Absolutely
disgusted
by
this
clinic.
Multiple
issues,
all
were
raised.
The
old
owner
was
always
helpful
and
tried
to
give
me
some
reassurance.
After
the
6th
time
she
asked
me
to
give
them
another
chance
and
then
decide
to
leave
if
I
wished.
The
first
couple
of
issues
was
that
I
would
make
a
booking
either
online
or
via
telephone
or
face
to
face
and
they
would
not
have
my
booking
on
their
system
even
though
I
would
have
confirmation
on
my
phone.
The
old
owner
was
lovely
and
apologized
and
took
over
so
I
would
directly
book
with
her.
For
a
while
there
were
no
issues
(although
debatable
if
the
laser
even
worked).
4
times
someone
walked
in
on
me
while
I
was
changing
(also
raised
I
asked
if
there
is
something
I
am
doing
wrong,
she
said
no).
Other
issues
include
the
quality
of
conversations.
Inappropriate
things
always
being
said
while
getting
laser
such
as
"oh
are
you
only
doing
brazillian,
maybe
you
need
legs
done"
or
"your
birthmark
on
your
face
looks
scary,
I
thought
someone
hit
you".
I
tried
to
alter
an
appointment
recently
and
the
website
would
not
let
me
so
I
emailed
(I
needed
written
proof
after
everything
that
has
happened)
the
head
office
said
there
is
a
glitch
in
the
system
and
IT
is
looking
at
it.
I
had
to
follow
up
and
remind
them
not
to
deduct
my
prepayments
twice.
It
eventually
went
to
the
branch
manager.
The
branch
manager
is
new
to
her
role.
She
does
not
seem
to
understand
how
to
read
emails
as
she
had
asked
me
to
just
go
book
online.
I
asked
her
if
she
was
unable
to
understand
or
how
a
manager
is
not
aware
their
website
has
a
glitch.
After
the
manager
pretended
not
to
understand
I
simply
told
her
I
feel
uncomfortable
coming
back
after
all
of
this
and
I
would
like
a
refund
or
for
my
prepayments
to
be
sent
to
another
clinic
(maybe
with
more
professional
workers).
Of
course
I
know
in
usual
circumstances
a
refund
of
your
prepayments
is
not
possible.
However,
considering
all
of
these
things,
it
is
the
bare
minimum
that
could
be
offered.
How
can
anyone
go
to
a
clinic
where
they
disrespect
your
body
so
much,
waste
your
time
by
creating
appointments
and
not
upholding
them,
or
by
saying
you
have
an
appointment
when
you
really
don't
and
by
acting
incompetent.
I
even
tried
make
it
easy
for
them
by
saying
to
move
it
to
another
clinic.
Of
course
the
branch
manager
being
new
to
the
role
did
not
want
this,
and
even
refused
to
ask
her
manager.
This
is
a
franchise.
She
is
not
the
sole
owner.
I
was
disgusted
by
this
treatment.
I
told
her
keep
my
prepayments
and
pocket
it
or
use
it
on
training.
Weeks
have
gone
by
and
she
happily
kept
my
money.
I
am
surprised
by
this,
feels
like
boarder
line
scam.
I
would
not
recommend
this
branch
at
all.
Disappointed
to
have
wasted
so
much
money
and
lost
so
much
money.

I
still
have
not
had
a
response
to
my
last
email.
I
think
instead
of
scavenging
for
money
try
and
see
how
poor
your
service
is.
It
only
takes
a
few
steps
to
avoid
disappointing
experiences.
Regarding
my
review
-
I
will
not
post
anything
untrue
and
if
this
helps
someone
I
am
glad.
No
other
lazer
clinics
are
this
unprofessional
so
if
my
review
helps
someone
to
go
somewhere
else
to
avoid
all
of
this
then
that’s
good.
