Love this place. Not only are they leaders in their field but they are so incredibly helpful. I have 3 children under 5 and no one to help me with them but I was still able to attend all my appointments because nothing is too hard for them. They watched the children while I had my treatment and this meant the world to me. They are amazing! So welcoming!

Sam, Mary, Maya and the crew have been taking care of me for about 10 weeks now. I initially visited Palm Clinic for a consultation about some pain, swelling and bumps in my left leg. Ultrasound showed the varicosity was advanced in my right leg as well. The Admin team put together a thorough treatment plan involving radio frequency ablation and sclerotherapy. They took into account my busy schedule and finances and dealt with my health insurer. The result was radio frequency ablation and sclerotherapy over 4 short sessions and compression stockings followed by a 30 min walk on amazing Ohinerau Mt Hobson nearby afterwards. If you are considering treatment…go for it! You will be in great hands…can recommend some comfortable shoes and a soft pillow under your legs when resting too. The clinic has a really nice atmosphere and and a very comforting vibe. Palm Clinic strive to give natural looking results with any of their cosmetic procedures. I wouldn't recommend this place. Had an appointment on the 3rd of Feb with Dr. Lee. Paid $100 for 10-15 mins appointment with ZERO follow up after the meeting though I have been promised a report on what can be done with my scars. The images of the scars have been taken for this purpose. I felt the appointment was rushed, literally didn't take more than 10-15 mins with minimum information given to solve my scar problems. I'm very surprised by the service I received as the overall reviews here are positive.. Very disappointed.

I chose Palm Clinic because their website purported to have a natural approach to beauty enhancement - you want people to notice there's an improvement in your appearance, without people quite knowing why that is. The staff are incredibly professional and personable.
