27 years ago I bought a hand made gate bracelet from 5th Avenue for my then girlfriend (now wife). She wore it every day and it was a part of her. Due to daily wear the clasp was wearing out so she had taken it off to get it replaced. 7 years ago it was stolen. I contacted 5th Avenue with the original drawings and over a period of 3 months they worked with me to replicate the stolen bracelet in preparation for our 25th wedding anniversary. I walked into the shop with the wife and surprised her with the new one. 5th Avenue did an amazing job, where the new one is better than the original. Fantastic service and fantastic result.

I unfortunately had to submit an insurance claim for my engagement ring that I had owned & loved for 25 years. My insurance company referred me to Fifth Avenue. I told Adrian what I was after, he found me a magnificent stone (rectangular radiant cut) & had the ring made in an updated style from the original. We had many back & forth emails & all my questions were patiently answered by either Adrian or another team member. When I went to pick it up I was honestly blown away by how amazing it looked! I couldn't process what Adrian was saying, it was like Charlie Brown with adults doing the "wah whoa wah, whoa wah wah"" talking sounds haha. I was so mesmerized by the ring. My family has been shopping with Adrian and team for a while and have always found to be a pleasure seeing them. Great customer service and as usual, expert advise . Quality products and they cater for a wide range of budget. Very Friendly and customers are always treated the same regardless of how much you spend with them. Most of all, there have more occasions where Adrian hadn't charged me for repairs etc and the latest was that there was a bill for $75.00 for a repair on my watch which was put on the house yet again. I can't rave about this place enough. I went in to get a wedding band made, feeling slightly awkward that they specialise in big beautiful diamonds but I wanted something more on the plain gold side. Adrian made the experience so great! He listened to what I wanted and took my design and created something perfect and I left on such a high! He also told me to come back just before my wedding to get my engagement ring all polished up which I did today and the girls in the store were all super lovely, helping me fix a broken link on a bracelet while I was there.
