The best expresso and long black I had in Auckland city. I could taste the aroma, body, acidity, flavour and aftertaste of the coffee. And it serves sparkling water too!

Really loved this place! It's a relatively small place with a few tables, but the coffee was great and the service was particularly good. The lovely woman serving us was very friendly and even offered a chocolate truffle from the counter. Stellar experience and would happily make a return visit.

A great place for a delicious , artfully made coffee. You share the space with the roasting machine. Lots of activity and tantalising smells. An olfactory pleasure. We were given some tiny treats with our coffees , they were sweet and delightful. Friendly , chatty staff managing the experience. Lovely !

Unfortunately can't speak about the coffee, which I've heard it's beyond good - the best in Auckland. But I can speak about their umi drink! My friend told me about it and how special it is, they soak the fruit Stones in honey for 5 years to produce it. You can take it hot or cold, I chose warm and it was so great! Very soothing

Amazing coffee! It’s so hard to find a place that does a good long black and as soon as I walked in I could tell they would do a good one. I was not wrong! Best long black I’ve had in Auckland!

Amazing coffee but there is only soy and cow milk available. Get oat milk guys! It's the future! We are in a climate emergency!

The best coffee I have ever had with exceptional service! Went in to buy a bag of coffee beans after many amazing coffees and met the owner, a nice older man with tonnes of experience with coffee. Will definitely be recommending to the coffee lovers of the world

I'm not young, but this might have been the best coffee I've had in my life. Well done, Miller Coffee, you are the champion of all the Auckland coffee shops.

After 5 months in New Zealand, drinking A LOT of coffee all over the country, I feel comfortable saying this is the best coffee in New Zealand. The beans are amazing, the place is really cool, they pull a lean espresso, and Victoria is the sweetest woman ever. Their chocolates are really great too! If you’re in Auckland, do yourself a favour and drop by.

Delicious coffee and outstanding service! The lady serving us was super friendly, we’ll definitely be back! Also, the design, merchandise & decor are just top tier! Visually so beautiful, can’t get better than this in my opinion.

The best place in Auckland for coffee addicts! Excellent coffee, rich and oily crema. While drinking coffee take time to read Craig Miller’s book “Coffee Houses of Wellington”. Make sure to buy some chocolates, you won’t regret it. I’ve got some beans and my Rocket turned them into the most delicious pour that left competition for dead. Enjoy!

Incredible coffee. Horrible service. The lady serving me and my friend was extremely rude and condescending. Won’t go again.

Millers sold me my first real espresso back in the late eighties. It was in a different location then. Awesome to see and taste they still have the espresso mojo. A small roastery and espresso shop for those who actually love espresso.... Not that sweet or acidic light roast 5h!t too many places are serving up these days.

Stepping in here in a rainy day while visiting town. Ordered a latte and worked a little while waiting for the rain to slow down. Looked like they were roasting some beans too!

Great coffee. Nice to sit around with sacks of coffee beans around you. Watch as they roast the beans. Want an empty sack with the bright bird on it.

Perfecto! Simple and pure … no caramel drizzle BS. Pure delish coffee, beautiful service.

A local favorite here in Auckland for those who work in the area. Great little coffee spot that’s worth visiting. The long black is always superb! Some good seating inside & out, great atmosphere, great chocolates, cool merchandise, and a souvenir postcard when they have them.

Fabulous friendly service with excellent coffee. I got a little surprise chocolate on the last visit. Great vibes and dog friendly.

Worth the walk, this little roaster makes a great coffee, with lovely service and excellent chocolate as a side. Highly recommended!

Visiting Auckland and came across this awesome find tucked down Cross Street. I gather it’s a bit of a local institution. Either way, my long black was so good that I made a detour to have another one the next day. Great coffee and a nice, sun-dappled spot to while away some of your morning.

Really nice espresso and single origin roast: less acidic and more balanced than the usual antipodean style
