Went here for the Japanese Head Spa with Koji and it was everything I dreamed of. A wonderful scalp treatment and massage. Care to customer experience was great, I especially loved that I was given ear plugs to further help me relax. I highly recommend this service, I came out of it as relaxed as after a facial or full body massage.

Went for a Japanese Hair Spa with Koji. It was phenomenal. He was great from the start and helped me figure out my scalp issues , suggested good treatments. Not only a great hair stylist but a great person to even have a chat with . Would recommend to everyone .

I had a Japanese Head Spa + Blow Dry treatment on Friday with Koji. This is such an incredible treatment... I was blown away! First Koji analysed the condition of my scalp and showed me some high resolution images of the hair follicles/scalp area. He took time to educate me on the importance of scalp treatments and health. Next a treatment product was massaged into my scalp (dry). Then I was taken to the wash basin where my scalp was massaged and shampooed... so relaxing. And they have these incredible beds that lay flat and massage/vibrate in a private room. So you're very comfortable and can really relax. The whole experience took about 1 hour. To finish my hair was blow dried. Honestly, my scalp has never been so clean! Highly recommend this as an add-on to another service, or even as a standalone treatment.

This is my 2nd time booking for a haircut with Koji Hirota and he proved again that he's a legend. He took the time to listen attentively to my concerns ensuring he fully understood the look I was aiming for. His expertise, knowledge and dedication was evident as he shared valuable suggestions and recommendations tailored to suit my hair type and face shape. He gave me a haircut that perfectly complemented my features and left me feeling confident and fabulous. Casey did my hair and she was just a joy to be with. I am a Black American with 4a hair. Most people around the world can’t do my hair, mainly just in USA. If they can do my hair, it hurts! I recently visited for this first time and had the QiQi hair smoothing treatment and a global tint/colour. It's easy to see why this salon has been around for such a long time. They are super lovely and complete professionals. What a joy to come here. I shall return.

I had never been blonde before, so I was worried about how it would turn out at first. But Karl did such a fantastic job. It's been a year since I started seeing Karl, and every time I go, I absolutely love my hair!!!!

Loved this salon. Staff were really friendly and helpful. The best part was lying on the massage chair/bed and getting my head massaged. So relaxing. Just what I needed. And so happy with my Colour. Definitely will be back. Big thanks to Karl & Emily!

I've been a client at Morgan & Morgan for more than 10 years now. I am not great at styling my hair (time poor and lacking in capability!) but Jennifer understands my limitations and always gives me cuts and colors that I can manage and that make me feel great. The salon is great - love the massage chairs in the private hair washing rooms - and the team even better as they listen, cut and color to your individual needs. Highly recommend.

I had my first japanese hair spa with Kouji and can say it was the best experience ever. The whole process and head massage was relaxing, will definitely come back.

Have been coming for years Jennifer Morgan is fabulous. Jennifer usually does my hair she's highly experienced and excellent; her team are great as well. So many recommendations I could make for this place and hairdressers. You simply can't go wrong. I have my favourites so do my friends but put simply whoever you are lucky enough to be with you will hopefully leave feeling fabulous

Today I visited this place for a second time for haircut and japanese spa with Kouji. This is my second review. I am super impressed with the whole experience again. My hair is heavy and long, so it usually takes a long time, even then Kouji did not rush and patiently did the whole process. Thanks soo much for your time and effort. Highly recommend Kouji and Japanese hair spa.

I was able to book a Japanese Head Spa treatment with Koji and can I just say WOW!!! Koji did such an awesome job and I can tell he is very knowledgeable & skilled with his work. The whole experience was very relaxing and I love how he took the time to explain my scalp condition and what I could do to improve both my scalp and hair condition. Thank you so much Koji, I left the salon on such a high! Cannot wait to book in again 😁

I went in with an idea but i wasnt exactly sure, I had stylist Alex and she was amazing, talking through every step helping me decide what was going to look and suit my lifestyle best, I walked out of there feeling like a new fresh me (After the year i had was needed) All the staff there were friendly and lovely, the vibes in there were something else!

Karl (I’m assuming that’s how their name is spelt) was amazing! I turned up pretty indecisive and he talked with me throughout the entire process - from getting a gauge on what I did/did not like and seeing how I felt throughout. Left with the hair cut I wanted and am positive will go back again

Karl does an amazing job of transforming my blonde hair, I walk away feeling fabulous. The salon is warm and welcoming. Always a great experience.

Alex is my hairdresser and she is the most loveliest hairdresser as well as such a great hairstylist. I would reccomend her to anyone. She provides such a warm and welcoming attitude when having me sit in her chair. She is attentive and delivers what you ask for. She is great at recommending products that actually work and my oily hair is no longer oily and I finally found something that works. Overall I love going to see Alex everytime I do my hair. Can’t wait to go back.

Greatest experience ever! I had the pleasure of having my hair done by Michael and it was hands down the best hair cut I've ever received. He knew exactly what I wanted without me being able to articulate it all that well lol and gave me so much bounce and movement in my once flat hair. Another thing that was amazing and unexpected was the lovely massage chair during the hair wash + treatment with a relaxing scalp massage. The whole experience as to die for and I've finally found my go to salon. Thanks Michael and the team at Morgan&Morgan :)
