love
meadowlark
don’t
get
me
wrong,
the
brand
and
jewellery
is
beautiful
and
I
eyed
up
their
engagement
rings
for
years.
And
long
behold
the
day
I
got
one.
Unfortunately
the
ring
was
too
big,
so
I
went
to
the
showroom
to
get
it
resized
which
we
agreed
on
half
a
size
and
i
paid
my
$35
and
away
I
went,
I
was
advised
it
would
take
2-3
weeks,
when
I
went
to
collect
it
they
had
resized
it
WRONG,
they
didn’t
read
the
notes
and
the
ring
was
still
too
big.
So
of
course
I’m
concerned
about
the
integrity
of
my
ring
having
to
be
resized
again.
The
lady
at
the
showroom,
she
was
very
apologetic,
and
said
she
would
try
to
get
it
done
within
a
week
for
me.
Now
this
is
why
I
only
gave
1
stars;
Today
i
called
to
find
out
if
it
was
done
or
near
being
finished.
this
is
just
over
a
week
since
I
visited
to
be
advised
it
was
going
to
be
another
2
weeks.
Of
course
I
was
very
upset
and
angry
about
this
as
it
wasnt
my
fault
the
ring
is
the
wrong
size
still
and
i
was
advised
she
would
try
and
speed
it
up
and
then
it
takes
longer
is
infuriating.
After
advising
I
wanted
the
ring
to
be
done
faster
and
prioritised
she
put
me
on
hold
and
came
back
saying
they
are
taking
there
time
to
make
sure
they
get
it
right
(which
is
great
but
doesn’t
need
to
take
2.5
weeks
for
their
mistake)
and
that
it
is
prioritised
and
now
they
are
aiming
for
the
end
of
next
week.
(Which
is
still
the
total
2.5
weeks
since
I
came
in)
So
in
summary,
not
only
did
they
make
a
mistake,
which
I
understand
happens,
but
they
have
no
system
in
process
to
speed
up
rectifying
their
mistakes,
and
I’m
on
the
same
time
frame
as
a
normal
resize
for
their
production
teams
mistake.
As
a
very
recently
engaged
women
all
I
want
is
to
wear
my
ring
and
share
my
celebration
with
my
family
and
friends
yet
you
will
have
my
ring
for
a
month
-
assuming
it’s
ready
on
Friday
like
she
has
advised
is
the
best
they
can
do.
