Overall
Ahi
did
not
meet
expectations
of
was
promised
to
be
a
delightful
experience.
Upon
arrival
the
host
though
friendly
had
difficulty
explaining
the
menu
to
us
and
we
didn’t
quite
understand
the
set
menu,
which
would
be
their
downfall.
A
clear
set
menu
sets
the
expectation
of
what
the
customer
is
going
to
get,
without
it
the
customer
may
feel
disappointed
they
did
not
get
the
opportunity
to
order
what
they
want.
The
set
menu
was
told
to
us
to
be
the
best
of,
however
we
felt
disappointed
we
weren’t
able
to
order
more
options
as
by
the
end
of
the
meal
were
still
hungry.
The
food
overall
was
good
and
well
presented,
with
the
best
dishes
at
the
start
(wallaby
and
oyster),
but
at
the
end
of
the
meal
we
both
felt
jaded
by
the
lack
of
flare
other
from
other
dishes
we
were
not
offered.
During
the
meal
we
were
often
confused
in
regards
to
what
would
be
coming
next,
without
the
set
menu
to
direct
us.
Overall,
I
would
not
recommend
to
get
the
set
menu
unless
you
are
genuinely
interested
in
being
completely
surprised,
it’s
not
worth
it.
Ahi
is
a
beautiful
restaurant
with
a
great
ambiance
and
a
wonderful
concept
farm
to
table,
but
misses
the
mark.
It
also
misses
the
mark
on
comfort;
the
windows
were
left
open
during
the
evening
and
we
both
got
the
chills.
To
say
we
were
disappointed
is
an
understatement
for
how
much
we
paid.
