Very good environment for an unprofessional clinic. Waste my time to visit yesterday, just told my wife they can't do the smear test during the pregnancy. The nurse should check the records before we make the appointment, ridiculous. And there is one more issue, my poor English couldn't explain properly, just leave it. Have to say doctors are talking nicely, their voice can make you trust them.

Always nice pleasent service when I come here for my Covid-19 jabs, had 3 here now. Very calming with the music and water sounds and always extremely friendly reception. Very handy for me being 5 minutes from home, keep up the great work team... 😊

We came here as non-residents for our infant’s immunisation knowing that NZ provides this free for all children regardless of immigration status. Called in advance and the recep was unsure and recommended that we consult with the doctor first, which is fair enough. However, the doctor was also unsure and said he would check with his nurse and that they’d call us back. We showed him the website that clearly stated all childhood immunisations to be free for all children in NZ and he said we did not qualify… We paid $95 for him to tell us that and left. A few days later, the clinic called to ask for my email address and I enquired about whether my child could do his immunisations there. The recep/nurse (not sure if it’s the same person?) said that she would check with her manager and get back to me. It’s been two months without any response, though the clinic still texts me reminding me that my child’s immunisations are coming up. It’s frustrating that we paid for nothing but even more frustrating that the clinic never got back to us when they repeatedly said they would. Anyway, we gave up and went to another clinic down the road where we got our child’s immunisation done on the same day without paying a single cent. That clinic immediately told us that all healthcare is free for children regardless of immigration status and were so professional and sincere. Non-residents with children under 5, immunisations and health checks are absolutely free for your child/children, don’t be deceived by this clinic!

The best doctors I've ever had. They provide an excellent medical service with staff who really do seem to care. The clinic also gave me complimentary acupuncture and cupping when I had a nasty bicycle accident a couple of years ago. I'll be forever grateful. We've moved away from the city, but I haven't changed my doctors because the Caring Clinic is so good.

The service is excellent. The doctors and nurses are accommodating and professional. It's easy to book an appointment even if you do it on the day itself. The doctors and counsellors really do their best to see how they can help out. Additional point is the clinic has a wonderful environment. I recommend this clinic as I am very happy with my experiences. I would like to also specifically thank Ting Zhu, my counsellor. You have really helped me a lot with your advices.

Been my GP for many years and i always been feeling very well cared for. Receptionist are very friendly, Doctors take time to listen, explain everything you need/want to know. Walk in is very helpful because sometimes health issues just happen. Would highly recommend this clinic to everyone who wants to be treaten by professionals in a respectful, friendly and caring way. This team of doctors goes the extra mile to help their patients. Thank you for all you do for us.

They ask you to pay for your covid test, and pay to get you test results. Also if you have symptoms and nagetive test results with both RAT and PCR test , they still will not see you. And if you need any medical advice, they will do a Skype call and no test can be done for you. Like a psychic can do super natural medical advice. After that you need to pay more money as the doctor use their ‘special’ time to talk to you. It will be even more than you can see on the website.

It's a truly caring clinic, they care and monitor the health of their patients. I'm grateful i changed my clinic sooner. Highly recommended! Awareness is the key, don't settle on laid-back facilities.

Excellent team. Dr Ruoh Whay Sim is extremely kind and professional. Listening to you, making notes, trying hard to find the best solutions for you. I highly recommend this clinic. I did walk-in since I was travelling and I was very stressed out. I would like to say that the whole experience at the clinic was beyond expectations. Everyone, including the nurse and staff at the reception was great. Not to forget the music played in the waiting room which was very peaceful. Thank you for caring!

Lately, things are different at the clinic. For registered patients they charge 60$ and on top of it ask 20$ extra for just giving a prescription. The service has declined and cost has gone up. Disappointing!

Amazing place when you are unwell. I am sure that this place is the best option for people who live in CBD. I already visited doctor Sim more than 5 times due to my health issues, he is always so helpful. Very pleased with the experiences here. Highly recommend.👍

I came in as a walk in on Friday and they were very accommodating to my needs. They were able to fit me in despite the short notice and I was seen quickly. Both the nurse and Doctor I saw were very helpful and explained everything clearly. I definitely would recommend!

This clinic is super recommend, I have tried to transfer my Gp to another Gp, and it take so long . In Caring clinic it was so quick to transfer here , and I can see Doctor Sim straight away, so easy and convenient! Doctor are very pro and helpful staffs and nurse are all very friendly and caring. I had blood taken here also and it did not hurt at all. The place is very clean and calm.

Registered and waited for 1.5hrs but only to find out that the reception forgot about my registration. Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL! They would rather take random walk ins than cater to those who have already been in the waiting area. What an awful experience! Considering changing GP to another practice!

Very friendly & organized staff. They reflected empathy & my first time visiting there & my experience was splendid. I felt well in such a positive environment. The doctor was outstanding.

Your nurses, whether on the phone or in person, always seem more dramatic than the patients themselves when conveying test results, especially if certain results are abnormal. Haven't your nurses received professional training? Do you realize that such reactions from your nurses can cause secondary harm to patients? Your nurses always say things like, "Wow, your index is so high!" or "Wow, this index is really serious in China!" Excuse me? Who are you, and where is your professionalism? Are you even a doctor?

The nurses and doctors are very professional and friendly. All the staff are mandarin speakers. Walk ins also welcome. Highly recommended especially when you urgently need your medicals.

Friendly staff and professional services! Dr Sim was very patient and professional in explaining all my queries and that was the most efficient 15mins appointment that I have ever had! Also shout outs to the receptionist Carol and Nurse Anna who have all been very professional and nice! Highly recommended!

Great service and very professional. Been here twice recently and came in today 10 minutes before closing and got taken care of no problem by the doctor, nurse and receptionist. Appreciate it
