants who are more interested in conversation with each others than doing their jobs they're paid for

I had a really bad experience at Michael hill Newmarket store . I placed an order online and chose this store for click and collect . I called them to confirm if I can come to pick up the order and called twice . After they confirmed I went there to pick up . But to my surprise they said order is not ready and it will take another week . I wasted 2 hours struggling with the staff and associate manager but they were so bad in resolving the issue . At the end I had to select some other product as I had to give it as a gift to someone next day .Not going to shop here next time.

What a friendly staff they are. I was cleaning their carpet after a robbery. They were smiling when I got there. So thanks to Ollie and his angels 😇 😁 for letting me work in their shop.

Horrendous experience, will never return here. Wanted to repair/return my gold bracelet which had broken after 3 months and was told because I hadn’t bought the “care package” nothing could be done. This is clearly against the consumer guarantees act when considering a faulty item. Staff member was incredible rude, what an embarrassing display for Michael Hill.

I came to this store a few years ago, a person who named Paul Harris assisted me. He was very nice and helpful in finding a solution. I believe he is not here anymore. Very disappointing.

Visited the branch and was greeted with an amazing welcome by staff member Noushin. We entered with the idea of not purchasing anything but to look at wedding sample rings/bands. We found Noushin to be an amazing host who listened to our request and immediately provided excellent recommendations along with expert advice on ring sizes, styles and the types of rings aligned to our overall budget. We found her to be honest and quite bubbly in how she dealt with us, which we found incredibly warm. Because of her wonderful customer service, we have given the Newmarket Michael Hill a 4 stars with our only feedback being that we weren't able to try all the ring styles in the metal that we wanted (making it hard to get an overall idea of the finished product). However, Noushin's amazing service alone would've been a 5 star. We will likely visit this store again in the near future especially with staff like Noushin around. Cheers

I needed gold studs for myself and my daughter and headed straight to Michael Hill as it’s a brand name I can trust to provide quality products at reasonable prices. The shop in Newmarket has a very nice interior and the staff were friendly and professional. It’s the first time I’ve shopped in a proper jewellers and I will not hesitate to return in future.

Natty was so lovely and helpful to my partner and I shopping for a necklace. Natty really knew her stuff and went above and beyond. Thank you we love the spirits bay collection :-)

Been a customer of Michael Hill's for over 10 years and never have I met someone as kind, welcoming and natural as Lena. She asked me one or two questions regarding the item I'm searching for and from there Lena pulled out so many options on top of her head. She was ever so pleasant and patient with me despite me going back and forth with my decisions. I cannt praise and thank her enough for the wonderful support she gave me today!! Awesome experience here. My fiancé and I came in to get my engagement ring resized which we got from another store, and unlike other stores which were either snobby with jewelery bought elsewhere or said it would take too long, the lovely girls that worked here on Tuesday accepted my ring, generously took the time to help me find the perfect size and were super friendly in the process. They said it would take 2 weeks but got it back to me in exactly one week which made me even happier. Great service, thank you so much!

The staff at MH Newmarket are incredibly friendly and helpful. We were looked after by Melika who helped us pick out our dream engagement ring. She was knowledgeable and thoughtful, and we will definitely be back to purchase our wedding bands from her.
