We waited in the consulting room for more than one hour, and I asked the reception how much longer we needed to wait, but the answer was’ Shortly’ It was such a bad experience. We thought the doctors were in holiday! We strongly do not recommend this clinic to you.

Well, I’ve been with One Health for over 10 years now and seeing this kind of service by the receptionists is awful. I’m not sure what’s happening but there has been 3 occurrences, back to back to back, where I have been misguided/mistreated and also spoken to with judgement and disregard. If someone is representing a renowned hospital and it’s patients, they should hold a set of values and compassion in the way they speak/treat their patients. Some of the receptionists are extremely rude and inconsiderate. It makes me want to change my GP practice as when I leave I want to be leaving with a smile and great service not some back handed comments and rude behaviour. These receptionists should guide me in the right direction not give me false prescriptions and refuse to tell me when the Pharmacy is opening, even when the pharmacy had advised the reception of their opening hours. I hope One Health implements change to their reception staff, as I’m sure I am not the only one who has dealt with this behaviour.

If it wasn't a sign that these snooty, look down their noses at you lot didn't really care or respect your business by being shuffled from GP to GP, today I arrived 2 mins late for my appointment. I was told I would have to re-book another appointment as the Dr (goodness only knows who I was actually going to see this time) would not be able to take my consultation. Ironic that in the 10+ years I have been going to OneHealth, not once have I actually ever been seen on time... instead I'm the one made to wait... on average 20-30 mins. I won't be going back again.

Appalling medical services and constant staff changes. Very effective billing services though! Strategically they should focus on their core strength (financial services) and rename the branch “OneWealth”! It would be less misleading and they would have more success.

Our existing Doctors practice merged with this place. We adore our doctors they are absolutely amazing in fact the best doctors me and my family have ever had and have been going to their Newmarket practice for years. However the operation for One Health is terrible. The reception staff are rude. You have to wait hours for a call back and to top it off I called today to book an appointment for my son who has a chesty cough and was told no appointments you just have to turn up and wait - I find this appalling being existing patients of this clinic. The receptionist was rude and just told me to make a complaint which I will! This review has zero reflection on my Doctors who I cannot speak highly enough of.

Went there twice, once to determine my sickness, then as an enrolled patient to see if i could return to work. Each appointment cost me $130 even with my CSC. The fees outlined online dont specify that i would be charged this excessive and extortionate cost for the initial appointment. I inquired about a discounted cost for enrolling at the first appointment but they said that wouldn't change anything. The first appointment i was provided with a medical certificate that was much too short for the time needed for my diagnosis and recovery time, which necessitated a second visit. The doctors were friendly, so there's one positive thing.

It was a Sunday afternoon and was expecting a wait. However when we arrived they were so very helpful. My 8 year old couldn''t stand on her sore leg, so they brought a wheelchair. All the staff were so lovely. We got an xray straight away, good communication. Excellent staff. Thanks. We did not have a long wait and were dealt with in a timely manner.

This is my regular drs, Dr Sanjay is great to get if you can get him. Came to the urgent care as no appointments available until next week. Told receptionist I had shortness of breath and felt weak, which are urgent listed symptoms and was told I would still have to wait 45 minutes (even though all I wanted was a nurse to check my heart) VERY disappointed today and definitely considering changing providers. NO ONE should have to wait if they are having these troubles and have heart concerns

A mixed bag... Good doctors and very convenient as a 'one-stop-shop'. On the other hand, very poor communication from the reception staff, sometimes abrasive and rude, and we're often subject to arbitrary additional fees that aren't disclosed at the time of the consultation.

I understand it is procedure to test patients for COVID who are displaying flu like symptoms, but they do not have the adequate facilities for walk in patients. I do not have a vehicle and despite having a cold I am being made to wait out in the wind and rain anyway… Reception was also unprofessional.

Do not go to this medical center my partner and i got completely ripped off she's not a regular patient she went in to see the doctor the they charged her $120 for a 10 minute visit and refused to deal with the seconds issue she had because it was not urgent apparently and told her to go see her gp as they were only urgent care facility??!! In what world is that acceptable? After over charging her the charge was meant to be $80 not $120 I've never felt ripped off by a medical centre before. First and last time for us.

Stopped by for a blood test. They have a lot of different medical tests here. It is fairly well signposted and so it was easy to get to the right place. There were a few parking spaces out front but I walked there.

Disgusting practice not disclosing the fact they're going to charge you nearly $150 between a 10 min consultantion and a prescription for medication you could pick up over the counter anywhere else, right up until you get up to the front desk. Should at least mention they're going to bleed you dry over the phone

Quick wait time despite COVID. Nurse who bandaged my finger was lovely. My poor review is for Dr David Renata who was invalidating and condescending, dismissing my cut as "nothing". As a psychiatric nurse it was a humbling experience and I now understand why patients hesitate to ask for help if this is the response they receive. I am glad none of my medical colleagues behave in this manner.

Overly expensive and doctor told me to not check your body temperature because they dont care if you reach 37,38,39,40+ body temperature which everyone knows it is not normal. so disappointed and paid $155 for it

Don’t recommend if you need urgent care. I had a deep cut and it was bleeding severely. When I ask nurse to see urgently, i had to pickup kid from school in an hour, she told me to pickup kid first and come later. I had to leave the go to other urgent care immediately.

Excellent service for urgent care. The nurses and receptionist’s that I saw as well as Dr Benjamin Soole felt like they really cared about me as a patient. The time to wait to see someone from walking off the street was very short compared to previous emergency hospital experiences. Had a follow up call/voicemail in the evening with pair reviewed information from the doctor with his advice. RECOMMEND ONEHEALTH 100% Absolute legends. Thank you 🙏🏼

There's nothing wrong with the standard of medical care, but the pricing is extortionate. Six months ago I went in for a regular injection prescribed by my GP, which is administered by the nurse. It was straightforward, took 15 minutes and cost $35. Three months later the same injection needed to be referred to the OneHealth doctor, took 45 minutes and cost $130. I go in last week for the exact same injection, and once again the OneHealth doctor needed to be involved but this time the bill was $180 - so that's nearly a 40% increase in only three months. And there was no need for the OneHealth doctor to see me at all - he didn't ask a single clinical question, didn't want to look at the medical records I had with me, made no effort to make sure the medication was correct or anything similar. It seems his only role was to pump up the bill. So there's nothing wrong with the standard of care, but be prepared to have your wallet vacuumed empty.

great experience, got there at 8.30am and saw nurse within first 15 min then doctor 15 mins after, both were excellent, very caring and gave me some antibiotics. Yes it’s expensive but you are paying for the convenience. I think the area where the receptionists sit could be more private, even if it was just more a box screen as some people were discussing private matters with the receptionist and I felt quite guilty I could over hear them whilst waiting in the waiting room. Whilst of course you don’t have to disclose to receptionist the reason you are there it seems most people did and so many some more privacy around that area would be good. Hopefully I won’t be back but if I am I will definitely come back.

Really happy with the service received today! Relatively quick service and friendly staff. I went to the walk in clinic after landing with suspected sinus infection needing help quickly. Had vitals checked by a nurse and then a doctor’s appointment (very kind man). It wasn’t very in- depth but I was happy with the service I received. Was able to get the prescription immediately from the pharmacy next door.

The reception staff really let this place down. I loved our doctor but had to move practices (reluctantly) due to the (lack of) customer care. It's terrible. The culture from the top must be very negative bc it's clear at the front desk the staff are miserable. Every appointment I had, whether for myself or my babies, I was surprised by a big random fee by TEXT the following day that I was not informed of at the time. The communication was awful. I contested the fees because they were expensive, never explained and completely unexpected. I was always met with abrupt, cold replies when I emailed. Do not recommend this clinic for GP/nurse visits. Just emergency. I've given an extra star as the doctors themselves are great - but not worth the hassle of dealing with the clinic staff.

Excellent, quick service. I was in and out in under an hour. Helpful, respectful staff. Quite expensive as a non-NZ resident — $200.

  • 3/5 Joeli K. 1 year ago on Google
Generally decent doctors, because they provide A&E which is quite useful to have but it is quite expensive. Triage management is poor, and reception needs to improve as you can see in the other reviews. I strongly suggest management to train their reception for customers and patients engagement. This is the front line of the clinic, and twice they have given OneHealth quite a bad reputation that it could improve on.

Dont go after 7.30pm because even if they say they are open until 8pm they will not look at you nor give you anything (not even advise on what to do). Doctors didn’t even bother to get out their office… Pretty bad service and obviously they care more about going home than helping people. Very disappointing.

Very unprofessional pervice at reception and will over charge you. Last time i was there I was told if I register my GP there I can walk in for an appointment. I do that today( second visit) I was told I need to pay $130 for "emergency visit" as I didnt schedule an appointment-_-

  • 2/5 David L. 6 months ago on Google
Thoroughness and mdeical professionalism of the Dr and the triage nurse was wonderful. The discrimination by the front desk whereby we were deprioritized behind at least 4-5 people who came in after us was appalling.

I’ve been going here a few years now and the service and communication is always really good. On my last visit the nurse Danielle was ultra friendly and gave me the most pain free and stress free shot I’ve ever had (and I’m terrified of needles!). Also love how everything is in one building, GPs, pharmacy, blood work, etc., makes it really convenient.

I have come here several times for emergency situations, and highly recommend. I would drive out of my way to come to this particular facility. The staff are absolutely wonderful, warm, caring and professional. Thanks especially to Danielle and Jeanette for being so amazing and helping me through a scary time 😊😊

Had a very pleasant time there! I came for a medical checkup for my sickness on a Sunday and I didn't spend more than an hour there. Dr Sanjay was very nice and made me feel comfortable during the checkup. Definitely would come here again :D

Came in to Auckland on vacation and saw Dr Renata for a sore throat. He was extremely kind, comforting, and validating. He gave me an antibiotic I needed badly! I appreciated the great service so much being a foreigner who was feeling awful!

Arrived just before closing as a walk-in, saving me from torture at the local White Cross (where there were people who had been waiting since 1pm). Despite being literally the last patient, (and the appointment ending after hours!), I was treated wonderfully. Would recommend!

We have always had excellent professional service for several A&E situations - I was in and out in under 90 minutes for a consultation with a nurse, a Doctor and X-rays back to the Doctor and nurse. Lovely personal environment. Huge thank you to the team on duty on Sunday the 9 January (Ascot quoted over 3 hours before a consultation, on saying that the receptionist was very helpful)

GP thinks too high of themselves. I was seen by Dr. SANJAY and he is very arrogant, condescending and invalidating. When people are sick they go to the doctor. But in OneHealth Medical's case if their patients are sick, they will ask your money and wait. You need to do better or you will loose patients and get a worse name than you already have. Place is a money first before health. I was charged 100+ and will ask you to wait for a long time.

Pretty good! I went on a Sunday morning waited for about an hour ish and got checked by nurse and doctor pretty quickly. I red all the reviews of White cross Ascot that freaked me out so I decided to go to this one even I need to pay more. You just want to be checked quickly when you are sick asap. I recommend this place
