Worst fast food restaurant ever. The female staff is very rude. The amount of the cone and the amount of coke given were very small, I asked her to add some more and she argued with me. Would never want to come here again.

This McDonalds is terrible! They have messed up my order so many times. Yesterday was probably the worst. The strawberry milkshake was undrinkable, it was a weird dark orange colour and tasted like chemicals! The mcflurry was swimming in chocolate sauce. On a previous occasion I ordered the breakfast bagel which was supposed to have egg, bacon and hollandaise sauce and the only thing on it when I got home was lettuce and tomato. I will not be back!

There’s a lady staff who was very rude. I don’t usually give ratings but I’m doing this now just for her. If there’s a 0 star option I would have rated 0 just because of her. She’s not suitable for any customer facing work at all. I realised there’s a photo of her in a older review and I’ve copied it here. THIS IS HER.

Absolutely disgusting! Walked in to the staff mucking around and talking about the customers, mocking them etc. We have eyes and ears too! Also the place was so dirty! Instead of mucking about can they not clean instead? It wasn’t even busy at this time! And no one was in the driveway for quite some time. Please do better for the families coming in to eat! It’s not cool having dirty unready tables, sauces on the floor, rubbish everywhere.. the whole environment was a mess. Never again.

At 3pm and 1:30pm they close off the dining area to stop students eating there. It’s a McDonald’s… not a fine dining establishment. I have no clue why they would do this but it is taking away our rights as teenagers and we are the future of this planet yet we can’t eat and a McDonald’s. Absolutely disgusting.

Drink is literally fill of black dirt which I luckily noticed before taking a sip but I imagine that means every drink they give out tonight is like this.... Disgusting

I hardly ever leave negative reviews but these guys are beyond terrible. Even for maccas. Every single time we go there they miss something on our order. For the first time we went back through and tried to correct their wrongs and were met with attitude and still took 3 attempts for them to get the burger right ! You’re better off driving the extra 10 min to another maccas at least you’ll get better service and what you ordered!

Worst McDonalds! Went through the Drive-Thru (which was empty btw), ordered a chocolate sundae, & a caramel sundae, & got a dribble of syrup on each! Also ordered OJ, another time, & it was super sour! Threw it away out of fear of an upset stomach.

It’s no surprise this McDonald’s has one of the worst ratings for any McDonald’s. Unfortunately it’s the closest one for miles, so people have little choice. In situations where I’ve complained via email in the past (once I had to go back 3 times to get a correct order) there is rarely an answer; and when there is, they don’t rectify or seem like they care. They often don’t have things available (today there was no wraps), and I’ve found their staff often (not all of them of course) impolite. Their service is slow.

Worst McDonald’s ever. My Big Mac was disgusting, short on sauce, the meat Pattie’s were disgusting, use the think brand if the lettuce, so it was solid. Drive through. Checked as we got around corner, no coffee. Walked back to get it. Hit gold ‘oh yeah’. It’s was lukewarm at best. Avoid Belmont MacDonald’s disgusting

Absolutely terrible service, especially the woman on the last drive thru window at 1:20 13th March. Was told to wait in the parking spot for drive thru for new fries. Ended up waiting 15 mins. Not good enough for fast food. The fries were cold anyway. Asked for ketchup and she stopped to chat with her friend for 2 mins, so I gave up and drove off. I don't know if there are any supervisors or managers at that time but if there were, they are doing just as bad a job as that mouthbreathing "worker". I'm done, and just reading the other reviews confirms there's many similar experiences. I'm telling everyone I know to avoid this hole.

Everytime i forget about the quality of food at this place, i always go back with an open mind, and am dissappointed every time. I wish it wasn't the only fast food joint in Bayswater, so I'll see you in 3 months for another cold burger and chips xx

This place is just a free for all. There are no rules at all. One time I got a McChicken with no bun, literally just a patty, lettuce and mayonnaise in the box. Another time my burger was cold - not luke warm, but actually cold like it had come out of a fridge. But hey that’s show business baby!

Dirty filthy place lazy useless staff. Wouldn't be surprised if they're on drugs, stoned, but if I'm wrong, then they're just dirty lazy unprofessional untrained hopeless staff . Owners should be ashamed of themselves.The food and hygiene habits grosses me out and I can see that many others feel the same way!

Ordered food through Uber Eats, and the order was missing three sauce pots (1sweet & sour, 2 bbq). Tried to raise through Uber Eats, who have partially refunded the sauces, but not totally. Sorry, but the whole point of their nuggets is the sauce and they can’t even get that right. I’ve tried ringing the store, and they didn’t even pick up their phone.

Staff are very rude, Was trying to get the app the load. I have unlimited phone data, so certainly was the app that was the issue. Kindly told the attendant. “ your app is slow please give me a minute” was promptly told “it wasn’t her app” and that I was “holding up the drive through”. In a flustered state I had to order and spent and extra $10 dollars. Correct it’s not her app, but it’s a tool The company you work for and represent use…. So don’t blame me if it’s slow.

Small little drive thru at Belmont Mc D’s but pretty cool, was first time going to that Mc D’s, can be kinda confusing to find the drive way as there’s not enough signage on the road telling you where to go etc but that’s still fine :) food was great, service wasn’t too slow as well. I’d def go back :)

I can't believe how shockingly consistently bad the staff are at this place, and it's a McD's so that's really saying something! Every single time they fail, on the same multiple things: ‐Slow to serve (despite having few other customers) -Never a smile, always a scowl -Always miss a detail on the order -Never any napkins in the bag -And every staff member seems to have metal in their face. The whole place seems to be run by kids with no responsible adult in site.

ive been caught out many many times before by their supposed "open 24 hours" so thought id be clever this time and call ahead. fine in theory except nobody answers the phone! who else thinks that seeing as even though we only live down the road yet have to travel to akoranga drive when wanting mcds that maybe they should just skedaddle and let us have some other fast food franchise that actually wants to feed people. burger king perhaps? bonus that theyre way more affordable too lol

Went through the drive through and when I ordered, the person taking my order was giggling at what I wanted, as if to say it was too much. Extremely poor customer service and lack of self awareness that she could be heard through the voice machine. Then we had to wait for 15mins while they prepared the food however the place was not busy at all. The overall experience was horrible and whoever is staffed at the drive through need to be more professional and not to laugh at what people order. I would not recommend going to this McDonalds until their staff is trained in basic customer service training.

This is the worst McDonalds! The food quality is very poor, in particular it is always cold! Chips are cold and soggy, burgers & nuggets, cold and taste like cardboard. We order Uber Eats from them often because we live close by & every single time, without fail, they send something wrong or miss multiple items from the order. It’s actually amazing how badly this place is run. How hard can it be to check an order properly when packing it?? My order yesterday had 3 missing items, no sauce for the nuggets. And wrong drinks!! I am officially done ordering from here! If you pick up from the drive through, make sure to check the bags for all ordered items before driving away to avoid disappointment.

Not sure why this place is advertised as 24 hours on the weekend when this is the third time that they haven't been ready and needed to close for an hour between 530 and 630 am. Just put that in your hours instead of pretending to be 24hrs on weekends. Either that or get some staff who can actually accomplish the tough task of getting the food ready without an hour close time when it's meant to be open

Sometimes the door closed at 10pm, sometimes 9:30pm, sometimes earlier. They decided it randomly. You parked and go to the door, they will ask you go to drive-through because they are busy. You don't know if you shall park or drive through because the uncertainty of time. You ask them the manager mobile, they will tell you manager will say the same.

I ordered a Large Big Mac Combo around 11:30pm or late on a Saturday night together with some chicken nuggets and a Mac chicken burger. I was so disappointed when I got my food - the meat patties were stale even my fries weren’t fresh. I didn’t even finish my food I had to throw it away. Not to mention the chicken nuggets were stale as well, even if it’s a small or big order they need to provide fresh meat patties/fries because people are paying for that. I normally use Akoranga Drive McDonalds because they serve their food fresh. However, I expected my food to be fresh since it’s not even busy there. Worst Uber experience ever!!! Never ordering from there anymore!!

The worst Mc Donald's ever they have no clue how to make drinks, besides it being cold the chi late had clumps of powder in the The bottom and tasted horrible I returned it and they tried again and failed miserably , don't go here, plus they laugh about it , disgraceful that one pays for horrible service and then are told well " after all its Mc Donald's " what do you expect..that in itself said it all

How could they serve such a burger? Can't they afford a proper bread? And I really don't appreciate the egg shells in my egg.

Sunday crew is the best. This Maccas takes all their breaks together & stops serving during that time. Definitely not my favourite Maccas location.

We were very upset to learn that you no longer have balsamic salad dressing sayse. If we had known before ordering, we would have ordered something else. Please warn if you have something missing on you cafe, you would no longer want to get into such a situation. Especially since your balsamic salad dressing sauce was always very tasty and orders were made solely because of it

Food is always consistent and to their credit they always serve hot fries (so many try and just give you cold ones and hope you wont complain) The only thing is the restaurant is dirty, I wouldn't use the bathrooms there thus always just get takeaway. Such a pity as all they need are some decent commercial cleaners coming in and it would make the place feel/smell brand new again.

I called in to get a quick burger fillet of fish, very nice young lady served me, however it would have to be the worst burger I have ever had, the bun was so stale and the fish was equally as bad, it was disgusting, never again would I call in there

Most worse place to eat fast food in the area only reason they get customers is cz the don't have any competitors, put a BK across the road and they would be out of business. Shocking bathrooms, poor hygiene, useless customer service and poor quality food

Was working nearby and wanted a quick lunch, the door was locked, only drive through opening, probably shortage of staffs due to Covid I guess. Serves ordinary Mecca food, nothing too exciting about it. None the less, value for money is good

Had another bad order, tried again to call and talk. Surprise no answer. Clearly Mc Donald's doesn't take our co concerns seriously 😒 Added a sauce i had an allergy to. Order completely wrong. Half filled drink, items missing and food not correct. Can't call through to complain as no one answers the phone and can't leave a message. Bit of a joke

Worst Mcdonalds probably in Auckland, definitely the shore... Chips were stacked so they're cold Big Mac below average, the patty? Drinks were coloured water, they said the machine was broken but still kept on using it to fill orders. Waste of money. Waste of time

Nuggets are bit dry, thank goodness for hot spicy sauce. Lovely people on drive through. Nice Angus burger .

One of the worst McDonald’s that every existed. It’s a shame because it’s one of the only ones in the area and I tell ya, 99% of the time your order will have missing items. Don’t bother to try call them to let them know because they 100% of the time will NEVER answer it.

We ordered 2 mighty angus burgers and I large fries The burgers were drenched in BBQ sauce it literally slid out of hands! So horrible! The last time we were at Belmont Macdonald they left out 2 of my orders from drive through, This place is either unsupervised or just plan incompetent, Never returning!
