Nice cafe with plenty of seating inside and some outside. The owners are very friendly and accommodating and service is great. We ordered the eggs Benedict (one with bacon, one with salmon) and they were pretty good. My one complaint would be the hollandaise sauce was a bit thin and had too much lemon for my taste. Coffee was average, nothing special. Considering the local coffee competition within a 100m radius, it might be worth upping the coffee skills.

Okay you find yourself wondering around Auckland looking for a great breakfast, not just a good one but a great one. Well look no further then here at Reuben Cafe. As soon as we walked in we were greeted with a welcoming smile. Take a few minutes because they have a slightly extensive menu, which I would be bold enough to say, it is all good. After food was ordered we sat in a nicely layed out room with plenty of seating. They also have a very small outdoor seating area. Food came out hot and very well presented (photos below). 3 pancake orders and I got the bacon omelet. All of it was delicious. Also got a couple coffes, latte and mocha. Overall a wonderful experience. You should absolutely make your way there, you and your family and friends will not be disappointed.

Found this place on Google looking for a breakfast close to my Air bnb. Very good coffee and great bacon and eggs (free range) and sourdough toast. Very quiet but it is Monday morning. $19.50 and I'm set for the day.

Currently one of our favourite places for a chilled weekend brunch or lunch. It's popular but never rammed, quiet (no loud music), and the staff are super friendly and lovely. The food is basic but really nicely prepared and presented.

5 of us went for Breakfast early doors, fantastic food. The big breakfast was awesome so to the Eggs Bene. The home made hashbrowns are banging! Great coffee too, make sure you try get there!

Reasonably nice setup and I’ve heard the food is good, but for a middle of the road iced latte costing $8 I was pretty disappointed. This just feels like daylight robbery and I’m not sure what gives them the right to charge this when yesterday I had a far superior iced latte from Coffix on K Road for $5 (about 500m away). The food was soo good, only let down was the mango smoothie was way tooo sour and it was undrinkable and the iced latte was super bitter. But the big vegetarian breakfast was one of the best breakfast cafe meals I have eaten so far!

I think this place has changed hands recently. Ok food, very pricey & average quality…

Just came here for a coffee this. I really liked the space. unlike many other cafes you don't feel like you're sitting right on top of your neighbor. Didn't have loud music which was also a treat. The coffee was excellent and the service came with a smile. Just to add a little bit about the service the people that work there are the friendliest people you will meet in a cafe . We'll Def be back ( we have been back !!!).

A nice cafe with a decent ☕️ and free wifi. The design is rather arbitrary but it blends in the neighborhood nicely.

This is an unsuspecting treasure of a cafe! The bacon omelette & classic eggs benny have never disappointed, they do a pretty decent long black too and staff are always pleasant.

Great decor and presentation. I got the vegetarian breakfast and everything was cooked perfectly, and my girlfriend tells me the bagels are soft and delicious. The quality of food was equal to or greater than that of your average Auckland cafe, but for a better price, and I would be surprised if you could find a cafe with better presentation. The menus look old, with redactions made over the laminated paper, which I found quite shocking compared to how beautiful the signage and business cards were.
