The team at Partridges, especially Helena who looked after me when I was flying overseas gave me fantastic service. I explained I was looking for a particular watch and to my surprise Helena called me to say they had one for me .They arranged for my daughter to collect watch a week later when they were flying out from Auckland. The whole experience was enjoyable and everything was done to facilitate the collection and purchase very easily. When I arrived back with my new watch I popped into the Newmarket store where they removed a couple of links to fit my wrist, again great service. I am now looking for another watch ( Rolex ) which I have asked Partridges ( Helena ) to let me know when they receive the model I am after. Thank you so much from a very happy customer.

Exceptional service from Lily, who took the time and effort during the sale, but also taking time to stay in contact afterwards to ensure that everything was still good. They are pretty flexible with when purchases are made and when the product is picked up - extremely helpful given the airport location. I was hoping was to purchase the GMT Master 2 as an anniversary gift for my partner, it has been his dream timepiece for quite some time. Dreams do come true and patience is a virtue. I have been on a waiting list for 2+ years to get the opportunity to purchase Rolex Submariner Date. Last week I got a call from April at the Queen Street Rolex Boutique with the fantastic news that they had one in store for me. I picked the watch up yesterday and the experience was fabulous. We had the greatest visit on our way home! I made sure to visit all Partridge locations in New Zealand this trip, Queenstown, Christchurch, Wellington and all 3 Auckland stores.
