Having moved to Auckland 4 years ago I have to say Dr Goh is one of the best Drs my family and I have been to. He is extremely good with children. Dr. gives excellent medical advice. Dr Goh always ensures that you are well informed about the diagnosis, medication and treatment plan. The staff are always very pleasant and helpful.

I found Dr Goh by chance almost 4 years ago in New Lynn , since then I have followed him to his new surgery on Luckens as he is the best doctor I have ever experienced. He is so thorough and because of this he found solutions for issues i have had for years that weren't picked up on by others, he has helped see me through some serious health problems with kindness, professionalism and fun. Highly recommend.

I'm mainly writing this as I went to Doctors on Luckens based on all the five star reviews, but my experience was not five stars and I have since moved to a new practice. I found Dr Goh's communication skills incredibly lacking; he didn't take time to listen carefully (to the point of being dismissive) nor did he clearly explain what was happening. He requested unnecessary blood tests and made unnecessary referrals to specialists as well, without explaining why, which was a waste of time and resources. Just my 2 cents for the next person who comes along to read, as I felt terrible about my experience since everything I read was 5 stars and glowing.

Dr Goh is an exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, friendly and dedicated medical practitioner. Service from the practice has been amazing. The risk assessment was very useful. I feel like my health is in safe and caring hands. Very highly recommend.

If I could give 0 stars I would. At start Dr Goh was very friendly and supportive of my diet choices, however despite the fact that he says he cares about his patients he clearly does not. I also found Dr Goh incredibly insensitive as he had no empathy and was focused on his computer rather than looking at me while delivering sensitive information. He did not seem to care and listen to me, nor could he explain things properly. When I told him my experience with my specialist referral was horrible he did no seem to care and just ignored me, not asking why. He always asks for patients to make an appointment and come in instead of emailing results, even when they are fine. Furthermore, he never replies to emails even if he himself had asked you to email him. Zero stars!

We have been seeing Doctor on Luckens for our vaccinations. Nurse Jenny, Mia and Yen are most competent and friendly. Very nicely renovated and clean clinic. Highly recommend.

Dr. Jonathan See is very compassionate and always goes the extra mile to keep us at ease and provide us all the information we need.

Doctor Simon Zhao is not a professional one, The way he treat patients make me feel patients are idiot, they shouldn't worry about their desease and shouldn’t come to visit Doctor while need to visit psychologist. i Don't know how can he being a Doctor in NZ. He doesn't know how to listen to patients patiently. While Yuchen Zhang is really really good and clam Doctor, He always thinks of patients.

dr. goh is hands down the best doctor i have ever seen. i have had throat issues since january and have seen more than 5 separate doctors, including one at auckland hospital, and they have all misdiagnosed me with having tonsillitis. i was one visit away from my regular family doctor clinic to getting referred to having my tonsils removed for no reason, so i am beyond blessed to have been able to see dr. goh. he is extremely professional, being able to provide knowledge backed up with facts and evidence, instead of making baseless claims. he took one look at my issue and could instantly make a link with what the real issue may be. he is also very empathetic and caring, understanding my frustrations and actually making me feel validated and not crazy. will be making sure that my family all registers at luckens because the professionalism from the lovely receptionist to the kind nurse to the miracle doctor is amazing. 11/10 rating. 谢谢 so much doctor goh!

My family is incredibly grateful to have found the best GP in Doctors on Luckens, especially with Micheline Naidu. She takes the time to listen attentively to our concerns and provide clear explanations or treatment options, ensuring that we have a clear understanding. She is very understanding and never makes me feel like an overbearing mum / patient. The clinic itself is well-organized and efficiently managed, I can see they hired more staffs to make it run smoothly. Nurse Jenny is also very lovely with my baby. The staffs are friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with scheduling appointments or answering any queries quickly both via email / phone. They also provide online appointment which makes it hassle-free. Wait times are generally minimal ensuring that our time is valued and respected. We highly recommend Dr. Micheline Naidu to anyone seeking a reliable and compassionate family doctor ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Definitely I am not the only one to complain doctor Simon, he is very unprofessional, I was bring my painful to see him then still need bring back home. Paying $43.00 to see him just like drop it to drain. Extremely made me upset which was he didn’t check my kids well while kids sick, I cannot bear it anymore.

I highly recommend this GP to anyone in need of top-notch healthcare.

I feel grateful to have been accepted into this practice and today I saw Dr Micheline Naidu for the first time. Having had a series of bad experiences with my previous medical centre I was unsure what to expect. Wow. from the receptionist, the nurse and right through to Dr Naidu what a refreshing change. I feel I have been listened to, understood and importantly I have direction. Thank you so much for your care and attention.

Can never get an appointment without at least a week wait. Obviously too many patients. What good is a Doctor you can’t get to when you’re sick?
