    Honestly, I'm shocked about the way I've been treated when I came to the place. I was feeling pretty bad and looking for aid, so just googled places nearby my house, since the hospital would take ages and my usual doctor was busy. When I walked in straight away I felt the staff looking me down and being short. I politely explained my situation and said I was hoping to see a doctor. The receptionist said they don't do normally do walk ins even if that they had doctors available. I didn't mind to pay whatever the cost was since I was feeling pretty bad and was clear about it but still got refused. I mean, if that's not bad medical practice I really don't know what it is.

    I had really interesting experience with a reception lady today. The lady who has very short hair asked me to pay upfront and said it’s a new policy for “casual patients” as she kept referring to me for several times. After my payment, the reception lady with really short hair sent me to the waiting room and forgot to let the doctor know. So both the doctor and me have been waiting nicely for each other for a good 10 minutes. How interesting! I have been coming to Greenwood for over one year now and never had such interesting experience.

    One of the best medical centres around. Great staff and very experienced doctors. The charges are higher than some other practices but the service and the doctors are a reflection of that.

    Don't join this practice. When you get sick it is impossible to get an appointment and customer service is poor. It is also extremely expensive. I know our health system is in terrible shape in general but at least go somewhere else to pay less for the same experience.

    The medical centre that doesn’t care. Online booking is only for phone or video consultation and if you want face to face you need to call them. When you call them any time of the working day, their phone is always on voicemail to say ‘ you have called us out side of hours, please call during open hours’. What does this means? Does this mean that you cannot ever get face to face appointment or what? It clearly is a very service. I have written them an email too so that they can rectify the issue but no response. Who is running this medical centre because that person definitely has no emotions, no work ethics and doesn’t care about the sick and just only money. CHANGE YOUR ATTITUDE

    Thank you Greenwood Medical Centre for the friendly and efficient service. My daughters and I visited the clinic on Friday 3rd September for our first dose of the Covid-19 vaccination. The whole experience was well -organised from the first phone contact to arrange an appointment right through to receiving the injection, and lastly to the friendly, confident receptionist Lorna-Jean who arranged the next follow up appointment for the second dose. Highly recommend this Medical Centre.

    I recently had a fall in a supermarket carpark, splitting my forehead open! First responders were great and I just asked them to take me to Greenwood Medical not far away. As soon as I walked in the receptionist ushered me straight into nurses clinic. I was soon seen by my GP and glued up! I'm lucky to have been a patient at Greenwood Medical for over 45 years. ImI'm

    I have been with Greenwood Medical for a long time , also in the last 3 months I have had to use their A&E service multiple times. I think they are amazing, both the nurses and doctors showed care and compassion as well as being thorough in their diagnosis and treatment. Thank you to the team for their help, I highly recommend

    Just started here and a world of difference from my old GP practice which on my last visit left me so frustrated that I instantly started looking for a new one online and came across Greenwood Medical. I got an appointment the next day and was looked after on time which was a shocker for me at how easy it was. The doctors seem so friendly and nice and I am so pleased I found them as its so hard to find a good medical practice in these times.

    We were lucky enough to be booked into Greenwood Medical Centre for our covid vaccinations. Not long after we were seated we were seen to. The customer service was efficient, the nurses were kind and the venue was smart and welcoming. I recommend the Greenwood Medical Centre.

    My Wife had an asthma attack and the staff at Greenwoods were brilliant. The lady on the phone was friendly and helpful. Dr Diesing was very clear in her communication, very patient and actually listened to my Wife and answered all our questions. We are so pleased we are enrolled at Greenwoods.

    I want to express my gratitude to the wonderful doctors, nurses and front staffs at Greenwood medical center for working so hard providing the best healthcare to our community, I was amazed the transformation that has taken place so promptly to response to the unprecedented challenges. I also want to thanks Helen & Fiona for all the support and care that you have given my small family over the years. We are so lucky to be able to enrolled to this amazing medical center, it’s definitely the best in my eyes. Thanks again. I wanted to leave another review but can only edited the previous one. Once again we are in level 4 ( 2021) and I just can not thanks our amazing medical center enough. I’m just so thankful and blessed to have this wonderful medical center in our community. I came to the pharmacy to picked up medicine and noticed how quickly the medical center is transformed with all the signage in place to keep us all safe and separated. The whole customer journey is thoughtfully plan so patient with different purposes gets separated out. communication is detailed explained by Helen through email and websites. Medical stuff will again explain to you to ensure all process in place is followed. I also want to thank Dr McLean with all that she does and her help on Friday through video calls to check on my swelling and helps to organise for me to be seeing quickly at the hospital. Thank you for everything you do to keep our community safe.

    This is not a service that is suitable for walk ins so if you are sick and needing medical attention the day you are sick- this is not for you. Super annoying when you have sick kids needing to see a doctor only having to take them to hospital everytime which is a huge waste of resources and time. This place needs to step or ACTUALLY STATE you ONLY cater to long term sickness patients. Annoying!!!

    Terrible, terrible experience here. My partner and I came in to get a COVID test, and we were belittled and chased out of the clinic. When this old European lady who worked there heard that we wanted a test, she said, ‘get out! Get out of this clinic!’, shouting and waving her hands at us. We were mortified! We have never been spoken to this way at the doctors. To clarify, we came in at 8:10 am on Wed 20th Aug. We highly recommend giving her a big warning and a course on how to speak to people, as this is absolutely awful customer service. We had mask on, we’re polite and we just did not know we needed to call in advance.

    I want to especially acknowledge the help I received recently from Dr Scott McLaren. His skill, professionalism and understanding put me at ease. He also made sure I understood what was happening and the appropriate treatment and aftercare. Thank you. PS thanks to the friendly reception staff too.

    An excellent medial centre with great doctors and nurses, BUT a point off for ease of getting in touch with them. I appreciate the strain the pandemic put on the centre- and everybody. However we are now well past that- but to get in touch with reception first call is about as likely as winning powerball- regardless of day or time of day. Surely there are enough studies into how many calls a receptionist can take and still offer good service? However things seem to be getting worse- not better.
