Westfield St Lukes is a great shopping Mall for it's size and there are a good range of shops to keep you occupied and happy. There's also a food court, cafes, Kmart along with lots of other familiar stores as well as an Event Cinema so you can go to the movies too. Lots of free parking and undercover, which is always a bonus especially when it's raining, disabled parking and easy access to the main road. Countdown for your grocery shopping, with a Sushi place right outside the entrance and also a yoghurt drink place if you need refreshing. Overall a great place, well laid out, escalators to make your way around, clean and tidy and not too busy when we visited. Well worth a visit to this shopping centre and loads of variety for everyone. Cheers😊

Very good mall. Centrally located and plenty of parking. A good collection of stores. Has most of the brands. Layout of the stores is also really good. Most stores are decent sized. So this mall is quiet child friendly. Has a cute little play area to keep the little ones occupied. Also easy to hire trolleys with cars.

Nice suburban Westfield centre. Looks much bigger from the outside than it really is. It still has the large anchors like Kmart and Countdown and a multitude of specialty stores as well as an Event cinema complex. Decent food court and plenty of free parking.

It's not changed much in 20 years which is great! It still feels like a mall and has the Christmas vibe and coolness to it. Compared to Sylvia park I'd prefer St Luke's mall. Still happy to go here after all these years.

Great..don't need pay for carparks in Westfield- which is opposite to Hospitals; you have to pay for carparks just to visit patients 👪 families etc. Westfield St Lukes has lot shop options of visiting 😀 Lovely place to enjoy being nosey and see watch & buy 😀

To Westfield St Luke , thank you for the customer service and security staff on duties between 1:30-3:30 today for your amazing services while we were trapped on the carpark. This is due to a negligence of another motorist who park @ a space behind our car wrongly. The worst is not even a shopper at the mall. Securities thank you for patiently locate the driver accross the street. Once again thank you very much that you did not left us melt in disappointments for 2 hours.

Average mall but at least has the necessities. Today had the weirdest experience ever-raining heavily yet we were escorted to go outside when we were very close to the cinemas, going through long way to exit the mall, had to walk out the ramp then in the pouring rain towards cinemas (not that close) even though we told the security guard we’d get wet. Was very unsatisfied to hear others had the same treatment despite our complains after getting super wet. Unfortunately rain cannot be seen by the camera :/ but yeah we were WET in our movie :/

Air conditioning not working in a few stores on the lower level of the mall. Was too hot to stay in shop, all stores said their air conditioning is controlled by Westfield and they have not fixed it. Also why charge your staff $5 A DAY for parking?! They are the front of your business, ridiculous, I hope you use that money to renovate the mall, it clearly needs with how run down it is!! Even Lynnmall is better than St Luke’s!

St Lukes was not very busy today. I went to Westfield New Market before, it was very busy. A few new shops coming, not sure which ones yet. Hopefully it will attract more customers. The mall is a bit tired, needs some investment to be better, considering the population around it is growing fast.

Saint Luke's has become below average. The experience is less than enjoyable. If you are looking for clothes it is seriously disappointing. It has become the lowest of fun shopping situation.

I keep getting lost here. I am a grown as 6'5 (single 🤨🤙) man as well. Some would say its quite impressive a man my build keeps getting lost in such a small mall. Anyway, I come here for the feeds and the foot locker (lookin for a fresh pair of TN's cause an adlays gotta stay fresh ya see?).

Rarely come here but today as i was entering the mall the protection banner whipped up and hit me in the face, i proceeded to let info/customer service desk know they should deal to it as it's a public safety concern and was told they wpuld get security on it and went on with my day. 45-1hr later as i came out and both sides hadn't been tend too. Since the scentre group runs Westfield mall i decided again to notify via phone that this hasn't been solved and because the ends are hardened and have a sharp edge these could potentially hurt or blind someone, unfortunately Sarah (i believe it was)decided i wasn't worth listening to an hung up. Poor customer service and concern for their safety and well being. Edited 12/2 not sure why your asking me to email you concerning this matter as you can clearly see what needs to be dome by this review and photos

We have been coming here for shopping, meeting up with friend for coffee. The kids always like to come here as Westfield St Luke has a lot to office. Ample of car park and this place is always clean and tidy. Besides that you will be surprise by the all kinds of product promotions at this Mall. Westfield St Lukes, one of the big three shopping centres in the western suburbs of Auckland, New Zealand, stands on St Lukes Road in the suburb of Mount Albert. It receives about 6 million shopper visits annually. With 43,000 m² gross floor area (2002 data),[3] it features a Farmers, Kmart, Countdown, an Event Cinemas 8 screen cinema complex and over 160 shops. The centre opened in 1971 and is one of the oldest in New Zealand. About 100,000 people visited it on opening day. Partly to change this, Westfield invested around NZ$55 million in the early 2000s to extend and renovate the centre. In a 2008 rating of New Zealand shopping centres by a retail expert group, Westfield St Lukes received three and a half stars, just under the maximum rating of four stars, based on the criteria of amount of shopping area, economic performance, amenity and appeal as well as future growth prospects. In 2009, Westfield applied for a change to the District Plan which would allow the shopping centre to be extended to 92,500m2, with up to 77,500m2 of shops and cafes as well as 15,000m2 of office space and up to six storeys of building – which would make the centre larger than any other shopping centre in New Zealand. Westfield already own much of the properties in the north of the site, where it wants to expand, but some neighbors and groups have announced they will fight the mall expansion, primarily because of the extra traffic effects. Highly recommended to all Kiwis and visitors to New Zealand

Westfield St Lukes is a shopping destination that truly stands out. Nestled in the heart of Auckland, New Zealand, this mall offers an exceptional and diverse shopping experience. What immediately strikes you is the wide array of stores, from renowned international brands to local boutiques. Whether you're on the hunt for fashion, electronics, home decor, or gourmet food, Westfield St Lukes has you covered. The variety ensures there's something for everyone, making it an excellent place for families, friends, and solo shoppers. The design of the mall is sleek and modern, with ample natural light, creating a welcoming and spacious environment. It's also well-maintained, which enhances the overall shopping experience. The food court is a real gem, boasting a delicious selection of cuisines to satisfy any craving. Customer service is top-notch. The staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, which adds a personal touch to your visit. They go the extra mile to assist with any queries or special requests. Parking is convenient, and accessibility is great for people of all abilities. Westfield St Lukes goes beyond being a shopping center; it's a hub for entertainment and relaxation, with a cinema and recreational areas. In conclusion, Westfield St Lukes is a shopping paradise, offering an exceptional range of stores, a modern and welcoming atmosphere, excellent customer service, and more. It's a must-visit when in Auckland, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic shopping experience.

Despite a lack of field, as the name would have you believe, it's not bad. Big ol' mall. If you don't like malls, probably not your go-to. Only took me 45 minutes to remember where I parked this time. Winning

One of thé finest mall of Auckland for shopping, dining and entertainment. Somewhat lacking with hygiene and sanitation especially for Gent’s loo. But on snother hand they are following COVID-19 restrictions very well.

I've been going to St lukes for years since I was a kid it's a pretty good place with a lot of people and this is really unique actually it's one of the things that Americans like the most in the states they don't have this everything's bought online you have massive shops like Kmart and you don't just have any kind human contact anymore so it's good to get out and meet people NZ even take in a movie 🍿🎥

Went to Luke's cafe this evening, browsed the sweet treats on display, another older lady of the same race as the server came after us. By that time we went to the cashier to place our order waited there cause the lady seemed busy. She told the older lady she be there and said nothing to us, after completing task at hand she walked to the other lady 1st. Then when she was done I told her we were there 1st and she was like owh. No appology nothing like she knew she was discriminating on purpose. Hope the management can do something about this ladys poor attitude.

Great place to shop plenty shopping although a bit of a maze with the parking Based on the erratic & silly driving behavior made by their contracted parking enforcement officers, who I witness almost hit 2 vehicles in the car park was very disgusting behavior to see. I had seen him almost hit someone and because It was very hard not to watch this kind of behavior he stopped reversed back to me stopped in on the foad and rolled his window down and said do you have a problem? I'm not sure if he was on something or if he just thought he had a lot of power to do such a thing.. Such a poor & unprofessional way to address customers.

Next time when you want to purchase a gift card for your friends, think again! I have been gifted a $100 gift card and loaded with $0 by Westfield. Complete ignorance for 2 months, and finally admitted after months of ignorance and receipt requests. They only started looking into the case after I exposed this to social media. This is Day number 78 and the case hasn't been resolved.

Great mid-size mall. Easy to get around inside the mall. My only gripe is walking around the mall. It feels like as a pedestrian I do not feel safe. Although it's possibly more of an Auckland transport problem. There's been many moments going to and from St Lukes and back onto Morningside Drive where I felt unsafe with a stroller/pram, this also includes going into the mall from the footpath and then onto the car park. Luckily the times I've been the car park situation hasn't been full but on a busy day, it would be difficult to weave my way in and out of the mall!

Nice mall. Not my usual but is close to my mum's house/ homestead. I enjoy the new scenery being in here. Kmart i had a sad experience, lazy staff I rung head office Australia - Shantons took care of my needs. The mall has a good array of stores, it's busy & pumping everytime I do go.

Excellent mall, best in the central area. Variety of shops and ample parking. Easy to get around. We had a complaint with the height sign at the top carpark being too low for our mobility van. We brought this up with Andrew, facilities manager, who sorted it out very quickly, raised to a suitable height. Great response to our issue, will definitely continue visiting.

I love going to St Luke’s mall, even though I live about 30 minutes drive away. There is always ample parking, because there is so many parking bays. Also, the shoe repair place in the mall near the food court is the best. Great workmanship, good customer service.

They have ticket wardens there now hammering people for shopping at St Luke’s! What a rort. Wouldn’t go near the place, go to Newmarket where shopping is free and they don’t ticket you for staying. An absolute disgrace. Had to give one star as there’s no choice to give zero!!! Thieving kuntz

So sad we have to move to North Shore from Sandringham; takes a bit longer to go to Westfield Mall at St Lukes. It has heaps of parking, eateries, banks, spent less than one hour there and you get things done easily! This place never stops surprising the visitors or clients! Cheers!

*This mall used to have seats, which are necessary for elderly people and those with limited mobility, who need to sit down occasionally, not to mention mothers with babies or small children. *But now the only seats are at eating places. *The lack of seats is probably the reason you don't see very many elderly people shopping there anymore. *Very short-sighted, inconsiderate, money-grubbing, and dumb management. *Hey, guys, it's a bit of a hike around a large shopping mall when you're elderly or have limited moblity. They would like to have a better understanding? The average person wouldn't have any difficulty understanding the 'drift' of this post.

As a regular customer i would say it is a good mall but i would like to add some more add on play area on the floors because it have a small play area on upper floor and that is not enough many children come there and it keeps full when we go there..and it has a creche also but we didnt try that ..however it is good place to do normal shopping

One of my favorite malls. Great lots of great shops and kmart. Plus great cinemas. Great parking, although currently under renovation they make a great effort to prevent any major disruptions to your shopping

This place has gone downhill drastically, since covid we've seen a lot of the stores my husband and I would shop at close down so there's less reason for us to shop here. We used the parents' room for the first time to change and feed our daughter only to find it was disgusting, tired and very rundown. No longer a luxurious shopping experience.

Nice mall wish I had more time to explore. Would be nice if they had maps of where the shop's are placed around for people that don't shop there often. Like at the entrance or by the escalators.

There’s nothing ‘wrong’ with this mall, but it is a lot smaller than I expected. This place is good if you need food, clothing, groceries, a massage or Kmart. Otherwise, don’t bother.

nice large mall with many stores to choose from! very clean and well presented as well! however, there didn't seem to be many car parks, which is unusual and confusing for such a large mall. overall a good experience! edit: went back again and discovered we just went into a smaller carpark. there is more than enough car parks!

This is a funny/weird review. I just want to give 5 stars to this ladies' toilet, same floor as Kmart. Came on a Saturday morning, 8am when mall just opened. Seems like I was the first to use it that day and it smelt SOOOO GOOOD like what the heck 😂 I had to go back after we bought stuff from Kmart because my partner won't believe me and I had to make sure it was as good as I thought - which really was! LOL I need to know what the cleaners use!!! Please 😂 that's all thanks

The St Luke’s Creche has been absolutely amazing over the last few years. my children have been inspired, educated, and cared for incredibly well by the wonderful team of Teachers, and if given a choice they would come all the time! The Creche team have felt like a family and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Sad to see you closing but grateful for the happy times we have had! Thank you, Anna.
