    Oh beautiful beach! Best in the town. Lots of restaurants opposite side of the road, plenty of car parking area.

    Why would you not want to spend time at the beach of Orewa, at all levels of tide, there is always sand. Amazing out look to the Hauraki gulf, even more spectacular on a clear day, when the islands of the gulf and the Coromandel are visible.

    Lovely beach to go for a walk, went for a walk lots of bird life running around, and stuff on the beach to look at. There are quite a few benches along the beach to sit and watch the ocean. Will definitely be back to go for lunch at one of the restaurants or to get some ice cream :)

    Upper north beach that you can go to if you want to be really out of the city traffic. Nice restaurants to eat in and a long beach ways that you can walk on for maybe a morning beach walk. By that time the beach water is still low. In the afternoon the beach water goes high so it is better to spend time maybe in a camping setup.
