I had a problem with a clasp for my pearl necklace so I emailed Walker&Hall and they said to take it to one of their stores and it can be fixed. So I took it to their Newmarket store. When I asked them if they could fix it, she asked if I got the pearl necklace from there and I said no. She said, because it's Christmas time, our Jewellery repairer is very busy so I have to come back AFTER Christmas. So I asked, so I can't even show it to the repairer now? She said No. This is my FIRST AND LAST visit. Very disappointing service. So basically, if I lied and told her I bought it from there, I guess it would have been ok? Non existent service. Won't be going there ever again... for whatever reason.

Amazing service! I was just at the store (11 Sep 2022) around 4:30 pm. I came with a rusty silver Tiffany necklace that I wanted to get cleaned. Excellent service. Walked in with some friends browsing around and one of the staff (Lewis) cleaned my wedding ring as part of their complimentary service. Our baby also vomited when Lewis grabbed the handy towel for us to wife her down. Highly recommend Walker and Hall New Market. Great service

Walker & Hall in Newmarket was a delight! I had been finding it so difficult to find someone to fix a special broken necklace of mine, but as I was walking past Walker & Hall in Westfield I made a split second decision to try my luck there. I was greeted by a really friendly woman who asked the jeweller in store if he could fix my necklace even though it wasn't purchased there. Without hesitation, the very kind man (jeweller) untangled and fixed it right then and there as a complimentary service. It was a great and unexpected experience that made my day, so I will definitely be back in the future. Genuine, easy and friendly service is hard to come by these days. I wish I remembered his name to mention here!

I came in today to look for an exchange for a recent birthday present that was a touch on the delicate side for my tastes. The lovely Odelia took a lot of time to help me choose the right replacement. After purchase she then offered to clean my existing jewellery for me as well. What a fantastic service.

Super friendly and helpful staff. I bought a necklace and got it engraved for free, said it usually takes 2 weeks or so to engrave and get it back but I said I needed it sooner, they made it urgent and had it back to me in just over a week! They really seem to care about the customer experience, great job guys!

Excellent customer service from Odelia. Definitely we will come back. My fiancée and I were looking for a pair of wedding rings and we got advised by Odelia, she helped out with customising my band since there is no lucky band for man. Later on, she gave us a very good quotation on my mom's saphire necklace. We are both satisfied with the jewels. Yesterday, I visited Walker & Hall in Newmarket to have some old jewellery cleaned. The staff were very friendly and attentive. I was helped right away and my jewellery came away looking very polished and new. I was surprised that the service was free but very very thankful! Will definitely be back again to have other pieces cleaned and to look at all of their beautiful jewellery :)

I accompany my friend to Walker and Hall to buy a gift in 2018. Odelia talked me to order a big panorama band and plant a seed to me to get a 2ct diamond ring to match my band and turn my 1ct to a pendant. She keep in touch with me when she moved stores.
