We booked an appointment but it meant nothing to them. I saw so many people waiting in queue for medical examination without appointments. we booked in an appointment a month ago so I thought we might be prioritised. But we had to wait for hours same as others. Even after telling them that we came from Rotorua they rudely replied you still have to wait. They were so busy so unorganised and all the staff were rude and stressed. If you can’t handle the crowd why would you take in everyone? I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here for medical. Very bad experience.

I did my immigration physical exam in 109 doctors clinic.It was a fantastic experience I have ever had.Friendly clinic staffs all very helpful during my visit! Will recommend my friends;)

They are so good with immigration Medicals. I have made an appointment with them and thought its gonna take us 3-4 hours. However they were so organized and it took only an hour for us to complete our medicals. They are fast and very professional.

Long waiting times (more than 2.5 hrs) They have the oldest Eftpos I’ve ever seen which won’t take any payments that are not from local debit cards, bank transfers or cash. For a medical center serving international people it feels extremely dodgy that they won’t accept any type of card from any country (like all the other normal businesses in New Zealand) Be prepared for this or you’ll just wait a lot of time for nothing..

Super helpful and friendly staff. Went to get my second covid jab and the whole process was efficient from the screening at the start, to the short wait time and finally needle time. Melody the receptionist was very friendly and helpful, I didn’t get the nurse’s name but she made it quick and painless. Would definitely recommend to get your jab here!

I was impressed how efficient the staffs are. Very helpful and quick. The receptionist explained clearly what to expect and was patient while I was figuring some stuff out. The nurse who drew my blood was extremely kind and I barely felt a thing when she drew it. Overall highly recommend for immigration medical exam. I got the result on the very next day, which is another wow point!!!

The staff have excellent communication in English and Chinese. It was a good service and a good price. I was quoted $400, $450, $550 at other clinics and paid only $320 here. I'm writing this review because it was a positive experience, the staff had good attitudes, nurse, doctor and especially the receptionists. I feel happy with the staff being patient with me when I had a problem with doing the urine test! I've already recommended this place to 3 friends

The team at 109 Queen Street doctors are world class. The nurse was incredibly efficient, charismatic and reassuring, the ladies at reception were very welcoming & bubbly, and Dr was especially kind, empathetic and professional.

I went to this doctor with the issues in my ear. But he wasn't able to fix it even in two visits. I paid him $185 in total in just two visits. And he couldn't fix my issue at all. It only became worse. If you have issues with ears find someone else. Rest I'm not sure of.

Lovely staff and efficient service here. Would highly recommend this place to anyone who need to get the medical check.

Extremely disappointed with the service at this clinic. Waited for almost 4 hours, which is unacceptable. The prolonged wait time significantly impacted my experience, and I'm dissatisfied with the overall service. Improvement in efficiency is crucial for better customer satisfaction.

If you don't want to waste your time and energy, steer clear of this place. All four receptionists were busy chatting away, with one middle-aged lady with blonde hair displaying particularly rude behavior. The nurse was incredibly slow, making you wait for an hour before even starting the blood draw process, insisting on a two-hour wait

109 Doctors is a really great clinic! One of them named Stary, and in my opinion, she is the best of the best.

I visited this clinic on the 1st week of Jan. I had a really good experience and you will wait for a while because there are also lots of people doing their medical. All staff and doctor are very accomodating. Very easy to dealt with and they will respond back to you right away. I am very satisfied and happy with my experience here. Keep it up!
