Very bad customer service on the Friday leading up to mother's day. The store was quiet when I walked in but then got packed all of a sudden and there were only 2 staff. Despite me being first, the staff skipped us and went to serve a couple who took over 20mins as they browsed 4 different trays. When I asked the salesperson that Im after a particular item and would like to try it on which was in the same tray, I was rudely told to wait in line. She said she cant leave them and the next lady will serve us. The other salesperson also skipped me and went to someone else. When I asked again 15mins later, she said she's with someone. Almost an hour later, the first salesperson came to me saying was it u or the 3rd person who came first. I explained I was here before everyone else. She snapped at me saying not before the other customers. Again I politely said I was before everyone and was in the corner. She rudely said I didn't ask about others. I showed her what I wanted and sizes I wanted. She gave me the biggest size and rudely said this is the biggest so if it doesn't fit then I don't know just return it. Waited an hour just to get 4 mins of overall time, that too with such a dismissive attitude and condescending tone. I felt like walking out but i finished the purchase which had the wrong size but the salesperson didn't give a chance to speak. I was going to buy an additional ring but her attitude seriously put me off and I am a regular customer that has never been treated this way. I take up minimal time and know exactly what I want plus I even let staff show others while I finalize my purchase. Either put more staff on busy days or hire some with basic etiquette or some patience or non-judgmental at the very least.

Pandora prides itself on shinyness and being amazing! Also on great service! This store apparently never has their machine up and running to shine pandoras. They are happy for you to pay big dollars for their stuff however once you've bought they aren't too keen to offer and assist with shining your equipment. Not sure cause they just wanted to keep helping other shoppers to get their money?? Couldnt spare a few minutes to help a girl clean and maintain an expensive piece. The retail assistant mentioned they have the shining manual equipment however I had to buy?? Even though the site says it is supposed to be a free and complimentary service. Worst service!

Horrible experience! Very stereotypical attitude. Just because I don't dress fancy that doesn't mean I get ignored of service. Twice the experience, my husband and I humbly waiting for our turn yet we got skipped many time and ignored just because we were in our factory work clothes. HORRIBLE SERVICE. WILL NEVER EVER RETURN AND DEFINITELY NEVER USE PANDORA AGAIN.

Completely under staff, two people working a late night isn't good enough. Also staff are not paying attention to which customers have been waiting in store before other customers and just move off to those who entered the store later...

Was rudely served by a staff who didn’t feel happy to help me out with an exchange. Forgot my receipt and was told my bank statement won’t work. Luckily another staff member corrected her but she still seemed annoyed to help.

Poor customer service. Waited in line for longtime so staff chatting but no one came out.

I went to pandora Manukau on monday and was served by Rhea. She had such great customer service and told me how to take care of my jewelry. Highly recommend, sylvia park had appalling customer service. They could learn something

Went to Manukau mall this morning to go to Pandora. Their website hours are they open at 10am. When we arrived just after 10am they were still closed. We waited 30 minutes and decided to leave as they were still closed. We went to customer services in Manukau mall they hadn't heard anything from the store and no response on the phones. They also had no notice on the store to say they were closed or opening later. What a waste of time and fuel travelling from Waiuku to Manukau.

was served by riya today, she did such a good job with helping me experiment with different items and letting me try items on. She was very patient and kind!

Breanna - This rep in store had the best customer service!!! From start to finish she gave us the best experience, never made us feel some type of way & overall recommended the best things for the appropriate gift! I work in the mall myself and she is someone that needs to be praised more, please whatever you do take care of this rep or even move her up a role she is a valuable asset to the team.❤️‍🔥

31/05/23 NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! or even acknowledged that I will be seen to, by the 2 staff members after 4pm today. Obviously I was okay to wait while you guys were serving other customers but 15 mins and not even a "Hello, we'll be with you soon". Need to work on communication & customer service!! I got ZERO smiles, ZERO interaction & I was in the store wanting to buy too! Boo!!👎

Great service! Was acknowledged by the super busy staff when I walked into the store with a ‘hello’ and smile. I was happy to browse by myself and the staff offered assistance when they were free from the customers before me. Small store, but has everything I was looking for. Would happily come again! Keep up the great mahi :)

Very friendly staff, thought me being a skruffyish old dude I would get no staff interested in helping but the young ladies were totally attentive and listened to what I wanted and made the experience quick and painless.

Just wanted to shout out to the team who was on at 9 am this morning. Despite it being frantic with customers, they remained pleasant and professional. Nothing was a hassle. Really impressed!

Customer Service at Manukau br today was great. Especially at such a stressy time. I told the staff member so. Sophie @Manukau, you were lovely! You didn't rush me, or force anything. I did retail for 25yrs or so, and I know good service 😊 Also in the past, Sylvia Park staff are great as well!

Wonderful experience shopping at Pandora, Westfield Manukau Mall. My daughter bought me a Pave Heart Anniversary Charm from Pandora which I needed to match it with a necklace. Melissa was amazing, she served me with patience and great recommendation. She took time to sort out my email login patiently which was having some problems, and managed everything well despite the busy crowd. I will definitely return.

This was my first time in pandora shopping for a gift to give to my mum. There was a lady there that helped me, SHE WAS INCREDIBLY HELPFUL AND VERY KIND especially with someone like me who was a bit confused on what to get. There was another lady on the job who I saw serving another lady whom which she had exceptional customer service skills infact they both do ❤️. I'm incredibly grateful for the kindness and help the worker had showed me at pandora and will definitely come here to gather more gifts for my loved ones ❤️‼️. Pandora Manukau has great customer service in terms of the shop assistants always willing to help find whatever it is you're looking for and adding their own recommendations as well. The shop itself is quite small and tends to be busy a lot of the time but nonetheless, a great experience. Also, I found there to be a bit of side glancing amongst the assistants (whenever several switches of charms/changing of mind happened) which reflects negatively on the customer service rating hence the 4/5. Having to adapt to a variety of different customers and their needs is crucial for someone working at Pandora due to the nature of customization, so I expected the assistant to be more than happy to help out but that wasn't always the case. (Picky customers beware, maybe have a look at some charms online beforehand.) I understand that everyone is human and gets tired, but that translates into the assistants tone of voice when talking as well as facial expressions and body language. Besides this, it was a good experience shopping at Pandora :) A side note to always check your receipts, especially if you're getting a refund/exchanging products as I was wrongly charged by around $100. Pandora being a pricey shop, it's worth making sure that the prices are correct.
