Amazing! I have been in pain for 9 months now and after 4 weeks of being with the cannabis clinic, my pain is much more manageable and my sleep/mood has improved tenfold. The team are amazing, they listen and are empathetic. They take the time to dig into your issues and really come up with the best treatment plan. Would 100% recommend booking in with them. I was nervous when I first booked, I cancelled my first appointment because I was scared of what would be said or that I would be rejected but I was proved wrong within seconds of my first appointment.

Informative, respectful, understanding and straight forward. Having just come off my first consultation I am extremely happy with the results and this will be extremely beneficial for my rare chronic condition. My only issue is that the products they prescribe are cheaper elsewhere so would like to see some price matching. Otherwise I'll likely request my prescriptions are sent elsewhere.

Very helpful, it might sound cheesy but the process for me was painless, easy and quite fast 😀. From the free initial consultation to my 1st consult with the GP to the arrival of my products. It was great. I am now week 3 using my prescription products, I feel they are having an effect but its early days yet. Thanks team! Would definitely recommend.

The initial conversations with the doctors were great but once you start dealing with this company long term the real issues become obvious. They aren't committed to improvement in any of their processes and I have little to no faith in them as a company as a whole

I only had a free 10 minute conversation with one of the nurses that works at this clinic. However, she was very professional and informative. She gave me information and possible charges of things that I had enquired about. I have had a very positive experience and will be happy to say that I will definitely be back to see them soon.

Such a professional and calm appointment, no rushing. It was such a relief to talk openly about what has helped give me relief from the symptoms of perimenopause. Dr Annie was empathetic, kind and was so knowledgeable and helpful. My prescription arrived a day later, and the check in emails have been really good - it nice knowing we can check in with questions any time. Amazing service, and I'm incredibly grateful for this team and the work they're doing.

What an absolutely top class experience. From the first instance (booking an appointment online), to my appointment with Dr Kav (so welcoming, knowledgeable and approachable), to the delivery of product 48 hours later. I have been a client of the clinic for a while now and must say it has been a great journey. Dr Ilene, Ben and Hemera are all so knowledgeable and so helpful. Always friendly too! Awesome team to deal with. The products are great and work much better than pharmaceutical medication that were prescribed by other doctors.

I can't rate my experience highly enough. My consultation with Dr Sean was by far the best experience I've had with a medical professional. Open, friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the medical usage and bio/neural chemistry of medicinal cannabis. Fantastic service! Extremely friendly and professional and Id recommend them to anyone. There are only two cons that will hopefully be improved over time: 1. Their preferred pharmacy, the pharmacy you automatically get your script sent to, charges a lot more than most pharmacies. You have to pay to get your script sent to a cheaper pharmacy. Hopefully their preferred pharmacy, takapuna pharmacy, starts price matching their competitors. 2. The processing time is slow. There is usually a three day wait for click and collects. Apart from these minor issues, the Cannabis Clinic does a great job and take great care of all of their patients. 9.5/10.

My experience with these guys was exceptional, I had made a few errors with my payment and address but with no hesitation was all corrected after sending a email. Communication is key and these guys were on point, prompt email reply’s, very helpful understanding and patient. Same goes with my consultant, who made me feel very comfortable which makes life so much easier, overall highly recommend if your thinking about it 😊

Sad that I didn’t invest in my health sooner. Best money I’ve spent on myself in a long time. I’m feeling happier and less anxious after only a week of using your services. My usage amount has cut down significantly due to product being so incredibly high in quality too. Wow!! The amount of pain this could relieve for people is immense. My arthritic fingers feel so good 😊 Sleep has also improved. Mood elevated. 10/10

Genuine and caring team who are working hard to provide access to high quality medication. The doctor I saw was respectful, helpful, knowledgeable, kind and prescribed the best treatment plan for my condition(s) that has subsequently been a very positive outcome. Even when I had missed communication (by not reading my emails) and thus made a mistake with one of my orders, the team found a resolution quickly despite not being their fault.

Excellent service and the Doctors/Nurses certainly know a lot around medicinal cannabis. My initial Doctor's appointment went well, the Doctor was very kind, listened well and was very understanding and knowledgeable. I am happy to say, I no longer have to worry about consuming cannabis for medicinal purposes and getting caught or drug tested at work (Even though I only smoke after work). I highly recommend the Cannabis Clinic, they are truly at the top in this Industry!
