    This is not good. If you want to shop where the service is arrogantly, the products fall apart and they don't stand by there products this is where you should go. NOT. I'm so offended that I spent a lot of money a year purchasing a gold chain that now has a fault and they will not repair it. They certainly do not understand customer service , repeat business or word of mouth. The staff are rude and give each other glances and smirks while talking to me. hideous and unprofessional representation. If you are wanting a professional service and quality products I would shop somewhere else

    I am absolutely shocked with the customer service I received from the staff member here at Glenfield Michael Hill. I've never met anyone who argues with their buying customers who go into the store to receive assistance on something very expensive and receives such a rude mannerism and such a low unapproachable attitude. I'm very disgusted by the way your staff member "TULIP" treated my partner and I. Every time I have been into this store I have received the same experience and it is absolutely beyond me. I'm sure others will say the same. Tulip does not know how to deal with people and I don't know how she managed to get a job there. I am absolutely disgusted. Thank you Sandy for Assisting my Fiance and I. We understand how uncomfortable it would have been for you to witness that as you have to work with her. Your approach and HELP was much appreciated and you exceeded our expectations after a horrible experience with your colleague "Tulip". Ask for Sandy she will help you with all your needs. As for Tulip I wish you all the best. You seriously need more training on your customer service skills - SHOCKING!

    This place and location has been awful to deal with. We have been trying to get our money from them for months after they promised us a solution to a ring that didn’t fit and couldn’t be resized. Every time we go in, there is someone new in charge. We have no money from them and they already took the ring back. Daylight robbery. Buyers beware.

    I bought a necklace from here, unfortunately the chain broke, was still within the 1 year warranty so they replaced it. At the time, I was asked if it broke because I wore it in the shower, which I don't. The replacement one also broke, on the second time I wore it. Poor quality, wouldn't recommend.

    I purchased an engagement ring for my fiancée here and also bought the extended care package. We needed to get the ring resized under the care package and they got it wrong multiple times. The woman at the store was rude and dismissive, trying to get rid of us and avoid correcting the wrongly sized ring (which STILL doesn't fit). After calling their 0800, it was going to be followed up. That was months ago and I haven't had an email or call. In fact the same store has called to try and get me to buy something from their new range. Still waiting!

    I had a terrible experience here! My partner purchased an engagement ring from them. He paid for a 10-year extended care package which included an annual resizing. We took the ring in to be resized, and it was still far too big. We sent it off again, and upon collection, found that it was still too big. The sales lady (possibly the manager or owner) was incredibly rude, arrogant, and condescending. She blamed the ring not fitting on the thin band size/design, yet no one factored that in at the time I had the fittings done; it was like she just expected us to know that. While trying to explain how unfair this was, the sales lady acted totally disinterested and then got angry at us. This was some of the worst "customer service" we have ever received. We were fobbed off and told to come back in the summer if the ring still didn't fit (lo and behold, it's summer now and it still doesn't fit!). To make matters worse, we contacted 'Customer Care' who said they would follow the matter up. It's been three months and we haven't heard anything. We were going to purchase our wedding bands here, but will now be avoiding Michael Hill, and I strongly recommend others do the same!

    My husband went to buy a gift for my birthday at this store. He said one of the staff members, Anna, was very patient and showed him a wide range of jewellery and gave him good advice. I'm very happy with the gift! We will definitely go back again in future!

    Customer service was ok unfortunately the engagement ring I picked I don't really like after having resized etc I felt pressured at the time because the lady said it takes a while to resize. And it doesn't fit the best unfortunately so naturally feeling a little disappointed

    Very unprofessional, as they add their extended warranty and don't tell you, you will find out only when you see your receipt. I bought a pair of rings and one of them the gold part just detached from the other part.

    walked in and asked for something specifically as I have already had a browse on their website & confirmed its availability. Thinking that they would already know what i'm talking about or at least look it up on the system, they made me look for it on their website smh still didnt know so i was given the whole selection of chains so i could find it myself lmao I walked over to pascoes where customer service was 100 times better :)

    I would like to say thank you to Michael hill glenfield for months I was looking for the right ring for my wife and when my wife come in she found it.i was not feeling the best at the time and you put it on hold for us.my wife want a necklace as well and you did not have any in-stock and you was more then happy to order it in for as thank you very much my wife love it.

    Had a fantastic experience with 2 particular staff members. Sadly was not able to get their names. But they both are of Asian descent They made picking an engagement ring and resizing a stress free experience and I myself and partners moment very special and will happily go back for all occasions due to these two staff members. They both deserve their weight in gold.

    Last Sunday evening i asked to have my 7 thousand dollar chain cleaned while I shop and the lady said no, I can't I'm alone. I said ok can I leave it with you to send to the jeweler for a polish. She was so rude about as if I didn't purchase the item from that store. She didn't want to look up my details and then said I should have I.D. I am so disappointed as my son witnessed her treating us like lower class citizens. After all that another lady walks out and the same lady begins to tell me she's on her own so won't clean my chain. I would have been fine with it if she didn't lie or treat me like an unvalued customer and not to mention the hints of racism throughout the conversation. It's sad considering we picked Michael Hill for it's premium services.

    I'm giving 5 because of extraordinary service I got from one of the stuff there. Her name was Saba and she knew how to provide the right service. She listened carefully to make sure she understood what I was after.
