Be sure to check promotions available before paying, as they will make every effort to rip you off if you don't do your due diligence for promotions on the website. The manager mentioned she would have extended the advertised discount on the website if it was mentioned while paying. So be prudent, or you'll walk away ripped off like I did. They really don't know how to behave with their customer, the manager is extremely intimidating and I overpaid significantly just to get out of the situation. Whenever anyone leaves a low review, they are quick to attack the customer, lie on the responses to make the customer look like a bad person, and literally make up information and confidently post it on their responses. I've seen bad customer service but I can safely say my experience with the at the Laser Clinics Newmarket (referring to their manager's behviour) is the absolute worst I've experienced in my life. You can check yourself, just see how they attack everyone who leaves a low review. Somehow this clinic never makes a mistake at all, it's always the customer who is the issue. I pay per treatment and am fine with the price at the time, but they didn't even let me avail the existing promotions applicable at the time of my treatment. The manager, on the day, was trying to make me feel bad about not paying a few grand upfront (as if its her decision to make!) Please stay away, it's not worth paying a business to first let them manipulate you, and then gaslight you to feel bad about your behaviour when they have wrong employees in place who don't understand basics of not just customer service, but even how to talk with another human.

Worst customer experience I've ever had! Delphine Hatfield is the rudest and most aggressive person I've meet. I had an inject-able appointment in Jan, was never offered a follow up. After a couple of weeks I noticed the outcome wasn't as normal (I've been getting treatments for a while now, so know what is usually normal for me). I tried multiple times to get an appointment, rescheduled 3 or 4 times. Finally got into see a nurse, but because of their lack of medical records she couldn't really help. Limited notes and no before photos on file. Talking with others in the industry this isn't professional at all. I think I was there for almost an hour, talking around in circles. I suggested either you offer a fix or a refund. Delphine told me that some customers come in a do a low dose treatment and then come back and ask for more free, she said I'm not talking about you, but it happens. The way she spoke I felt she was trying to say this was me, was I being called a liar? I couldn't believe it. I'd spent close to $500 on my treatment, not really a low dose. She also told me if I wanted it fixed I'd have to pay for it myself. Seemed little disregard for the customer, got told a lot about her business and what she needs to pay for. The nurse did give me a small touch up, which I think was $20 worth. I wrote to Laser Clinics directly with my issue to see if I could get some help, they just forwarded my email on to Delphine. So now I have an aggressive email to say she feels the matter is closed and she'll make notes on my file that I was unhappy and 'rest assured we will not book you at Newmarket again. We wish you all the best at your next clinic. Best to be clear and direct in this matter so that everybody knows where they stand' - think my jaw dropped in reading this. Seem the owner her is more about making money than actually caring about clients and customers. So putting this note up for others.

I had the worst experience at Laser Clinic New Market today. Since today I was happy with my experience as all staff were nice and helpful. Today I was unlucky enough to meet this nurse or manager ( not sure). She was the most aggressive and rude person I have ever worked with in New Zealand. For the first time during last 6 months, I was 7 minutes late for my appointment and the lady was so disrespectful and impolite to me. My face laser only takes 3 minutes and she was talking about cancellation and rebooking and not being able to help for more than 6~7 minute. And when I told her all she could do was doing my face laser instead of being so aggressive she told me to stop giving her a hard time. It doesn't matter if you are a business owner, manager or a normal staff, If you are poor or rich, if you can't respect others in your job you don't worth a penny. I have two businesses and during last 10 years never disrespected anyone and try to understand the situation and help my clients. It might be my fault to be 7 min late but you have no right to talk to people like this.

I just had my first HydraFacial Deluxe treatment at Laser Clinics Newmarket and it was amazing! My skin feels so clean, smooth and soft. I purchased a treatment online which apparently had no expiry date. When I went to have the treatment done I was told that it wasn't safe for me: "fine, I'll get a different treatment instead", but at the end of that treatment I was charged a significant amount of money. The whole thing was super awkward and I felt like multiple people were talking in tongues at me, and it felt impossible to get a straight answer or any clear info about the treatment or the charge out of anyone. I was in a big hurry to get out of there at the time, but I did call and query the charge once I got home. The girl on the phone told me that I had said I would keep the credit instead of using it that day. That's not what I heard myself say and why would I do that? But ok I'll just eat it and accept that I'll have to go back to this place one day (reluctantly) and be clear about the fact that I'm there to use my credit. But then covid happened and I've only just found the inspiration to book a treatment, except that now apparently my credit with no expiry has expired! But, but, but.... now I really know I'm being lied to when the manager emails me an "invoice" which shows that I was actually given a "discount" on my last treatment which adds up to the same amount as my credit. What the actual.... is going on at this place? This shop is crooked af. And also: ALL the good clinicians left. So no matter what deal you think you're buying: don't! These people will run you round in circles and lead you on a goose chase. And they aren't nice people.

Not a happy customer!! I paid for 10 treatments upfront about a year ago..on the 2nd or 3rd visit I was treated by a lady who wasn't trained properly and I personally think that's not okay or safe..also this person just so happened to be out of employment at the clinic a few days later..management just blew me off when I made complaints..also when I asked for refund on my remaining treatments as I was not happy with the service, they refused..I believe they could of been a bit more understanding and helpful but they weren't..would not recommend sorry..

Was talking to a lady on the phone literally 5 minutes ago I simply asked her if it was okay to wear eyelash extensions while getting a Revive & Repair hydrating package she said it should be fine they’ll just work around the eyes & then I asked again to reconfirm if it was still okay she goes on to say to me “ isn’t that just what I said “ with a rude attitude 🥺 I have cancelled my booking for today as it was a gift for my sisters birthday because of the rude interaction I had with a lady on the phone.

worst customer service ever, especially the indian girl that’s working at the reception today. I was late by like 2 minutes and she talked to me in like the rudest tone as if I have committed a serious crime or what. I did not stand up to her because there was a customer in the store and I dont want to make this a big deal. I went to my laser appointment and there was twice that they treated me later than my appointment time, but all I did was sat there quietly and wait, do we really have to do this? Wouldn’t she has to be thinking of how to help me with rebooking or settling this situation rather than blaming a customer for being late and that’s it? IF YOU ARE A NEW CUSTOMER THINKING OF SIGNING UP PLEASE DONT. seriously, any other places have got wayy better customer service.

I usually go here to get my underarm laser done and they're always fab and so I wanted to give their skincare services a go. I opted for a microdermabrasion and Kanani was so so lovely and really paid super close attention to my dry and sensitive skin needs. Disorganised, unaccomodating and rude on repeated occasions now. Issues with online booking put me in the 'wrong room' so booking not honoured. Confirmed bookings not honoured. Despite my frustration, I remained calm and polite. Manager Delphine clearly cannot deal eith customers as she was aggressive, outright offensive and extremely unhelpful. Avoid this place. I note the very aggressive and inaccurate manner in which Delphine has responded to other customer's complaints so no doubt this will receive a similar response. Edited after Delphine's 'response': Unfortunately that is entirely inaccurate, I was never rude despite the terrible customer service. But of course, as predicted, Delphine blames the customer who she attacked. The only person 'bullying' here is her. She provides no specific imformation about anything I said, Delphine just didn't like a bad review. Delphine didn't rang me back as promised yet cancelled my confirmed appointment, sent me an abusive email then responded to an online review rather than to me directly. Again reflecting her extremely poor management skills and lack of customer service. Check out the other reviews about Delphine, they're far funnier than anything I've ever written! She calls all customers who complain bullies, yet words consistently used to describe her include aggressive and unreasonable.

The team at Laser clinics New market are amazing. They are friendly, accommodating and well organised. I have never had to wait excessively for my appointment and I've never had any bad experiences. I've been going there for approx 2 years and would always recommend them to anyone.

Went in last week for a Hydrafacial and it was so amazing. Kanani made me feel so relaxed and my skin felt so good after the treatment. There was more gunk in my face than I thought! The hydrafacial is an awesome machine and I recommend getting one with Kanani if you can! The rest of the staff there is also very nice and welcoming as well. If the ratings went up to 10 I’d give an 11!

I went to laser clinics in Newmarket and I loved it!! I got my laser treatment done by Jessica and she was so kind and accomodating to my needs. Also the price was so affordable!!! Will be getting all treatments and skin treatments here on out.
