We
have
been
going
to
this
clinic
for
well
over
a
decade.
They
were
great
with
immigration
medicals,
so
we
decided
to
enroll
and
stay
for
our
actual
healthcare
needs,
it
was
the
wrong
decision.
It
was
very
difficult
contacting
them
over
the
phone,
staff
were
not
familiar
with
their
computer
systems
causing
severe
delays
in
accessing
claims
and
made
appointments
extremely
disorganised,
no
stewardship
over
their
patient
management
so
nobody
knew
what
to
do
if
you
need
a
follow
up.
I
had
to
go
back
and
forth,
making
multiple
phonecalls
was
useless
because
front
staff
didn't
care
or
didn't
know,
I
had
to
explain
everything
repeatedly
to
multiple
people.
I
had
to
visit
the
clinic
multiple
times
because
my
emails
were
never
returned.
One
time
I
had
to
see
a
different
doctor
after
my
injury
and
I
left
the
clinic
in
tears.
She
had
her
own
personal
biases
and
prejudices
being
a
non-native
of
NZ
that
came
into
conflict
with
her
practice
and
was
affecting
how
she
took
care
of
her
patients
in
NZ,
which
I
found
extremely
unethical
and
inappropriate.
I
was
told
she
wasn't
going
to
give
me
a
letter
to
take
leave
due
to
my
injury
because
of
"tax
payers
money."
I
told
her
I
didn't
agree
with
her
decision
and
I
asked
for
a
different
appointment
with
my
usual
GP.
This
practice
severely
let
me
down
and
has
since
lost
my
trust.
I
put
up
with
the
poor
service
and
messy
ACC
claims,
unanswered
phonecalls
and
emails,
but
how
their
GP
treated
me
unfairly,
disrespectfully,
and
unprofessionally
was
the
last
straw.
We
have
since
left
their
practice
and
won't
be
giving
them
any
more
of
our
hard-earned
cents.
While
they're
great
for
immigrations,
go
somewhere
else
for
your
medical
needs
if
you're
unwell
and
need
humane,
wholistic
care.
