Wow! I went here today after 3 years and so much has changed. It looks amazing! The store has variety of shops to shop at and its nice and clean. There are plenty of parking spots and different entrances to enter the mall which is great. The staff at the custer service area are very helpful and friendly. The mall also puts on great activities for children during the school holidays. They have a great food court with variety of food stores to choose from , I highly recommend the Indian food place, there butter chicken is delicious with so much flavour. Clean seating areas and the cleaners are consistant with keeping the area clean.

Quite a nice mall with most things that you need. There is a cinema on one end and Countdown on the other. There is also the ASB side of the mall and the foodcourt area. Each place has carparks nearby so there is usually plenty of parks if you know where to look. Lots ot shops and a nice place to wander if you're shopping.

Had a bad experience with Edge this afternoon with the manager trying to expose me in front of customers. Wheres the customer privacy??? Took 3 staff to speak in their language in front of other customers to come up with the decision not to offer me their services which is understandable which I also agree but to do it all in front of others is unprofessional. Tues their laybuy system failed and he alowed me to pay 30 a week same as laybuy till paid of based on trust and a regular customer which was fine come back Saturday same week 4 days later for another wash coz hair was constantly itchy and he asked me for the rest of the payment or can't offer the services. If I wasnt gona pay it why would I return to the same shop don't make sense. I refused to pay today because our business was not private and in front of others. Didn't end well today.. Tried raising his voice they al speak their language in front of customers rude.

I always enjoy shopping at the Manukau mall but the day I was up there was a little bit scary as I was on my way to the bus stop to catch my bus I walk straight into 2 cops who were armed so I didn't stop to be noisy as us kiwis normally are I got the heck out of there and didn't look back. I have only seen armed cops from a far not up close and personal and that was my scary exciting day at the mall.

Great range of shops including some one off kind of stores that aren't at other Westfield's. Has all the main shops you'd expect too. Very good food court with a lot of options for lunch. There is a countdown in there as well which is great for a one stop shop. The parking is awesome as some parts are 4 hours. Movies on site as well.

We really liked how clean ans organised the shopping centre was. At the time of our visit they were busy with construction, however it was all well contained and dust free ( very professional).

Great food but the only thing that let this visit down was a couple of angry guy's upsetting the atmosphere.. Police arrived and sorted it out though , cryky little bub involved 😔 police took bubba away safely thank goodness.

Just a typical mall the usual shops very busy. It was my favorite mall when we lived up that way, very bright and easy to get around, heaps of food places , great place to spend an afternoon or morning shopping.

My friend got her phone stolen in the food court, we were at the mall for ages trying to sort it out, we went to customer service multiple times and also security and they were an INCREDIBLE help, went through security footage and everything for us, told us to go to my friend's phone provider to shut down the phone and wipe it, which we did. Turns out we sat at the only table that was a blind spot to the security cameras, other than that a HUGE thank you to the staff who helped us and brightened our very rough day! Thank you thank you thank you!

This is great mall but went for the first time for ages on the weekend and found so many people in there without masks we really didn't feel safe and left pretty quickly. Shame because this virus certainly hasnt gone away. Stay safe people.

Situated in the heart of Manukau City, plenty of entrances to the Mall and plenty of free parking which makes it easy for shoppers. Excellent and various varieties of shops of different businesses to cater for customers requirements. It was buzzing with activities, people and sales. Love the Christmas decorations this year 🎄 ❤️ 😍 💕 ♥️ 💖 🎄

This is a good mall with almost everything you need. It also has some great plus-size clothing stores with a variety of reasonable, affordable and attractive clothes. I got some nice pieces in the sales for interviews.

When we first walked in on one side the size of it looked small but as we carried on around and found alot more stores and saw how spacious it was we were impressed especially when we saw the stairs to the movies, like wow. Nice and clean. We had a coffee by the Pascoes store, one of the best we've had for a while.

Visited Farmers which was lovely. Enjoyed browsing their boxing day sale eventually purchasing a microwave & kettle. Disappointed with the customer service though, staff were slow to acknowledge my presence & actually help with getting my choices & a trolley until I asked for one?

This Westfield in particular is the best in my opinion. The shops are the typical ones you have in other locations but it wins because the transport centre is so close ane the library and other government services are next door. It also gets bonus points for having a video game arcade at the movie theatre. I've spent more time in there than the actual cinemas.

My local shopping centre. I visit Westfield Manukau at least once a week. It's an excellent place for shopping and meeting with friends. I particularly love the activities for kids and local outdoor spaces where you can sit with a coffee and relax.

Great place to pop in and grab what you need, kids love the free face painting they do in the school holidays. Husband likes the variety of male menswear.

It's almost the end of 2023 and these guys still don't have an action plan for any sort of plastic recycling. What a disgrace 😣(( your SOPs might say what you copied and pasted but in reality there's no recycling bins around the mall and the ladies(maybe not all) doing the "sorting" couldn't care less, as is the case every time we've gone over))

As my local mall and having not been there in a while it was quite nice. The Vietnamese place in the food court is sooo good I recommend the spring roll noodle salad and pork on rice. Also found some awesome deals at jayjays! #winning

I had an appointment with my bank and decided to stop by Countdown which is in the mall. Countdown was smaller than I recall and the aisles don't have enough comfort space for your grocery trolley.

Shocked to see that Hairport have gone. My wife always got haircuts she was happy with at Hairport. Now she has to risk somewhere else. Just cuts- perhaps?

  • 5/5 Chetan S. 6 months ago on Google
Probably one of the biggest malls in Auckland. Houses a great variety of stores: Supermarkets, foot ware, apparels, food and beverage, convenience, banks, beauty parlours, Hair cutting salons, and jewellery outlets. Has plenty of food and beverage opportunities and a raw meat/fish outlet. Also event cinemas is also there.

Found the stores I was looking for without any issue. There are so many good stores to visit. Love the Anime store, could spend hours in there. Loads of food options so made getting lunch easy. Pretty tidy food court.

Christies jewelry store is the place to go if you want jewelery or a time piece. Go see Raj & Farnaz they have excellent customer service. I'm a satisfied customer and will do business with them in the future, inshallah.

This mall stinks, literally, the seafood bar mixed with coffee when you first walk in lingers throughout the mall, we only came here to see the new Japan Mart which in my opinion is the highlight of the meal, i would say there are a lot of good stores here, but the smell really made an off putting shopping experience.

Well didn’t I just have a Ripper of a time at Westfield Manukau! It’s always a treat coming to the big smoke and hitting the shops but wowee I was blown away. This place is stunning and so clean, i usually dislike malls because of how grubby they are but alas that was not the case here. Thanks you Westfield!!! See you again soon yeah!

Pleasant experience today at Westfield Manukau. Parking was easy to navigate with plenty of spaces and the facilities were well kept and tidy. There was a good range of choices at food court and we enjoyed the new seating area too.

Such an amazing place to shop with a great variety of stores. With a diverse range of culture and the feeling of inclusivity there's really not another mall quite like Manukau. They hold quite a few cultural events and performances here , Christmas arrangements and have a Wide range of food choices also with Plenty of carpark space as well. Not only have I shopped here as a customer but was also a place of work at one stage. The mall staff are very friendly and the security team make you feel safe and apart of the family. Would highly recommend. A+++++

Don't get caught like we did and not look at parking signage properly. Appears to be owned/leased by Wilson parking. We had parked in a free 120 min zone thinking it was a 240 min and got a $55 parking fine. I can understand it was our fault for missing signs but $55 that's a steep fine!!

Always clean. Security are on point and have good presence. Good selection of food in court and retail stores.

  • 5/5 Mystery M. 1 year ago on Google
It is really good the food is nice but only if you are keen in eating in a place with 6 outlets to go to. However, these are also really good outlets to go to. Go and check the place details on google and see if anything comes to interest. Personally, my favorite was the "Burger King" (regular, I know) as they changed the bun over the years. Really good! Or maybe just buy the bun... At Westfield Manukau!

Surprisingly great parking for a mall. Relatively quick and easy. One of the better mall experiences over the festive season.

We love shopping at this mall, lots of variety with good well stocked ranges. Food court is enjoyable but seems to fill up very fast, sometimes we are lucky to get a place to sit and eat. Will be even better when JD sports opens.

Since my last visit, this time the atmosphere was different, unable to put my finger on it but, even ordering food was weird. Maybe, since coming off these mandates, many are still in that frame of mind to not, celebrate to soon but be more mindful, its only a matter of when...Anyway, in time maybe, the full effect of this crisis dissipate, can we relax without fear of being ostracized.

  • 3/5 Graham W. 1 year ago on Google
The facility itself is satisfactory with the mall containing pretty well everything you'd expect. However, my limited interaction with the staff at four stores was rather off putting with a significant lack of interest and assistance and a dismissive attitude. But service standards leave something to be desired.

Thanks for your providing the opportunity to say my experience to you , you have the big problem is the playground facility is too few and only one smaller , it can’t attach kids to play and stay in your shopping- mall . You know attack children is attacking their parents. I am looking forward for your reply. Regard

Plenty to see. Cold winters day so stopped in for lunch. Selected sushi bar, quite ok. Clean and tidy. Mall wasnt busy but still a nice way to spend your day. Go back each time I go to Auckland.

Located right in the heart of Manykau City, this mall has been a mainstay through many generations. It's had multiple developments throughout the years and is modern and well laid out. The cinema is huge!

  • 3/5 SMH 1 year ago on Google
I haven't been here in a while and mainly only went to the food court which was very overpriced, $17 for a Bahn Mi or flash sandwich roll pretty much. Found $5 dumplings which were good. I haven't been shopping here in years so this probably isn't the review to look at for what it's like other than for the food court.

🔸Clean 🔸Easy to navigate 🔸Lge selection of stores 🔸Good Court + movie theatre 🔸Plenty of parking (don't leave valuables in your car - but it's safe). Once you finish shopping here.. 🔸It's a very short drive to many more shops in the surrounding area. 🔸You can even head to the small fun park nearby if your totally over, shopping.. Good luck + perhaps don't wear slippery heels 👠👠as those thoughtless designers have again laid marble shiny dangerous tiles in this mall.

Love the parents room but people using it just to hang out in blinkin annoying especially when other mothers come in to feed and no place for them to sit to feed. 2 parents had to leave 😭. Go to the toilets and discuss yr story. Great parking

Although the shopping experience is lovely, the people hanging around and loitering outside and within the mall and theft happening right infront of my eyes, it is abit unsafe which is very unfortunate. Food court is good, there is a selection of cuisines. Countdown supermarket is in the mall which is convenient. A couple of skincare facilities and optometrists. Increased security walking around due to theft and antisocial behaviour. Convenient for a work break to grab food or quickly do banking.

  • 5/5 Ravi L. 1 year ago on Google
Lots of parking space but during Christmas and Holidays, it is challenging to find a car park. Everything you need is under one roof, except Kmart and Harvey Norman are 3 km away. The food court sells a variety of meals but the sitting space is limited.

  • 3/5 Mihail S. 1 year ago on Google
Typical shopping mall facility. A bit aged and waiting for some fresh cash and more modern facilities. You'll find all the typical franchise retailers with the same stuff as in Australia. It was good to feel for a moment as stupid as at home visiting a shopping mall. We loved the Japanese grocery shop. The rest is as usual.

  • 3/5 Richel M. 1 year ago on Google
Good to shop but people there are not so welcoming. Even at the warehouse no one at the door to greet you, you just get started at when you walk in. Beautiful place that just doesn't feel your being welcomed at least a 😊.

It's a busy mall. Lunch time on a Wednesday and it's already quite busy. Pretty sure it must get packed on the weekend. Everything you might want is here. From a cinema to shops and eateries of all kinds. Wear your mask. People will call you out if you forget.

If able to travel a small distance, I would firstly recommend Botany, Silvia park or Ormiston malls.... this would be an absolute desperate last resort. It is dirty and all amenities are filthy (it is not a good shopping experience)

Good location. Has all the stores you would want. Loads of sporting stores. Remember where you parked as it has heaps of lanes inside shopping centre, can get disoriented. Not far from Rainbows end.
