I’d give you zero stars if I could. Based on all your other good reviews I gave my watch in for repairs with great Hope . Initially I was told it would be fixed in 2-3 days . Today I walk in after a month and the owner of the shop tells me it’s still not fixed . No communication over the period they had my watch. Very disappointed . Terrible customer service.👎🏽

Fabulous Jeweller, so much better than any chain store. Really reasonable prices, better than anywhere else I've been to. Super friendly guy, knows his stuff. Would recommend to anyone amazing place.

Went looking for a 21st key wow what a beautiful place to visit they had a wonderful array of keys,carved ones depicting both Maori and Island designs,plus some really good European designs.The problem was trying to decide which one to choose from as they were all so good. If you are looking for a key try Stonex Papakura you won't be disappointed I know I wasn't.

One of the best jewellery stores I know in the area, been coming here since I was a kid and they never disappoint. This week I broke my watch and I thought it would take a month or 2 to fix, how ever the staff there were able to fix my watch on the spot. Highly recommend !!!

I Had Gone to A “Known” Jewellery Store to Get A Battery Replaced For My Guess Watch & Was Told it Had 2 Be Sent Away. I Tried Another Store in Manukau Mall & Was Quoted $28.50 to Replace the Watch Battery. I Called in at Stonex in Papakura & Was Served By A Lovely Lady Who Took My Watch & Replaced the Battery Then & There… And For Almost Half the Price! Great Customer Service & The Shop Smelled Lovely. I Will Be Back in to Bring Another Watch For a New Battery. Thank You! Highly Recommend… & The Guess Range is Mwah!

Had two watches fixed recently through Stonex First watch got a new strap and battery Second had to be sent away, was a bit worried about the price but turned out to be cheaper than expected. Would happily return in the future, very friendly staff. Watches are as good as new.

Avoid this place please my watch was sitting there for over a month and once it was given back to me water got in to it and the part repaired fall off (LOLZ) I took the watch back it got repaired for free but only worked for a week and its in my draw since then. No quality of customer service.

I was looking in Pukekohe for a relatively inexpensive gift and this was the only jeweller whose staff made eye contact and asked if they could help out of the two other shops I went into. It took me a while to decide but the staff member patiently offered suggestions and got items out for me and then offered to gift wrap my purchase. I would shop here again
