    My partner got my engagement ring from here and I love it, only beautiful comments about my ring. Just a few things, the engagement ring he chose is part of the ceremonial collection. It did not come with a ring box, it came in a small plastic bag and then placed in a small black pouch bag. The ring arrived a few days before he proposed so he didn't have enough time to get a ring box for the big proposal. Secondly, I called Meadowlark about re-sizing the ring as its a bit big. They told me I can download a form off their site, fill it out and post my ring for re-sizing. Why would I do that when I dont even know my ring size?!? I was told I could go into the showroom and they'll check my ring size or they can send me ring sizes to try?!? They said it would take 2 - 3 weeks to re-size it however free of charge. I'll be going somewhere else to re-size it with a shorter ETA. Thirdly, the courier service they used also signed it off as "Authorized to leave" without my partners consent and left it at the front door. Luckily my partner was tracking the item and called the courier service about this and the courier driver was told to go back and leave it at the back door so I would not see it when I got home. My partner checked the back door when he got home and no parcel. He tried to call the courier service and it was after hours. The next morning my partner found it on the floor downstairs, the courier threw it thru the cat door. Meadowlark advised in an email that the courier would need a signature for it. Probably not Meadowlarks fault however something to keep in mind if you are looking into getting a surprise gift.

    I love meadowlark don’t get me wrong, the brand and jewellery is beautiful and I eyed up their engagement rings for years. And long behold the day I got one. Unfortunately the ring was too big, so I went to the showroom to get it resized which we agreed on half a size and i paid my $35 and away I went, I was advised it would take 2-3 weeks, when I went to collect it they had resized it WRONG, they didn’t read the notes and the ring was still too big. So of course I’m concerned about the integrity of my ring having to be resized again. The lady at the showroom, she was very apologetic, and said she would try to get it done within a week for me. Now this is why I only gave 1 stars; Today i called to find out if it was done or near being finished. this is just over a week since I visited to be advised it was going to be another 2 weeks. Of course I was very upset and angry about this as it wasnt my fault the ring is the wrong size still and i was advised she would try and speed it up and then it takes longer is infuriating. After advising I wanted the ring to be done faster and prioritised she put me on hold and came back saying they are taking there time to make sure they get it right (which is great but doesn’t need to take 2.5 weeks for their mistake) and that it is prioritised and now they are aiming for the end of next week. (Which is still the total 2.5 weeks since I came in) So in summary, not only did they make a mistake, which I understand happens, but they have no system in process to speed up rectifying their mistakes, and I’m on the same time frame as a normal resize for their production teams mistake. As a very recently engaged women all I want is to wear my ring and share my celebration with my family and friends yet you will have my ring for a month - assuming it’s ready on Friday like she has advised is the best they can do.

Every step of the way I was given the expert advice and support. The result is something I will cherish and love for life. I'll keep this piece forever and I plan to pass it on to my son one day. Can't recommend Meadowlark Showroom enough for quality and experience, no matter your price range or need.

    The ladies at Meadlowlark were so lovely! After feeling a lil anxious due to a tight timeline they made me feel calm, relaxed and we found the perfect ring! Can't thank Jessie & Kirana enough!

    Got two rings made to order. One the stone fell out immediately and the other is silver even though I paid for white gold. Don’t order made to order, only buy if you can see it in front of you.

    Beautiful top quality jewellery and when I had a minor issue with my ring the customer service was fantastic and the repair team fixed it beautifully. From the product to service, I can't recommend Meadowlark enough!

    She said yes! Awesome customer service and great help from Eloise. She had the patience to answer all my silly questions and gave great advice. I was pretty late in terms of purchasing, but they still made every effort to expedite the production time as much as possible given the circumstances. Would say it was a very quick turnaround all things considered.

    Not only is my ring from Meadowlark stunning, the service is amazing! I stopped by the showroom to look for a wedding band and Kirana was so lovely and helpful and made it a really relaxing and fun experience. She also made sure my ring was personally delivered to my door in Wellington. Thank you Meadowlark team for my gorgeous ring and big thank you to Kirana for all your help!

    Am about to get my second ring from them.I love them but a big downside is the very long wait. Just add another 2 weeks onto advised time frame .It has made me look else where for my next one (Australia)and I will get another with boxing day sale but with their shut down I will expect it late Feb! The show room woman is amazing,and kind.

    Love the showroom, such a beautiful space to try all the gorgeous Meadowlark Jewellery on. The showroom staff are so nice, they make you feel at home. I love my Meadowlark pieces and always want more!
