This is a lovely venue which was easy to get to, however we ended up getting stuck in a mob of people leaving the theatre when others were entering from the same door! Good food at the venue and options nearby!

Best theatre in Auckland. Great selection of shows, helpful staff and easy to book tickets online. Close to public transport. I admit I haven’t bought any food/drink from the bar/restaurant from here. I’m not sure if they still run the 30 under $30 ticket promotions like the other theatres in Auckland (Basement, ASB Waterfront Theatre)

Been to 2 different shows here at the Q theatre, both have been brilliant and funny. The loft room i Q theatre is a really great place, just the right size for a comfy enjoyable evening. Haven't eaten there but always lots of people in the bar/food area before performances. Clean, friendly and great atmosphere.

One of the shows got cancelled and I didn't receive a notification to tell me that it had been cancelled. Requested for an 'urgent' refund and no one's given me an update for refund - it's now almost a week. Won't go browsing through their website for shows anymore so I'm actually glad this happened.

Accidently bought tickets to pax assadi on the Friday not the Saturday. Staff still let me and my partner in anyway and found 2 seats for us. Was a crack up show at a great venue. We were very grateful and had an awesome night. Cheers!

How could you not like the QTheatre. Great bar for pre show drinks or just to meet up. We recently enjoyed a one person show which ws absolutely stunning. Had a meal in the Cafe after. Not up to pre covid standard with a limited menu but still adequate and enjoyable. Great friendly service.

Went to see Losing Face on Sunday afternoon. Nathan Joe, this is a fantastic show. I didn't quite know what to expect, and it did not disappoint. Confronting, funny, clever, thought-provoking and complex. Absolutely loved it.

I love the Q Theatre, and this production of Shakespeare's The Twelfth Night was brilliantly portrayed by the Pop-up Globe Theatre Cast

I've seen different theatre productions here and they were all very extraordinary, moving, funny, and captivating in their own ways always conveying a powerful message. I highly rate Q-theatre and all of their shows. I have gone to some shows more than once like Basmati B***, highly rate em!

Fun night out to see Briefs at Q Theatre - show was cheeky and clever and the Q team operated like a well oiled machine - wine list is interesting and love the Duck Island ice crea options!! Cheers team - a great way to get into the "spin" of the festive season...

It was my first time to the Q theatre, great ambience, facilities , food and drinks available. Our seats were up in the "gods". This provided a great perspective...

Great venue, very cosy, seats have removable arm rests for comfortability. Has a great Cafe for comfort food, or that coffee to get you on the go.

Good venue, sometimes shows don't run to time so there can be delays in other shows but nothing too major. Can be a bit confusing as to where you are going but plenty of staff and signs. Good layout in the theatre and it's nice that food and drink is available on site.

Great experiences each time. Helpful staff and good attention to mask wearing! Especially at the play Long Day's Journey Into Night." This was at a time when the number of covid deaths were still a major concern and I felt happy that these rules were in place and I didn't need to worry!

Loved it! Very funny and the performances were terrific. Seats were close to the stage so it was quite intimate.

We went to see Basmati B*tch, a dystopian play, probably theatre that I'd never go to but part of our ATC subscription. It was excellent! The staff at Q are great, welcoming and friendly. Unfortunately the food was only okay. My tacos were tasty but only lukewarm and my partner's burger turned up after I'd finished eating. The wine is good and reasonably priced.

Parking isn't too friendly for this venue, but the staff are very helpful and friendly. The venue itself is an excellent, intimate experience. Look forward to going again

I purchased a Q gift package for my family member’s birthday - I never received a digital voucher and the physical gift voucher didn’t arrive even after 3 weeks. I reached out to the customer service team via two emails and two phone calls to request a refund and finally received my first communication from them via email over a month after my purchase. Their lack of communication and empathy was disappointing and made me feel as though my situation wasn’t very important to them.

Amazing variety of artists at the Q Theatre. We were greeted by friendly staff, eager theater goers, and a warm ambiance. Melanie Bracewell was our treat for the evening. See her whenever you get the chance. Parking was really close, at the Civic Carpark, and easy. Just drive in, and when you leave, type in your car Rego then pay.

Was only there for a Comedy Show (Alfred Adriaan) but the place was great. Easy access and lovely atmosphere. Parking not to far away as well. Enjoyed the visit there.

Went for my pole gym’s showcase in the Rangatira theatre. Neat space, building has access from both sides of the building is handy for parking. Didn’t order drinks but the bar had a great vibe and everyone was enjoying themselves.

Love Q theatre, always really great shows, atmosphere and delicious more-than-bar-snacks from the kitchen. Saw "Skin Hunger" there tonight which was an incredible production!

Came here for a queer theatre, the first time I came to a theatre in a theatre after covid began, which means first theatre in three years. It was so good, the intimate setting. The production as well, very impressive, the script high quality, actors very talented. All those feelings I have long forgotten, my love for theatre, were instantly brought back. Those lively feelings, that can’t be experienced any other way. New Zealanders are real lucky, to have these sorts of theatre. Can’t wait to come back for more shows. Tickets are really affordable. Ice cream was also good lol.

A great and intimate venue which allows the performance to be immersed in, excellent sound projection and a great view of the stage, no matter where you sit. Definitely go and see something exciting!

This one’s for the amazing staff member who helped me and my pals attend Aunty Donna after missing the night we bought tickets for (because of my stupidity).. they went well beyond my expectations and were super friendly and understanding!! Will definitely be revisiting the Q theatre!!

Nicely laid out theatre, easy to get around. Good banked seating in the loft. The chairs are definitely some of the more comfortable I've used for small theatres. Staff seem to really enjoy working there.

This unique theatre space is such a pleasure to visit. The bar and food pre show is good. The theatres are creative spaces that are always staged differently every time.
