There is nothing more that I was ever scared about than being probed (for better words) and boy was it a nightmare leading up to it, haven't been so scared in my life before as this is the first ever real medical thing I've ever had done. These guys were absolute GOLD - and I can't thank them enough for making such a scary process seem like nothing at all. Reception was lovely, the nurse that took me into a side room and explained everything was lovely, and hard case I thought it was awesome how she cheered me up about it all she was awesome. The two nurses in the procedure room were choice, and funny which made me a hell of a lot more comfortable about what was going to happen, and the doctor that did the procedure was great too, and very informative about it all. I was knocked out for the procedure which was choice, glad for that. When I came too the care was great, and you even get some sandwiches and a cup of tea for your trouble!!! all in all thanks to everyone there I was being such a wuss right up until the procedure and you guys made it all into almost nothing and it was over in no time. Best to get checked out, and while it's a scary ideal a colonoscopy ain't that bad as I found out, and to be honest the worst thing is the drink before - and even then I liked that as it made me feel well and truly cleaned out, suffering from some serious stomach aches as it was. Thanks so much, I won't be such a baby if I have to come in again in the future! your team is a credit to the name and the clinic, thanks again.

I was sent there for a colonoscopy, Very fresh and modern with very pleasant staff. Although I had quite a long wait before the procedure in a private waiting room, It sounds like they were seeing lots of polyps that day so some procedures may have taken longer than scheduled, but from there it was plain sailing. I was wheeled to the recovery area, and as I had forgone the sedation I was able to get dressed and proceed to the waiting area where I was served a small plunger coffee and a sandwich that was much appreciated as I had not eaten for about 20 hours. There was a choice of sandwiches, I chose the avocado and chicken. Very nice.

A very clean, modern and we'll organised centre. Staff were pleasant, detailed and informative. Dr Raj was very approachable and knowledgeable and I never felt like I was rushed. The post operation process was streamlined and calm. It made a concerning time in my life very manageable.

Wonderful nurses and the doctor was so patient and kind when I felt so anxious. They provided me with refreshments following the procedure. The receptionists were also lovely and seating areas are comfortable and relaxing. Thank you for a wonderful experience MacMurray centre👏👏💗

I had Endoscopy and colonoscopy all in one. I was extremely apprehensive about the whole process as I've never had one before. I went in today and it was amazing. I felt nothing, saw nothing, woke up and all done. The staff we're exceptional and don't leave you second guessing at any point along the way. I would highly recommend them. I was in at 8:30am and having a cup of coffee with my wife next door by 10am. Special thanks to Al and the nurse who took care of me - Michelle :-)

Scheduled for gastroscopy on 4/8/22. I must say that the entire procedure was rather smooth and pleasant with great service from the nurses on that day. However, more than 7 weeks have passed and I have not received the doctors letter despite calling a couple times to check on the results. I was told the results will be out 3-4 weeks after the procedure and the doctor will write one soon yet I still haven’t heard from the doctor/ nurse until now. So, I called on the 5th /6th week again, I was advised by the receptionist that the doctor hasn’t written the letter yet but I was offered to send the histology results first whilst waiting for doctors letter. I waited and still heard nothing so I called today, and guess what, I was told the same story again that they will help follow up with the doctor. I’m not sure how long I have to wait to get my results so I can get an official advise from the doctor regarding my condition. I’m really concerned with the way things are handled around here.

The MacMurray Centre facility was fantastic. I went in for a colonoscopy and this was my first kind of medical procedure since I was a child so I was nervous about going in but I needn't have worried. The staff were amazing and I was treated very well. The very first part of the procedure was a bit uncomfortable but after a couple of mins it was fine. So far it's the best medical procedure experience I can remember. Thank you to Dr. Sum Team LO and the nursing staff Ann Canas, LI YAN for looking after me.

Cannot rate these guy's high enough, professional, caring and thorough. The place is spotless all staff are caring and respectful. I couldn't of been looked after any better

The clinic runs like a well-oiled machine. Everyone is super professional and kind. The doctors instill confidence and obviously know what they are doing. The facilities are beautiful, brand new and ultra clean. Even the complimentary coffee is a grade.

Incredible service and impeccable competence and attention to their patients need. Was a big wait to get in despite having an appointment, they were probably behind, but a call before arrival would have been deeply appreciated.

Came in for a Gastroscopy today. I was very nervous and the staff were really supportive, very kind and generous. Lovely nurses they treat their patients like family. I had a such amazing experience here in McMurray. Starting form the lovely lady at the reception Maria. She always updates me of my schedule gastroscopy procedure by either calling or sending me emails. She also extended an extra mile when she called me and inform me of my new schedule as some patient cancel their appointment that day, first impression always lasts when it comes to service and I felt very welcome when she assisted me, such a lovely lady and very professional. Next is Dr. David Rowbothan, the coolest doctor I ever met. he explained everything that I need to know on our consultation and took care of me on the day of my gastroscopy procedure. I was nervous at first because that was my first time with that procedure but the nurses are so caring and attentive to your needs. They took care of me after the procedure and I felt that I'm a VIP that day. Kudos to all the staff at McMurray Gastroenterology and Endoscopy Centre. I'll be having my schedule consultation on my Dietician on the 3rd week of June so hopefully everything goes well too.

Amazing hospital and establishment. Clean inviting and beautiful decor. Staff are friendly caring and professional. Definitely a 5 star experience.
