Both doctors are excellent, I’ve been coming here for a number of years and they’re always very helpful. However it appears the reception phone lines are shut off on purpose, it’s not possible to get through to the clinic by phone which can be very frustrating.

I have been with Dr. Ng for years here, and she is professional and wonderful. However recently the communications with the reception regards appointments is unbelievable. I'm considering enroll with another clinic now who can offer an easier communication …

Extremely satisfied and impressed with this facility. Went there for the first time for immigration medicals and decided to enrol. Receptionists answer emails quickly and politely, never had to wait very long in the waiting room, everything is tidy and clean. Dr Jeff Wong is a wonderful GP, very attentive. Particularly appreciate the follow up emails/calls to explain blood tests results or ask about how we’re feeling (for instance when sick with Covid-19). Incredible service at a very good rate 👍

Receptionist is very rude! Talk to her over phone to ask few questions but she’s not happy to help. Doctor, nurses and 2 filipino ladies in the reception who i saw personally are very nice.

I went for my immigration medical examination, they staffs were really patient and kind. They also provided fast service as they submitted my result within 3 working days. You could also directly book your appointment by sending them email, they respond fast too!

When my wife said it was cheaper than other clinics to do the immigration exam I was a bit concerned but after reading some reviews I went there. Man, It was amazing. All the staff are very friendly and they made you feel very confortable. The nurse and doctor were awesome and very polite. The toilets are very clean and smell nice. Love it all! What a great experience. You guys rock! After that we went to Ponsonby clinic do do the Chest X-ray - It was also Amazing!

I went here for my immigration general examination. I asked for female nurse and doctor as I’m a muslim and they gladly provided me with one. My urine test came back with blood because I’m just done with my period and they managed to rebook me another urine test for another day. Dr Grabiel sent me the results of my examination and sent it to the immigration within 3 working days. Great place!

I got my general medical certificate for my immigration from this place . They offered services for a reasonable price . From the front desk Zara to Dr.Grabiel and the nurse(with front fringes) , everybody were really kind and warm. Zara checked my form thoroughly and guided me well to fill out the form . Dr. Grabiel and the nurse answered all my queries patiently . They did not hurry to get done with my consultation . They were genuinely concerned about my wellbeing . I highly recommend this place if you're seeking a location for your immigration medical exam. They promptly responded to my inquiry about an available slot for the medical, scheduling it within the same week. The staff was friendly, explaining the examination process and ensuring my comfort throughout. Although my medical was on a Friday with the expectation of results by Wednesday due to weekend closures, surprisingly, I received my results earlier than anticipated.

My immigration paperwork for a resident visa has been so stressful. I have used Victoria Park Medical Suites twice now for my work visa and resident visa applications. Both times were good and the second time around was even better. Kunjal at reception was very supportive and helpful. The nurse that took vitals was great. And the doctor that did my medical exam was straight to the point and listened to my stories hehe. Their process was quick and easy. Xray was taken at Auckland Radiology on Jervois Road but that was also quick and easy. Affordable package and they took great care of me. Thank you.

Went in for my immigration medical. Beautiful place with people! Dr. Hannah is a patient person who made me feel comfortable during my blood test given I'm terrified of needles. My third appointment with them and never seem to dissapoint me. They are so organized and well prepared for you when you arrive for your appointment. Doctors are very professional and so kind. Nurses and the support staff are very well trained and will look after you very well. Very rude receptionist and I can see I am not the only person who gave bad review about them. She did not listen to my enquiries properly and talked non stop about irrelevant information on the phone and in person. I can read and understand the information on the internet okay!? I dont need her to repeat the same thing over and over again while speaking to me like im dumb. Suggest hiring new receptionists.

Waited for only 10mins before I was called. Nurse and doctors were lovely. However, one of the Filipino receptionists is RUDE. I went for the earliest appointment, and this receptionist went to put the sign out, she signalled me to step aside, without saying “excuse me” nor saying hello/greeting. When I entered she asked me, “Have you set an appointment with us today?” and I didn’t understand what she said, she repeated it in a condescending manner “HAVE.YOU.SET.AN.APPOINTMENT.WITH.US.TODAY?” Knowing that she works for a medical centre that provides medical for migrants, and knowing I look Asian, she should understand I wouldn’t pick up her “Kiwi” accent quickly. I am a full paying customer and her treatment should be the same regardless of the customer’s ethnicity. I knew that she was discriminating because the patients who came after me who look non-Filipino,she treated very well.

Best medical practice. Dr. Grabiel is my GP and I couldn't be happier. The facilities are very clean and well equipted. The staff is very friendly and helpfull, including all reception. The nurse that was doing my blood test was very polite and kind. Dr. Grabiel takes good care about her patients, she is very polite, extremely professional, thorough, and very well organised. Whole medical practice is very quick and simple with e-mail corespodence. They will make you comfortable and will walk you through whole process. Highly recommend. Thank you!

Terrible receptionists, they are not busy and keep the phone line busy. Attitude to customer being shut and prescription they hold for almost half an hour so customers get annoyed. Also waiting time is over 1hr every visit. Do not recommend this clinic

I had a scheduled telephonic appointment (got the message confirmation from the center). But no one, neither the doctor, nurse, or receptionist, called or informed me that there was a delay. When I tried to contact them, their phone lines were busy and unanswered. Then I emailed them, and a receptionist answered that the doctors were overwhelmed with patients. Really don't understand where is my booking then. Very unprofessional behavior.
