    Like another review said, none of the GPs help with anything. They all just say to wait and return to more appointments and more waiting. Spent near a thousand on appointments and have nothing to help my partners worsening condition.

    This is by the far the worse ever GP service they are nothing but a dolled pretty faces and fancy clinic if it is even a clinic for the past 2 month I spend close to 200 to get medication change and no one seems to listen or do anything about it. What they are good at is just so quick to charge accounts and seek payments please avoid at all cost. They have 2 clinics one in kingsland and one in symonds st.

    I can say worst from Doctor to customer sevice reps...lots of mistakes... i went to pharmacy 4 times because they mixed up everything...time and effort waster. My consultation fee can be refunded by my insurance, BUT i collected refund from this clinic because they dont deserve any payment for all the headaches they caused me

    Company without any commitment to customers, I sent an email to make a reservation 3 weeks ago and so far I have not received any response, today sending the 5 email to them, I received the news that they are already full book for February. Unbelievable... I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. Be careful because you could be putting your residence at stake and they have no commitment to customers.

    We have been going to this clinic for well over a decade. They were great with immigration medicals, so we decided to enroll and stay for our actual healthcare needs, it was the wrong decision. It was very difficult contacting them over the phone, staff were not familiar with their computer systems causing severe delays in accessing claims and made appointments extremely disorganised, no stewardship over their patient management so nobody knew what to do if you need a follow up. I had to go back and forth, making multiple phonecalls was useless because front staff didn't care or didn't know, I had to explain everything repeatedly to multiple people. I had to visit the clinic multiple times because my emails were never returned. One time I had to see a different doctor after my injury and I left the clinic in tears. She had her own personal biases and prejudices being a non-native of NZ that came into conflict with her practice and was affecting how she took care of her patients in NZ, which I found extremely unethical and inappropriate. I was told she wasn't going to give me a letter to take leave due to my injury because of "tax payers money." I told her I didn't agree with her decision and I asked for a different appointment with my usual GP. This practice severely let me down and has since lost my trust. I put up with the poor service and messy ACC claims, unanswered phonecalls and emails, but how their GP treated me unfairly, disrespectfully, and unprofessionally was the last straw. We have since left their practice and won't be giving them any more of our hard-earned cents. While they're great for immigrations, go somewhere else for your medical needs if you're unwell and need humane, wholistic care.

    Smooth easy experience. They even got me 2 extra free tests I wanted done! I was able to get in, get comfortable, get diagnosed, get informed, and leave feeling safer. My gp: Vaughn was incredibly knowledgeable. The app was great at letting me know ahead of time when to arrive. It provided a smooth user experience for making appointments, checking in with their support staff, and seeing my test results. Much more high tech than most practices and the benefits show. Seems like they are constantly improving.

    The best experience at a doctors clinic I’ve ever had. Dr Lock was so friendly, helpful, and seemed to really care about helping me out. The walk in and out process is easy too as everything is done through the app (the reason I originally switched across to Tend). Could not be happier!

    Wonderful user experience. Convenient app that can be booked online. The clinic is well positioned with easy parking. The dr was on time and actually ten minutes early. The reception area is super clean and well organised with seating that is comfortable and spaced generously for visitors with family support. The payment is deducted automatically for me as I provided credit card on the app. In a city where medical appointment is always rare or delayed I highly recommend this place.

    I did the immigration medical check up here recently. The place has been renovated, looks fresh and fancy. Staff is so nice and professional as always even they are super busy now. When I had problem with the medical result from immigration, their staff Lorena was so helpful to follow up and arrange further tests for me immediately. Thank you so much Lorena!! It was my second time here, highly recommend to anyone who ask for good services! And remember to make a booking in advance but not last minute walk in.

    if it weren’t for reception staff having good customer service i would’ve one starred. the doctor i saw was rude and ended up making me cry. i have a cough thats lasted for 6 weeks now, an ear infection, painful throat and severe headaches due to coughing so hard. when i went in for my consultation - i told the doctor this and she asked if i had taken a covid test - i told her i took multiple and kept getting negative results so it is not covid but she panicked, shooed me out of her consultation room and then told me to take a rat test before talking to her as i “most likely have covid” and i breached their company policy???? a nurse took a covid test for me and afterwards i started crying because at this point i know its not covid and just want some sort of pain relief. of course, the results came back negative. when i went back to this doctor - she told me i had asthma and having covid previously wouldve brought it back. she disregarded that both of my ears are blocked and in pain and disregarded my migraines and throat pain and offered NO pain relief or anything to help my ears. her examination was rushed and she didnt even look at my throat. i have only gotten worse since my appointment and now have to phone my family doctor who is 4 hours away and pray that she can do give me something that will help me. it really sucks that i had this experience because i enjoyed coming here and really liked the idea of the app as it helped with my social anxiety.

    PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. Not good general practice to enroll. I went there for my stitches to be taken off and the nurse didn't take one of my stitches off and now it has resulted in a swollen areas. When I contacted they didn't care about checking their own process and instead asked me book another appointment as if it was my fault. Then when I insisted them on making a complaint, they replied that we would give you another an appointment and check if we need to charge for it or not. Sorry Tend centre, I don't have the time to keep arranging for your medical visits at your convenience because of your mistakes. I have seen enough in my life to know that health care services have no room for error.

    Highly recommended Medical centre. Staffs are very nice and response quickly to the queries. They have parking space for customers as well. Clinic is very clean. My results came out fast. Keep up the good work.

    Went for an immigration medical and Dr Mei Ling Lee was amazing also the nurse and receptionist. Overall great experience. Took a while to get an appointment but they’re understandably busy. Really clean inside.

    Booked a online appointment here about 9 months ago when I was in pain and couldn’t get a same day appointment with my usual gp, I had to pay quite a bit and the doctor on the video call was very unfriendly and not ver compassionate towards my pain which is definitely not what you need as a woman seeking medical advice for pain relief. Basically the doctor told me she couldn’t give me any prescription for antibiotics without any tests so I went to the clinic to take the tests all of which came back negative and that was basically the end of my time there. however I was still in pain pretty regularly. After doing my own research and visiting my usual GP to get tests done again I finally got a result and was able to get treatment and prescription of antibiotics for something I should’ve and could’ve easily been tested for at tend. I feel like the doctors at this clinic are not particularly thorough or compassionate and just relies on the gimmicky aspect of being able to do phone appointments which are in affective and inconclusive as you will usually just have to visit the clinic anyway if you want any sort of thorough treatment or diagnosis. Only gave 2 stars as the nurse and reception staff were very friendly and kind, however I wanted to leave this review so people don’t waste money at this clinic if they want compassionate and thorough medical advise and am sick of GP’s being dismissive and un compassionate towards vulnerable people.

    Is it possible to love a clinic this much? Seriously appreciate you all! The Team at Tend accept you for who you are and whatever walk of life you come from. The team at Tend really care about my health. So 100% recommend to any who is looking to be cared for. :)

    Had a great appointment today with Dr Vaughan. He was very thorough and friendly and attached all the notes from our discussion in the app. Managed to get tend parking outside and overall the booking process was very smooth 👍👍

    Had an appointment with Dr Vaughan - it was my first appointment with Tend so I had a little bit of nervousness but Dr Vaughan settled them straight away. He was so efficient and warming in the questions he asked and I left the appointment with all of my medical needs meet. Could not recommend the Symond's Street Tend enough, or furthermore, Tend as a whole company.

😠 Not recommended The Fono Medical. I’ve been to a GP a few times before. Would never go again. Since had misdiagnosis experience with an Indian doctor several months ago. And one of the receptionist was so rude. Disappointed. However, The Fono Dental is nice.
