Not having the best experience with this clinic. I have done 2 sessions and in every visit, I find an issue with my records. Tried to reschedule my appointment due to other more important commitments but they haven't been accommodating. I have requested for other alternatives but they haven't given me any options. Was never advised that rescheduling an appointment was considered as a cancelled appointment and they take 1 full session for that. Why give the option to reschedule in your texts when it is considered cancelled anyway? Requested if I can transfer my sessions to Queen Street since I had a better customer service experience but NOPE, locked in with them.

Absolutely disgusted by this clinic. Multiple issues, all were raised. The old owner was always helpful and tried to give me some reassurance. After the 6th time she asked me to give them another chance and then decide to leave if I wished. The first couple of issues was that I would make a booking either online or via telephone or face to face and they would not have my booking on their system even though I would have confirmation on my phone. The old owner was lovely and apologized and took over so I would directly book with her. For a while there were no issues (although debatable if the laser even worked). 4 times someone walked in on me while I was changing (also raised I asked if there is something I am doing wrong, she said no). Other issues include the quality of conversations. Inappropriate things always being said while getting laser such as "oh are you only doing brazillian, maybe you need legs done" or "your birthmark on your face looks scary, I thought someone hit you". I tried to alter an appointment recently and the website would not let me so I emailed (I needed written proof after everything that has happened) the head office said there is a glitch in the system and IT is looking at it. I had to follow up and remind them not to deduct my prepayments twice. It eventually went to the branch manager. The branch manager is new to her role. She does not seem to understand how to read emails as she had asked me to just go book online. I asked her if she was unable to understand or how a manager is not aware their website has a glitch. After the manager pretended not to understand I simply told her I feel uncomfortable coming back after all of this and I would like a refund or for my prepayments to be sent to another clinic (maybe with more professional workers). Of course I know in usual circumstances a refund of your prepayments is not possible. However, considering all of these things, it is the bare minimum that could be offered. How can anyone go to a clinic where they disrespect your body so much, waste your time by creating appointments and not upholding them, or by saying you have an appointment when you really don't and by acting incompetent. I even tried make it easy for them by saying to move it to another clinic. Of course the branch manager being new to the role did not want this, and even refused to ask her manager. This is a franchise. She is not the sole owner. I was disgusted by this treatment. I told her keep my prepayments and pocket it or use it on training. Weeks have gone by and she happily kept my money. I am surprised by this, feels like boarder line scam. I would not recommend this branch at all. Disappointed to have wasted so much money and lost so much money. Reply to owner: I still have not had a response to my last email. I think instead of scavenging for money try and see how poor your service is. It only takes a few steps to avoid disappointing experiences. Regarding my review - I will not post anything untrue and if this helps someone I am glad. No other lazer clinics are this unprofessional so if my review helps someone to go somewhere else to avoid all of this then that’s good.

Went for teeth whitening today. Service claims to make your teeth 14 shades lighter but actual difference was just minimal. It was just money and time wastage and I do not recommend this at all. I was advised to get another session in 4 weeks to see the difference. If this is the case you should put that on your website instead of making a false claim. Don’t waste your time here just go through your dentist or any other place.

I've been to 3 laser clinics before finally finding a clinic where I feel comfortable and that is all due to the amazing Ami at Laser Clinic St Lukes. As a dark skinned women I have always been insecure about getting laser hair removal and showing anyone my dark areas (if you know what I mean😅) but I am now on my 7th treatment and I couldn't express enough how much laser hair removal has changed my life! Absolute magic and it is all thanks to Ami for her eye to detail and welcoming personality, so if you go into clinic definitely ask for her! 😊

Laser hair removal - I should have done it years ago! It's so good not to have to think about epilation and just choose how to dress or what to do based only on what you want. The treatments here are not at all painful, quite efficient in my case, and not that expensive (they have special deals). The ladies are really nice, which is important with this kind of intimate treatments. No chatting if you don't want to, but lots of good advices if you want them. And the location in St Lukes mall is very convenient.

Have been going here for more than a year and my experience has been really good. I started just with the underarms laser as I was apprehensive at first but it worked so well that I went ahead with more. The clinic is super clean and the lady was so kind and helpful with advice when I had questions. Would happily recommend to anyone as the service is worth it.

Hi there, just had my first ever LHR treatment and trust me it was fantastic. All their staff is absolutely amazing, well trained, patient and super professional. The clinic provided me several detailed free sessions prior to the treatment, responded to all our queries.. what they say they really mean it. We can see results after just 2 sessions... the communication was clear and transparent. I will highly recommend them. I have to especially mention Raj who is the best and Mel, Lavania, thanks for their efforts and excellent services provided. This is the best clinic in NZ who takes their clients very seriously. I picked this little boutique for pre-wedding skin treatments and now I've become a regular. Their online booking system is very easy to use, which is a bonus. The facility is tidy and clean. The staff is super friendly. I have to mention a particular member Marnie. She is so professional. My skin seems to improve a lot since the 1st HydraFacial treatment. I thoroughly enjoy my experience with LCNZ St Lukes, highly recommend!

I visited the St Lukes's Mall branch for laser removal today (5 April 2023). Overall, I enjoyed the treatment and appreciated the efforts of the services I received. I have very sensitive skin...but Thank God, I never had any rashes or pain during the treatment. The room also had proper lighting and was clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and professional. I look forward to my next visit. Thank you for your time and effort in providing excellent service.

Ever since moving away from the CBD, I was grateful to discover that there was a laser clinic in St Lukes - how convenient! I had a discount package (2 half-legs, 3 underarms) bought during the Christmas period. But they DON'T tell you that your package is finished, but will continue to rebook you. I had used up my half-leg appointments apparently and they did not let me know, but instead just rebooked me in for a half-leg appointment unbeknownst to me. I only found out that I had no more half-leg prepaid appointments left until AFTER the procedure, which frankly is ridiculous and I had to pay. The CBD laser clinic in Chancery always let me know how many prepaid appointments I had left, whereas this clinic does not bother to check. Apparently when they first pull up your name it has no indication, but they can search my account and check... Checking to see how many prepaid appointments a client has should be a part of the booking procedure! It takes less than a min to pull up my name and account, but I suppose that is too demanding of this clinic's service. 🙄 How disappointing. Thankfully I am moving back into the CBD and won't have to deal with this unrpfoesssional and lazy attitude. Would much rather go to the clinic that lets me know prior so their clients do not have to unexpectedly pay.

I really liked being treated by Steph and Jacinta. They are warm and professional. Ensuring I am comfortable with the laser and modifying as required. Jacinta is the owner and she has also helped me clarify which treatments I purchased by promptly replying to my email - as I was a little confused. Would recommend using the St Lukes clinic. I went for my first time to Stella at the laser clinic in St Lukes Mall. I have very fair skin with 100's of sun spots and scars. Stella was incredibly professional, friendly, and worked really hard. Her work ethic is top notch and I felt she wanted to do her best for me. I'm thrilled with my results and will be back!!
