Absolutely love this place! I have been going for a few months now for hair removal. The prices are very affordable and the staff is very friendly. Their communication is excellent as well. They make sure to confirm appointments and take their time during visits. Katie is the very best. I have seen her multiple times now and I definitely recommend her. She is very thorough in her work and makes sure to check in with you throughout your service(s) to make sure you are comfortable. I never feel rushed when I'm under her care. I already started to see results after the second session. My hair is growing in much slower and finer. Im on session number 5 and find myself only shaving once in between sessions. This is saying a lot since i have very thick and dark hair that is a pain to shave and wax. If you are considering going here, definitely ask for Katie because she is awesome!

I have been coming here for the past couple of years and it has been amazing to be attended by some great team. Renee was my first beautician/laser/LED therapist. She was super awesome but I was bummed when she got promoted to another company. However, since then Jamie has been attending to my husband and I. I come here for my acne treatment for my back, laser and LED for face. Jamie is really professional, attentive and makes us feel comfortable. She will ask all the right questions so she can treat and advise us accordingly. Results were great for my back and I get to do maintenance of it from time to time. Extremely salesy. Hard to tell what treatment might work as they try and sell you everything possible!. I went in for a overnight pigmentation peel for my back, making use of the 2 for 1 deal. Throughout the consultations, I was told it would be $169 for the two sessions. On starting the treatment, in the room I’m told ‘oh back is a big region hence, we’ll charge you add on’. When I refused for the add on- the peel was only applied to my shoulders. Thoroughly unprofessional. Repeatedly, I was told, the company ‘makes’ the staff push treatments and products down the customers throat, which was quite evident. Sad when profit takes over people’s ethics. Shame.

Me and my husband going to this clinic for laser treatment. Today our master was changed to Aria. And omg she's sooooo good. She did the full leg so properly compared with our previous master. Now, I wanna go only to Aria :)

I highly recommend Clear Skincare Clinics for laser hair removal. I've tried laser hair removal with other clinics, and in my experience Clear Skincare is the best - treatment sessions are effective and worth the money. I have no hair growth on my underarm after just 2 sessions. Aria is great, very nice, friendly and professional.

Avoid this place, all they care about is ‘the cancellation policy’ and they’ve forgotten how to speak to people and what the true meaning of customer service is. They expect you to tell them beforehand that you’re going to have an emergency, and need to cancel your appointment. How ridiculous is this! What is even worse is their customer service team. It’s been 3 weeks since I made a complaint and no one has got back to me. Close to 4k worth of treatments left. I will actually never go back to this place.

Been coming to Clear Skincare since the start of the year. Originally went to the Takapuna branch - staff there are great, very friendly and helpful. Katie is so good and understands my skin condition/acne well - I always feel like I can trust her and her expertise. Would highly recommend!

I’ve been coming to Clear Skincare Clinic since 2020 and have always had a pretty good experience but my acne never cleared until I met Katie earlier this year! Couldn’t recommend anyone more! She’s completely transformed my skin in just a couple months. I never thought this was possible especially in such a short amount of time. Katie is seriously an expert at her craft and so thorough and caring with her work. She knows what she’s doing and pays so much attention to detail. She really cares about her clients. If you have acne I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my skin. My biggest regret ever is not matching with Katie sooner!

I've had a few SkinPen treatments with Katie. She is great! She always checks in to make sure I'm comfortable through the process and takes the time to do a really thorough job. Super happy with the results so far and would highly recommend.

I am not disputing the laser service I had because the girl that did it was lovely but it was the other member of staff that dealt with my account. I had queried my booking when i went in as i had mentioned that i did not have any credit left for that particular service and thought I had 2 credits for the other service. I then come out after my treatment to be told I didn't have credit for the service I had, it went back and forth a few times for the lady to then say you will need to pay the next time but the way she said it was quite patronizing like i was trying to get out of paying..lady I brought the mistake to your attention no need to be rude. Will be going else where from now on!

What a total disaster. The beautician who claimed to have 17 years of experience had gave me the worst skincare/customer service experience ever. Just because I expressed my concerns, she started getting aggressive and dishing out comments. I felt bullied and belittled during my visit. This person also really just goes way too rough on facials, to the point it was hurtful. I was silently having a panic attack during the treatment, while receiving the painful handling. But I was terrified if I say anything, she’d hurt my face with her tools. No one should experience this. In addition, this visit had left my skin feeling stingy and irritated. If you don’t want to risk damaging your skin and its barrier, or adding unnecessary stress to your mental health, don’t come here, at least stay away till they change the management.

I have been coming here for a while now and I just wanted to say I could never go any where else. The price point and service compared to other places in Auckland makes it unbeatable. I have been getting laser and it has been going so well, I have seen Katie a few times and she makes me feel super comfortable in our sessions she asks a lot of questions and she is so reassuring and definitely knows what she is doing! The lady that is always on front is super informative aswell about the services and does not make you feel any pressure but she definitely convinced me to get my legs lasered and it was definitely worth the money! Thrilled with the service at Clear Skincare Shortland Street. All of interactions have been so pleasant and the clinic is always in immaculate condition. The team genuinely takes time to understand what you want and work with you to create treatment plans that suits you. Yuma (manager of Shortland Street) is really friendly, helpful and listens to what you want - request her if you can as she really does go above and beyond for her customers. She also explains to you in detail the treatments she is using before treating you.

I went and saw Yuma to do my skin needling 2 weeks ago and I'm booked in for 2 more treatments. I was pleased with the results after the first treatment and have to say, Yuma is the best as she's confident and knows what she's doing. Also out of all places in the beauty industry, this place is by far the best value for money. Skincare clinical grade is the cheapest on the market too. This place is god sent 😘

I love this place! From the first visit I found them to be clean, professional and not at all pushy. Yuma is also very knowledgeable with her years of experience, and a great beautician! After trying a few samples recommended by her I have now upgraded my Skincare routine (for a reasonable price I might add) and my skin has never looked or felt better. Also great availability in terms of appointment bookings and late nights.

Yuma and the team are down to earth and knowledgeable. I came in with some deep pimples and they were able to recommend a treatment with minimal downtime and maximum results. So happy with the outcome! Now I just come regularly because I love the way my skin feels and looks after each appointment. I also love how they don’t push products on you (even though the products are really great) and they take the time to listen without trying to sell you on a million treatment options, and are very solutions driven rather than the fluff of a traditional “spa” experience. Look forward to my appointments like nothing else on this earth.

I usually purchase pre-paid packages and book online as it's much easier. However, today when I visited the clinic, I was told that I did not have enough treatment credit and I had to pay. This is fine if it's true. As their online booking and purchase system are confusing in the sense that it's not clear how many treatments left, I have recorded all my purchase and visits in Excel file which shows me differently. I reviewed all my purchase in my email again and obviously, I still have treatment credit. I was requested at the clinic that I had to send ALLthe receipts to the email of head office or sth to prove that I still have credit. I found this request unreasonable as there are so many receipts and it's not my responsibility to keep their records. I'm happy to pay and to be proved that I'm wrong but it's likely that I'm not as I found all the receipts in the email. So time wasting to this!!!!

Paid 1.4K for my acne and was assured throughout treatment it would get better. After 3 months of using their products and going to their appointments, my acne worsened :( wish I could go back to my face 3 months ago. Staff was great though !

My daughter has severe acne and it had really got her down being 16 and a big knock to her confidence. Yuma was amazing with us, reassuring and calm and really great at explaining what she is doing. She kept my daughter calm and gave her the best start on her skincare journey. I visited the clinic last May due to my acne problems. I tried their Signature Acne Treatment for about 5-6 sessions. My problem was my pimples keep reoccurring on the same spot, and I had it since last year when I moved to NZ from PH. I love how they gave me free consultation and discussed with me what's really going on with my skin. We scanned the products I was using and identified what might be causing my acne. After few sessions, I noticed how my skin went from bumpy to smooth and most important thing is, my acne cleared up and it stopped re-occuring. I've been informed they are the only one who does this type of treatment and I know I made the right decision trusting and going to their clinic. Now, I'm doing Skinpen which will target my acne scarring, pigmentations. I've had 1 session and I'll be going back for more until it fades. So far, I'm feeling my best skin yet, and after every visit, it gets me so excited to come back again for another treatment. Results are 100%, and great bonus is their amazing team, to mention Aria and their manager Yuma who make you feel so taken care of!! I'm definitely saying to goodbye forever to trial and error of derma clinics and other products because I'm sticking with them. I'll upload more when I finish my skinpen session and when my scarring and marks disappear like nothing happened. :) oh and to add, I'm also doing my laser hair treatment for my underarm with them and can I say that it's the quickest and most painless I've ever had?
