My favourite karaoke place in CBD! I always go here by myself and it is always an amazing experience. Clean room with its own toilet. Food and drinks are pricey but good.

We had so much fun! The room we had was very nice. The machine was east to use but someone came to help us. It was air conditioned with our own toilet. You can order full on meals and sides. The facilities staff were great. Rooms were clean and they had all the songs we searched up. Would go again. Good for groups. Thanks for having us!

Definitely 5 stars for Beyond! First of all, the staff were so accommodating and super helpful. We were taken care of, all of our needs were met from start to finish (they even had super glue for when my heel broke!). The room itself was perfect size for our group to relax and enjoy, there was a good music selection and the food was great too. Happy with our first experience here and will definitely be coming back.

Absolutely amazing hidden diamond! The rooms are super clean & tidy. Rooms have ensuite toilets which is amazing, they are also very, very clean! The room we were in easily fits all 8 of us. Service was great, very friendly accomodating staff - they helped us learn navigate through the menu screen. For anyone visiting, you MUST produce an ID or risk being sent home. Another lovely touch are the free masks placed in couple spots - love the thoughtfulness. Great place, will keep coming back for our office function. Thank you for the great time last night!

Went for my sisters 30th. Booked in advance and turned up late by 1 whole hour. Called in before booking time to let them know and they advised they'll hold it for us. Finally arrive and they put us in the VIP, defs didn't expect that! Love their service and loved the room, it had their own private bathroom, price was reasonable and song selection very good. Had a really great night with my sisters, we will definitely be going again soon! Thank you to the staff tonight for helping us throughout the night.

First time booking a private karaoke room in Auckland. We were greeted warmly as we entered the building and the guy took us up the elevator to the correct floor. He then led us to our room for 2 people. He came by a few minutes later with water and showed us how to use the machine. The facilities are awesome. Love that there isa bathroom connected to the room and also ac available. It’ll be even more amazing once the room service has been connected to the rooms currently we had to go out to order at the desk down the hall. When the room bookings start filling up later in the night it may take some time to get your drink orders but other than that had a fun time. 3 hours of karaoke and we will be visiting again with a larger group. The best karaoke place I have been to for comfortability and price, will be coming here whenever we need to go karaoke in the city :) Rooms are clean and place is new. Room comes with bathroom ensuite. Song selection was not bad, although there were a couple songs that we wanted to sing that were not there. Karaoke machine is ok to work with, found that the delete button for the queued songs were not working. Drinks are quite expensive.

Really enjoyed our time here, so with our private karaoke room we got 2 mics, private toilet, large wrap around couch, coffee table, 2 monitors (one for karaoke singing displayed the words and the other monitor a touchscreen to queue your songs). Had a blast! Great karaoke bar will come back here again 😊👍

Had the absolute best time from start to finish just like all the other reviews suggest. We took my parents out for a family kareoke night based on the reviews below and we were not disappointed!! Incredible staff, amazing room set up that felt so private and luxe, we even had our own ensuite! We had so much time that we tried to extend our time afterwards. Good range of food for dinner or snacks. Huge range of English songs, all the classics and heaps of the new stuff.

Wish i could leave no stars.... Showed up at this place last night after walking for about 40 minutes. Walked in and immediately felt weird vibes. There was a woman at a desk, and 3 bouncers standing outside. The music was blasting so loud in the background, so trying to communicate to ask how much it is for a room was such a pain. We asked the one bouncer, and he said, "Hold on, our boss will come down and tell you the price.????? We then had to wait a while for a guy to come down and tell us it would be something like $38 an hour, minimum 2 hours, per person. EXCUSE ME WHAT. What an absolute scam. Dodgy dodgy vibes. We left.

Cool spot for a group but was sooo loud.. some of the songs are weird tempo. Mikes hard to hear over loud music..

I just loved this place. Great customer service, clean, has mic covers. Went there to celebrate my birthday and definitely will come back just for a good time. It has small rooms for a good price (my partner and I rent a room for ourself) and big rooms that can also hold big groups. It has good acoustics and sound. Easy system ti navigate and find songs and also has a good collection of songs.

Made a 2-hour booking for a hens party (~15 people). This place had a real “wow” element as soon as we walked in! Beautifully set up with an intricately lit hallway, and the VIP room was perfect. The adjacent private bathroom was really handy; the sound system was great; the room was clean and cosy; the microphones came with fresh (wrapped) covers; the staff brought us plenty of lemon water as well as any drinks we ordered. Although the initial screen setup seemed to have mostly Asian languages, once I found the English button, I was pleasantly surprised. They had a really impressive range of songs, both oldies and new hits, as well as all the classics and some more obscure numbers. The price was also very good considering it was such a brilliant service. I’ll definitely be back!

Very affordable rates, good song selection, nice rooms that come with ensuite bathrooms, clean/new premises. Can't complain about microphone/sound. MV was average. Overall very good and the best place out of three I've been to in CBD in recent past (~6 months)

I bet you could get away with anything here. 😅 A very great place to sing your heart out. Personal bathroom goes along way.

Clean, tidy awesome little rooms to book, order your drinks and they bring them to your room, the room had it's own toilet which was a bonus, communication to book the room was excellent Really nice karaoke bar Highly recommend

There was about 15 of us. We had the vip room everything was OK but the room was too hot air conditioner was on the other side so you couldn't really feel it.

Attended a friends Hens night here and I am definitely coming back! Such a vibe, drinks delivered to your room and gorgeous food, while you sing the night away!

Communication is shocking. Couldn’t get a response tried calling number not working. Tried messaging on Fb seen but no response I try and contact and when they do end up contacting me back the room I’m trying to get is already booked it’s a really bad booking system don’t know how else anyone is even able to book.

Awesome service! Had no issues at all. Clean and private bathroom awesome. Good selection of songs and air conditioning was good as well.

Peter was the best bouncer we could have asked for. He explained the concept of the bar very well. Answered all questions respectfully and with the appropriate amount of force

We booked the VIP2 room and it was awesome. Definitely the best karaoke I’ve been to in NZ. Super spacious, beautiful interior, comfortable seats and even better we had an en-suite toilet included in the room. Staff are lovely and accommodating. 2 microphones, missing quite a few songs but we still had a great time!!! Will definitely be back.

Very nice place to go to, cosy private room, aircon and on bathroom. Clean and the service was awesome. There isn't much of a selection of drinks, but that wasn't a major for us. Definitely visit this place again. This is the cleanest and probably flashes Karaoke place I've been too 👍

So clean and staff are very friendly! Great sound. Can pick between normal sound and karaoke mode! Food and drinks on the more expensive side tho

Awesome set up, great service and had all the songs we wanted. Only feedback I’d probably give is maybe some instructions on how to search songs in English as we struggled to work that one out on our own :)

VIP Rooms are great, good bar and food service... Just a slightly odd set-up when you enter. A night-club straight ahead, so veer left, and the rooms are upstairs.

Probably the cleanest karaoke bar in Auckland! The room we were in had its own air conditioning unit and it's own toilet - honestly these amenities were the best. Service was ok and the drinks average priced - felt like the alcohol was watered down?

Great place. The private rooms are comfortable, each coming with their own bathrooms and air conditioning units. Song selection is also pretty good. Would and will definitely come again.
