Tim McSweeney and his team were absolute legends in helping me get through the complicated process of getting my residents visa. They worked efficiently, offered sound advice and made the process stress free so I would very much recommend them for anyone who is embarking on this process. All we need to do now is get through the complicated MIQ process prior to being able to get back to NZ.

I called Turner Hopkins to enquire if they had a lawyer available to help with a case, they said yes and asked me to email through some details, which I did the same day. No response. 2 weeks later still no response so I email them again. 2 more weeks pass - still no response. 6 weeks later... still no reply. Don't waste your time with this firm, they will not respect it, and it will be better spent looking elsewhere.

I don’t recommend this firm - They don’t want to work for you and with you when something goes wrong or when a miscommunication happens. I did not pay the lawyer at this firm for her work as she would not help to resolve the issue. I had an awful experience with them and lost a whole house deposit. I have made a formal complaint to attempt to resolve the issue and to make others aware.
